If I could give them 100 stars I would. My friend and I were coming all the way from the Bay Area to go to stagecoach. We were 45 mins Away when we noticed a weird sound. We pulled over to access when we realized it could be a big issue. We called around & no one would take us on such short notice until we found precision. We explained we were on a road trip and had to be there that night. They said no problem head over and we'll see what we can do. They said I needed new shocks and that they'd stay late to finish the job so we could get to our destination. They were so calm, professional, and explained the issue without being condescending. This place is Awesome!! I have an older lady best friend who took her car to a namebrand car dealership in our town they wanted $1600 to fix her car (an older small Chevy) They wanted more than what her car was worth so I took her to precision auto and Phet took the car in and did all repairs for $700!! This place is the absolute best!! I've always gone to the wash in Beaumont for an oil change and they charge an arm and a leg. I was sick of it so I called here and ask for an estimated price for oil change it it was only 60$! They change the oil and filter. They're extremely friendly & even offer to drop you off somewhere if you can't wait around for your car. I highly recommend this place. I was unfortunate to have my car break down 400mi. From home but very fortunate to have been towed to Precision auto service since I was unfamiliar with the area. The owners took very good care of me and got me back on the road at a very fair price, despite the heavy work schedule they already had in progress. They took care of me like I was one of their regular customers. I am a retired mechanic myself but with out the tools or their knowledge they have I was at their mercy. I was scrolling through Yelp and this place came up! I didn't think to look for it before...we only think of these things when we are mad sometimes. I had to stop in and leave a comment about this shop... I have an 05 Acura RSX type S. I drove it here from Indiana a few times. For some reason it doesn't care for California and a coworker recommended this shop. I have taken it there several times now for as little as an oil change to as large as a transmission replacement. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE that drives and even has a question about something. Prices are out of the ballpark competitive, the staff is friendly and the owners are very loyal to their customers. One instance sticks out when the owners had a preplanned trip scheduled and he was so determined to get my car in and out prior to their departure he stayed at the shop until 9 or 10pm the night before their departure to assure he didn't leave me hanging. As always, the work done was thorough and well explained with my old parts in hand so that I could understand what had been done exactly to my car. I would venture to say the owner could be blindfolded and still accurately take apart and put together an engine this way. You won't regret the visit for sure! read more

My family and I were driving back home to Arizona. The pulley on our ML430 froze and lost the belt which left us stranded on the highway. One call to an amazing tow truck driver and one call to Precision Auto my family and I were back on our way home in 2 hours.
