Have used this place on several occasions and have had great experiences every time. Honest, clean. Quick with getting back with you.

I haven't been here yet but I've heard about them. Will definitely be going to them in the future!

I never had any problems when Dave was in charge he and a machanic, who was so good fixed my 99 cad. at least 6 or 7 times , I ve never had anyone like them , kind , very professional, 7 out of 7. then I took my 2000 cad ejdo rhere. and a clown and dishonest cheating , riooed me off had my cad for 10 days, I waited for a call that never came so five later I went up there. and nothing done. 0. I paid them after they checked my car out . I went in because it rattled on the passenger side I figured broken motor mount. they said I needed censors brakes I spent 600 on tires for my wife's Toyota highlander, and they got me for 1400. it ran like crap after I got it home . took it back nothing had been done to all big bunch of b.s. took it back they told me a guy who handle mt car couldn't find the lug nut key so he could do the work never called me back . he said I never left it. so on the 10 th I went opened my unlocked car and found it on the passenger floor board with junk covering it . when j went in to rant about Leslie told me Danny was let go . so the new dud e . messed it up and got it back with the valve covers boltless I haven't been able to drive it for a year . I'm livid and getting prepared to have consumer affairs machanic division. hand it . they are rip off crooks . don't go there they broke things . they literally suck .no good.none of them. trust me, I'm not proof reading and correcting my words altogether those bully's got me for 2800 /. you all make me sick . c ya in court . read more

So I've been there three times one time they repaired my truck and it OK but they forgot to do one of the services that I asked to be done no problem but all three times I've been there. I stand at the window and wait for the guy sitting at the end of the room on his cell phone every time and doesn't come to help until I knock on the window or someone else comes and tells them that I'm standing there like today today was the final draw. I don't think I'll be going back. I also made an appointment on their website and I made it for later cause I didn't. I knew they wouldn't get there till 8 AM to respond to see if it was accepted or not. Well he looked at me like I was stupid so the second time that I had been there I took my car in. They didn't find anything wrong with it supposedly or whatever it was something really simple that they should've seen so I'm thinking they didn't even look at it but every time it's been like you have to find these like little kids cause they might be on their cell phone playing video games. I don't understand it and I thought I'd give him a third chance because they have such good ratings. Maybe it's all their friends somebody's giving them the ratings I don't know. read more

Needed an inspection and Lesli Was so helpful, friendly and quick with quote got done super quick. Definitely recommend 10/10 read more

How about some loyalty and integrity? These people left my car a greasy mess said they would have someone detail. It never happened once they were paid. I have photos, and now they're stating in their reply. That they did free work. All the free work they did was warranty work stuff that already had been done. And paid for that broke again. read more

I discovered the brakes on my daughter's van were bad and needed to be addressed straight away. I called Cherry Valley Automotive to see if they could fit us in. They said they were booked all day, but would see what they could do. We dropped the van off and they not only fit us in, but they had it done before 2pm. Amazing! I cannot recommend Cherry Valley Auto enough. They are honest, fair, and have an incredible work ethic! Thanks, guys! We'll be back! read more

I've been here twice and I'll never stop coming back I'd recommend this place to anyone! They are kind and professional and their mechanics are very good at what they do! They don't try and price gouge you, they're relatively quick with work and they stay in contact with you. Noah was extremely helpful with helping me understand what was wrong with my truck and what I needed. Fantastic Shop ! read more

Excellent service! My Jeep overheated and they took me right in, fixed my Jeep quickly, and even sent a Lyft to pick me up! They were honest and reliable. I highly recommend! read more

I have used this place three different times and I must say they do a great job. Each time I have been given STELLAR treatment! They have always done a great job plus they always call me an UBER/LIFT so I can go home and they send one to my house to pick me up when the job is done at no extra charge. They will give you fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them and they also give AAA discounts. read more

Simple question on labor rate hours for a job and cost of parts would not be answered without a 185 diagnosis. Looks like a different guy running it, young guy. Probably competent but not your small town guy they used to be. read more

So I just got quoted $2900 to get a catalytic converter on my car and a set of tires. I can't believe how outrageously expensive this place is I called another shop. I'm getting a catalytic converter for $585 and a set of tires for $380. Can you believe that if you wanna get ripped off go to Cherry Valley automotive? read more

