Chris told me to bring it back if it's still driving funny after a couple days??? They offered an inspection, only to find 1000's of dollars worth of repairs to be made. Car is currently shredding through tires like they're made of paper. Ever wonder why they have 'regular' customers? because that's the scam. you will always have to come back and spend more money with these people. A regular customer at a repair shop? WHAT A JOKE! Spoke to Angela and she told me 1 1/2 hour before the driver gets to me! I had no choice! So I said okay! She calls me back and says the driver "Schean" will be there asap because he's not going to take his break now instead he's coming to you! How sweet of this driver! Spoke to the owner of VTech, he basicly called me a liar saying that they did fix it, so why did we have to take it to the dealer to get everything straightened out??? I'll tell you why, again VTech misdiagnosed the problem but refuses to do anything so we are taking them to court.
