TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PARTS DEPARTMENT!!! I was told by colleague/ another business owner in my…read morefield prior to calling, to avoid this place due to terrible customer service from Edgar. About 4-5 months ago, I bought a pre owned 2022 Isuzu NRR diesel, from Rush Peterbilt in Fontana for my business. I am based out of lake Elsinore/south Corona area. Location wise for me, Freeway Isuzu is the closer option, rather than driving to Fontana for parts. I gave this place benefit of the doubt and still called anyways last week, they definitely didn't disappoint. He was rude from the beginning with a bad tone in his voice and due to not having my VIN on hand, I was given bad customer service and told he can't help me. I was only looking for maintenance filters, assuming they have many in stock and VIN shouldn't be an issue but according to him it was. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to have him in charge of a whole department. Never met the guy in person but that's a bad look. I will never do business with this place and never recommend anyone to get parts from here, as long as he's in charge or employed here. I instead drove the 30 minutes farther to Rush in Fontana and received my parts with 100% better customer service and will continue to give them my business. I hope the owner and/or management will do something with this and better that place. It's a shame, how one person can change the face of a business. I'm sorry but this had to be said. Beware. Here are things you need to ask them for proof of before you buy anything from these guys…read more Cause the warranty like all used vehicle warranty covers nothing. Remember these are used vehicle sellers. All they want is your money and they do not worry about repeat business. Get your mileage in writing. They will not put it on your documents. Ask for a BIT inspection before purchase or the last BIT report the vehicle had. Ask for the life on the brakes and if you are purchasing a manual transmission the clutch like. If they say they cannot know they are not telling the truth. It can be measured and seen on the semi truck. If the truck is from the east coast or anywhere with lots of snow look for rust. New tires mean nothing. If the tires are worn deduct money cause you can buy them elsewhere for cheaper. Does the truck or equipment have a service history? If they said no then don't buy it. Cause BIT inspections and service records are important for DOT and MCP. Later model? Does not matter. Anything the sales person says is covered get it in writing spelled out. These guys are just looking to move it out. Just remember freightliner trucks are cheapest trucks. Low quality and cheap low grade parts. Gives the USA a bad name. If you have an experience driver test the truck make sure he runs it through it pace cause 100 miles or 1000 miles it will breakdown or need service. Also do not let the dealership work on it. Rip off city. All they need to do is just mention one thing and boom thousands in repairs. It use to be 300k in miles was nothing but the way they service or build it you need to check it out every 10k. Anything with wear and tear check it out. Look at the belt, bolts anything that looks too clear is a red flag. Don't ask the sales person for advice. All they will do is agree or tell you want you want to hear.

Recently dropped my 2025 truck off for a service transmission warning. The drop off was for a known…read moreissue that we investigated a week prior. It ended up being a sensor. I dropped it off on Tuesday and didn't get much communication. Called to get a status and I had to talk to a machine because this dealership won't even spring for a receptionist. I'm giving four stars because after the conversation, the communication dramatically improved and I picked my vehicle up the next day. I'm not sure I can pin the delays on the service writer because I know vehicles can get stuck in never never land in the shop. Jesse finished the race properly and I commend him for that. He doesn't have an easy job. I definitely recommend getting rid of the AI receptionist. I definitely recommend having a small loaner fleet for the customers that drive your 60+ thousand dollar vehicles. It's not like GMC is not compensating the dealership for loaners. Nobody wants to drive to a rental car company in an Uber and fill out a bunch of paperwork for an overnight loaner. It might be convenient for the dealership, but it's not convenient for the customer. I definitely recommend getting some type of auto update texting app that other dealerships have, that makes you aware of the repair process at each stage. I do not recommend making customers bringing brand new vehicles in for warranty work sign an estimated cost of repairs. It made me uncomfortable, and I can't be the only one. I recommend that you don't offer people discounts on the GMC app when they schedule their appointments, and then make them fill out a bunch of paperwork to receive these discounts via a prepaid debit card... you don't do that when you're selling new trucks with rebates. your team is only as good as their leader. People hate gimmicks, and people hate being nickel and dimed. I think a few of these problems are coming from the top not from your service writers. I have a supreme respect for people that shoot me straight with no nonsense. I would encourage your dealership to reevaluate the way you process the service department experience. How do you want to be treated when you drop your vehicles off for repair?