I took my Honda Accord to Cherry Valley Auto because the A/C stopped working. They fixed the problem very quickly for a fair price. I was hopeful that he new owners would be as good as Dave, the previous owner as I always took my cars to them for many years. Because I had a great experience, I decided to get the oil changed on my Smart car. Unfortunately that experience was horrible. I was told that my car would be ready at noon. I showed up at 12:45 and my car hadn't been moved. I was told that it would be ready at 1:20. It wasn't ready until 2:00. If that wasn't bad enough, I was over charged by $40.00 - two filters. When I asked in shock why an oil change would cost $110.00, they "rechecked" the bill and made the adjustment. Never again for me. So sad and disappointed. read more

Wow!! My sister was driving when her car made a horrible bomb sound and smoke came from underneath the car. She was so scared. She is a widowed senior and did not know what to do. She pulled over the car and called for help. It was towed to cherry valley automotive. Danny was so kind and told her they would find the problem. They did! She had ran over a metal object and it lodged under her car causing the smoke from scraping the road. Danny got it up on the rack and removed it and did not charge her a dime. He could have told her anything. He just took good care of her....thank you Danny she now has a place she can trust. read more

Service light came on, stopped in, no apt. and they ran a computer check the service light went out but report said the Idle was high. Then light came on again in a couple weeks and we just stopped in and again they ran the check same results. But on another look under the hood Noah discovered a hose was not hooked up so he hooked it up and reran check and no more report of high Idle. Service light off. And no charge to us either time. Noah was very nice, polite and explained things to me. They have all been very nice there. But that day Noah was the BEST ever!! We thank you!! read more

I stopped in asking if someone could look at my flat tire. They were right off the bat extremely friendly and polite. Took a look at my tire and laid out several explanations and solutions. This is my first time at this business (found on Yelp) and will not be my last. I would 10/10 recommend this business! read more

It's always hard trying to find a place you can trust when you're new to town. As a woman, I'm always worried about being ripped off because I don't know anything about cars. I've got two older cars that run well, but occasionally something wonky happens with one. Randomly, my little Hyundai was shaking badly and I had no idea what to do. My husband took it for a little drive and didn't even think it would make it to the shop. We had AAA tow my car to this shop and I had my fingers crossed. They called us and gave estimates prior to getting work started and told us when we could expect to pick it up. To me, the price seemed fair with everything going on with it. I've taken both cars here before for this or that and have been pleased with the service. Once, he even satisfied my young son's curiosity by explaining how he lifted up cars to get a better vantage point. read more

This shop is wonderful. My sister and I were getting ready to leave for a roadtrip when her car started making a horrible noise. We showed up to the shop and although they are appointment only, they were so kind to squeeze us in as we were hoping to get on the road ASAP. Everyone was SO kind and helpful. They were patient and understanding. They got her car back to normal very quickly. Thank you all so much!!!! read more

We ended up here based on a recommendation from AAA after the van we were driving in died on the freeway. The guys here were great. They were responsive and got the job done. The diagnostics aligned to our (and a friend's mechanic's) thinking. The prices were reasonable - we were in a bind and did not feel taken advantage of. They are closed over the weekend, which meant we had to extend our stay and extra day - nothing for them to change, just good for others to know in case they need immediate repairs on a Friday like we did. Overall, we had a great experience. read more

I do not recommend. The past owner(s) were very good but the new owners are not. For a simple transmission new belt and a set of new tires took 2-1/2 days of being left without our only car. They set the appointment saying they had the tires in stock. Nope, we waited for a tire to be delivered from elsewhere. And the mechanic drained and replaced trans fluid but failed to replace the belt despite being on the estimate I agreed to. This required another return to get the work completed. Other than a minor 5% discount for seniors which we had to remind them about, they didn't own up to the inconvenience they caused us. We had to re-schedule two important appointments and had to pay for DoorDash to deliver us food to eat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! THIS IS A BAD EXPERIENCE. read more

Extremely competent, very accommodating to emergencies, fair prices. It doesn't get better.

If you want honesty this is the place you want to take your vehicle. Nisan SB said I need all new breaks and my rotors resurfaced. I asked CVA to check this out and they said nothing needs to be done I still have 40% wear left. Thank you guys so much saved me almost $700.00 and from being taken advantage of. read more

I went to Cherry Valley Automotive to address a strange noise coming from my Toyota Yaris. Turns out, it was just a belt issue, and they charged a fair price for the fix. Even though I had to leave my car overnight since it was late, they assured me it would be safe inside their gate. I'll definitely be returning for future service needs. read more

Amazing service! Love the staff. Very professional and clean facility. Take all my cars there for routine service and all repairs.

