This place is horrible! They not only ripped my daughter off they almost blew her whole car up! Every time we called to get the car it was always something else and when we finally picked it up on the way home the car overheated...this is a 2015 Honda never overheated great car...my dad pulled over at the nearest gas station to find the hose to radiator disconnected and not a drop of oil!!!! Yes my daughter should sue but is too busy trying to enjoy her pregnancy! These ppl are straight EVIL! This business should be shut down and charged criminally! I took in my vehicle in on a AAA insurance claim to fix a dent on the door and have paint work done. The guys at the shop worked well with the rep from AAA and ended up having my vehicle back to me in less time than originally quoted. Horrible, terrible, nightmare from beginning to end!!!!!! These guys were unprofessional, rude, nasty and dishonest. They did terrible work on our truck and blamed the shoddy workmanship on everything from the insurance company to the subcontractors they used. They had an excuse for every thing they did wrong. It took three months and it still isn't right. we finally gave up trying to get them to fix all the stuff they messed up. I would NEVER use them again and have called our insurance company to take them off their approved list. They added on to our bill and when we argued with them they said they were going to charge us $55 a day for storage. Dishonest as the day is long! Avoid these guys. Horrible!!!!!!!!! read more

The worst experience ever. Not only did it take almost a month to do repair work, they didn't do it right. My paint job is TERRIBLE (got it appraised and the appraiser claims it's worthless). A dealership won't even buy my vehicle because of said paint job. These guys aren't proffesional, by ANY means. Oh, I almost forgot to mention... I'm currently in a financial battle with enterprise thanks to Dings taking so damn long to fix my vehicle and then not paying the difference that the insurance company refused to pay. They took in my 2005 Honda VTX 1800 motorcycle with a seamless teardrop tank that had factory ghost flames under a beautiful lacquer finish with a big nasty dent and scratches in it and made it look better than it did when it was brand new. I was so impressed that I took my Porsche 911 Cabriolet to them to fix a few dents and scratches and they mede it look better than it ever had. They are very friendly, down to earth, and very professional people who go the extra mile to make sure jobs they do are perfect.
