Went to Wright Bros after being referred to them by a buddy after Riverside Harley sent me on a road trip with a faulty brake system they claimed was in proper working order. Wright Bros was recommended by a friend. I needed tires and an oil change on my 2005 Road King. I did a lot of research, got six quotes, and Wright Bros had the best prices by a couple hundred bucks. Matter of fact, they were $300. less than the dealer wanted. What I wasn't expecting is how friendly they are. I was welcomed by Jeremy in the parking lot. I hadn't even made it in the door yet and I got a "Good morning, how's it going?" It didn't stop with that, everyone there is cool, they treat you like a friend not a "work order." The service was great, they found a broken exhaust head pipe and hooked me up with a less expensive part they had in stock and got me back on the road. I get the feeling they kind of pride themselves on trying to save you some money. They all seem to care about your bike kind of like it was there own. Forget the dealer, just go see Wright Bros and you will see what I am talking about. read more

I brought my bike in thinking it needed a new pulley. They rode my bike and thoroughly checked it out, then told me that everything looked good to go. They could have taken my money and I would have been a happy customer. Instead, they were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars. Excellent, HONEST mechanics are hard to come by. Took our bike to be fixed, they rebuilt carburetor which did not fix the problem we brought it in for. Took it back a second time, charged us $75 for what I don't know,. Took it back a third time and they said they can't see the problem that we are telling them about so....I'd rather maybe pay more $ at the dealer and have the problem diagnosed and repaired properly....the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always busy, so best practice is to drop bike off for a overnight stay. Wonderful team - they do everything they can to get you back on the road as soon as possible, expecially when they know an event is coming up. Terrible customer service, after having repairs done on my bike I brought it home and parked it in my garage. Later that day I noticed a rather large puddle of brake fluid, indicating a leak. I called the shop right away knowing it wasn't leaking before I took it in. They said they didn't have room for it, but eventually agreed to squeeze it in after I explained what a huge liability it was. I dropped off my bike again and waited 4 days for them to tell me the brake fluid reservoir was the cause of the leak (which should have been replaced in the brake system repairs). They agreed to order a new one and cover the part and labor. After waiting another week I was told that The part still wasn't in. After going back and forth with the shop and Quaid Harley directly, I had to call the shop and tell them the part was in. Once the part was replaced, Jeremy called to say it was ready, but I owed them for the part cost. After a long discussion with Dennis, he finally agreed it was their error and he covered it. When I picked the bike up, One of the mechanics admitted that he "didn't tighten something properly and it must have come off." Scary to think they could allow bikes to roll out of their shop so unsafe. Proceed with caution! Take pictures, ask for the old parts and get everything in writing! read more

Been taking my money to these guys for quite some time now. Not only do they do great work but the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Jeremy works the front desk and is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. Need a part and they don't have it? They can order it, and many times it will get there next day. They even trued some rims on one of my jap bikes... I'll always support indie shops over dealers. If I personally can't fix it then it's going to these guys first. read more