I usually hate bringing my car into an auto shop because I always expect to drop a couple hundred dollars on maintenance, but after a bunch of research I decided to drop my car off at Cherry Valley Automotive due to the great reviews. I had a few concerns with my car that I wanted them to check, expecting to spending per usual, but Dave was quick at checking my concerns & giving me suggestions on what I should do. They're super honest & I have never felt so confident leaving an auto shop before. I won't bring my car anywhere else. read more

I was 1 hour into a 5 hour drive 4:30 on the 10 freeway on a Friday night when my battery light came on stuck in traffic and the battery discharge warning started going off. I quickly exited and we just made it into this shop I found on google. They were closing at 5 and said we will take care of you. I had my 2 young children with me! Talk about relief. Within minutes my car was on the lift and the problem identified. My serpentine belt was shredded. Within a few more minutes the part arrived! With in an hour I was already back on the road. This shop is clean, the staff was all smiling, friendly and honest. The waiting room has complimentary water and candy and coloring books for the kids. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a pleasant business transaction that was also affordable. They also gave me tips to talk to the dealer about some other issues I have going on with my car. They also checked my oil and tire pressure to make sure my kids and I were safe for the rest of the trip! Highly recommended!! read more

I have come here since 2021 I have brought three different cars here. My mom, and sisters come here. I never had an issue. They've always done great work. Until today. I came in Thursday 07/18 and asked for a diagnostic, was told my positive battery terminal needed to be replaced. Replaced it the very next day for 388$ Once I drove it home, car was still not working. I called Monday and spoke to DAVE not who I usually talk to, and was told to bring it no charge since it was still messing up. And all to find out I didn't have the right battery like how did we miss this the first time around? he was charging 525.00 I said my cars under warranty, I can't afford 525.00 so I would like to go through my car company first see if they could help could I please get a paper showing the battery. He starts yelling at me, stating " since you're not coming through me you're not getting not getting it free, no paperwork, and I'm charging you 65$ now. I said you told me no charge. He proceeded to yell at me to come get my car. I show up, I waited after he helped another woman and I told my boss to hold on I was picking up my car he snaps his fingers ( 3 times ) and says hello are you looking at me do I have your attention? I said confusingly yes? He said I'm going to jump your car I said you told me over the phone if some one jumps it's it'll mess up my computer system please don't jump it if that's the case I can get it to start he starts yelling in which ( no elder gentleman should yell at a woman that way) I got nervous and started recording with how hostile he was, and he's saying don't jump her car, get this junk out of here, I was so humiliated and started crying I was so embarrassed I had my eight year old with me and he walks by laughing and says have a good day I have the video recording but it won't let me post, and I realized when I got home I got a call that my low jack was disabled so he disconnected my LOJACK system and was so upset he didn't put my car back together. I'll show pictures here. I loved coming here! The guy with the long hair in a ponytail is amazing with helping me! Hes done great work on my cars, I'm sad I lost a mechanic over it seemed like he was ( just having a bad day ) and took it all out on me, in front of my daughter. I won't be returning after being treated that way, embarrassed, and humiliated. read more

This shop is great! I'm in the automotive repair business (mostly collision repairs) & work with many repair shops. I also usually do my repairs myself but this time I needed to have a shop do it. I am very familiar with the in's & out's of repair shops and that's what I expected. But no! Dave is the man! Fast service, great price, with a great warranty! All 3 of which exceeded my expectations. They are a great small family owned style shop. Very clean, no oil on the parking lot. I don't really know how that's possible at a mechanic shop but maybe I'll ask Dave one day, LOL. So if ya need some repairs, and don't know where to go, then please see Dave at Cherry Valley Auto repair! They now have a customer that will call them first if/when in need of repairs. read more

I must say that my experience at Cherry Valley Automotive has been consistently outstanding. The Service Supervisor Steve Hardy handled my need for a complete tune-up and found that my brakes were at 5% of padding and needed replacing. The mechanic also found other significant issues that needed repair related to the brakes. With an itemized estimate of services needed, I and my wife were assured of what was needed. My car was serviced in a timely way and I was pleased with every aspect of the repair procedure. I cannot recommend this facility more highly... ALL around great people! read more
