I'm pretty loyal when I find someplace I appreciate but, for the money I'm buying this Chevy crew 3500HD Diesel, I had to shop a bit before my purchase. I was pretty surprised the price of it being quite a bit lower than the Place in Norco that's literally walking distance from my house/office. Jim and John had it priced (almost) at 5 figures lower than the other utility truck place. This thing has less than 30k miles on her....brand new for a diesel Chevy. Gentlemen, you're appreciated as my company continues to grow. I do spread the word about your place as often as I can, and that says a lot! Strongly recommend seeing these guy if you want an 8 month old service truck/van (example of one of my purchases) and save a good 10 grand or if you want to save a little bit more with a higher mileage, checked and maintained by them before it ever hits the lot. These guys are my supplier for life.

About 4-5 months ago, I bought a pre owned 2022 Isuzu NRR diesel, from Rush Peterbilt in Fontana for my business. I am based out of lake Elsinore/south Corona area. Location wise for me, Freeway Isuzu is the closer option, rather than driving to Fontana for parts. I gave this place benefit of the doubt and still called anyways last week, they definitely didn't disappoint. He was rude from the beginning with a bad tone in his voice and due to not having my VIN on hand, I was given bad customer service and told he can't help me. I was only looking for maintenance filters, assuming they have many in stock and VIN shouldn't be an issue but according to him it was. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to have him in charge of a whole department. Never met the guy in person but that's a bad look. I will never do business with this place and never recommend anyone to get parts from here, as long as he's in charge or employed here. I instead drove the 30 minutes farther to Rush in Fontana and received my parts with 100% better customer service and will continue to give them my business. I hope the owner and/or management will do something with this and better that place. It's a shame, how one person can change the face of a business. I'm sorry but this had to be said. Remember these are used vehicle sellers. All they want is your money and they do not worry about repeat business. Get your mileage in writing. They will not put it on your documents. Ask for a BIT inspection before purchase or the last BIT report the vehicle had. Ask for the life on the brakes and if you are purchasing a manual transmission the clutch like. If they say they cannot know they are not telling the truth. It can be measured and seen on the semi truck. If the truck is from the east coast or anywhere with lots of snow look for rust. New tires mean nothing. If the tires are worn deduct money cause you can buy them elsewhere for cheaper. Does the truck or equipment have a service history? If they said no then don't buy it. Cause BIT inspections and service records are important for DOT and MCP. Later model? Does not matter. Anything the sales person says is covered get it in writing spelled out. These guys are just looking to move it out. Just remember freightliner trucks are cheapest trucks. Low quality and cheap low grade parts. Gives the USA a bad name. If you have an experience driver test the truck make sure he runs it through it pace cause 100 miles or 1000 miles it will breakdown or need service. Also do not let the dealership work on it. Rip off city. All they need to do is just mention one thing and boom thousands in repairs. It use to be 300k in miles was nothing but the way they service or build it you need to check it out every 10k. Anything with wear and tear check it out. Look at the belt, bolts anything that looks too clear is a red flag. Don't ask the sales person for advice. All they will do is agree or tell you want you want to hear.

My husband decided to take the ride out to Indio to check out the car since it was over 100 miles away from us. (Yes, that's how much we liked the car lol) Long story very short, everyone we came in contact with was professional & respectful. They were not "pushy salesmen" like most people are used to at car dealerships. They made us feel welcomed instead of just a sale to them. Upon inspection of the car, we did notice something was broken. They acknowledged that they missed it & fixed the problem without any issues. When we got home, unfortunately there was another issue with the vehicle that we immediately brought to their attention. We had to drive back in for service on the initial broken part, so they looked at the new issue too. Everything was fixed according to the service dept. We got home & realized unfortunately the 2nd issue was not resolved. We called them & they set us up to be taken care of at a local repair center due to the distance from our house to the dealership (they did an exceptional job btw) All in all, even with a few hiccups - we couldn't be happier with their service & professionalism. Things happen & nothing is ever going to go perfectly smooth, that's life- but, wow. They made sure to make things right & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of, communicated with us & never left us wondering. **side note - the facility was clean, the restrooms were kept up & clean, they had waters, coffee & vending machines for you while you wait. We declined, only the oil change this time. When it came time to pay we were notified there would be an additional fee if credit card was used. This is not posted anywhere and we were not informed prior to the service performed. It felt a bit deceptive. We covered our service in cash but if you had an extensive service, this could be a huge surprise. Please do your customers and your service associates a favor and post there are additional fees for making purchases with a credit card.

It was sold to me as a daily driver in restored condition. I had it shipped to me and when I received it, it would not start. It has a brand new paint job that's peeling off. No gauges that work which he said did. No seals at doors. Etc. Had been wrecked on passenger side that he didn't let me know about. I have put a few thousand into this and I still can't drive it. The engine needs to be rebuilt and differential replaced. The list is very long. I have asked to get a refund and he will not stand behind the vehicle he sold. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.
