My overall experience was awesome, from the service through the sales and accessories/parts departments. The staff is super friendly and competent. A huge plus for Shawn (Sean?) at the service dept. Knowledgeable, fast and hooked me up with a $50 deal on my Indian 5K service (plus it only took 3 hours). White hair Mike the sales guy is so nice and fun to hang with. Thoroughly looked at reviews and pricing from the three Indian dealers nearest me. Indian Redlands was the clear choice. Had talked off and on with Murray for almost a year. He would reach out periodically and was never pushy and did not message me too much. When I finally sold my bike and was ready to upgrade, Murray was very accommodating. Went down last Saturday and they had a great selection of Indian Scouts for me to choose from. Took my wife and daughters to help me make the right choice. The entire staff was very welcoming, my girls had a great time in their showroom. Murray was super patient and did not mind rolling the bikes back and forth for me to sit on. Went with a 2023 Indian Scout Rogue Sixty in black metallic paint and could not be happier with it. Hank in finance was also very helpful and accommodating to us. The service advisor I met was also super helpful and gave me great info about what maintenance to expect. The gentleman in parts also helped me with the bar end mirrors and was very knowledgeable. You can tell this place is family owned and operated, and they must treat their employees well because they seem happy and relaxed working there. Awesome experience . Been wanting to treat myself so one day I walked into to the shop and walked out with a ruckus drove home and it changed my life . I got the addiction of being on 2s . Driving around town I learned how crazy it is to be on the road with barely if nothing at all protecting you so I decided I needed an upgrade. Been wanting a motorcycle for years just didn't think I was going to be able to ride . Did my reviews and studied on what I wanted and eventually I ended up getting a scout . Took my very nice bike to this dealer to replace clutch and do oil change (needed as part of clutch work). Took more than 10 days with bike sitting in his shop When it was done I got a text message telling me bike is done and tested and ready to pick up. I wend the next day to pick it up I found his shop workers doing joyride in my bike 2 of his workers one in the side car and riding around town. They put more than 25 miles (to my calculations on the bike pictures available of odometer) we have them on camera through our car while following them on the streets clearly riding it for fun and trying to do some maneuvers with the side car. It was it is all documented on camera. The Worst part is: when picking up the bike we faced them with the fact that we were driving behind them they started arguing. And worst that that is getting a call from (their boss) telling me that the side car was doing something funny that is why they took it to test. Non of that is true at all. In addition the oil in the bike does not look fresh at all (not sure if it is because they rode the bike that much or they actually did not change- I favor the first assumption). I plan to put a you tube video on them joyriding my bike when I have time. FYI: they gave me an estimate of $750 at check out the charged additional $250. This dealer will not see me ever again in their shop. In response to misunderstanding statement below. You keep repeating the lie over and over which is what annoys me. If you appologized from the beginning then we are all in peace. Your statement just a pure misunderstanding BOTH of your guys were having fun on bike. Trying to oversteer the bike to let side car go in air. I will be posting those on YouTube just because of your statement. When you call and say bike is tested and drives good no issues and ready to pick up in your own texts then bike is ready and does not need to be taken away for a joyride. And the mileage pictures I have is yet another proof. You will never see me or that bike ever again. read more

I will have to say that I'm extremely impressed with my Indian Scout Rogue. The bike is cherry on the highway and looks pretty damn cool. Thank you Skyler and team, for making it happen and giving me a hell of a deal. I was impressed with the end result. If you haven't rode an Indian, I would highly encourage you to give it a shot. I've owned two Harley prior and the difference between the two is noticeable while out on the road. Not to knock on Harley since I love my other bike as well. I got my motorcycle license back in May and test rode an Indian Scout at Indian of Redlands a few weeks later. Unfortunately, I had to cut the ride short. I didn't fit the bike very well and I was sliding back in the saddle every time I'd roll on the throttle. I bought a different bike to learn on but I always found myself browsing Indian Scouts on Pinterest. Stay with me...it gets a lot better. Riding around Lake Winnipesauke with my father became a bucket list item once I got my motorcycle license. I was visiting family in New Hampshire about a week before bike week in Laconia so I rented an Indian Scout from a dealer in Manchester. The bike had reduced reach foot controls, reduced reach bars, but a regular seat. The bike fit me well and I thoroughly enjoyed the next three days riding with family and friends all over the Granite State. I realized an Indian Scout was in my future. About 10 days ago we were on the way home a from a weekend getaway in San Diego. We visited every Indian dealership between the Antelope Valley and the Mexican border but there was always a reason to leave without a bike - the salesman was pushy, they didn't have what I wanted, etc. I ended up back in Redlands where I took my first test ride. Greg, my salesman, was great. No pressure, showed us a bunch of options and left us alone to look around. I was a little reluctant, but my husband informed me I was either getting a new bike today or a few months later for our anniversary. Why wait? We stopped by the parts desk and got a list of all the accessories I wanted: reduced reach controls and handle bars, back rest, floor boards, saddlebags, rear fender rack, windshield, and highway bars. 20 minutes later we asked Greg to work up an out the door price with all the added extras. Less than an hour after we walked in the door we were signing paperwork on my new 2019 Indian Scout! A few of the parts were on back-order but I got notified only a few days later that my ride was ready. We borrowed a small trailer from a friend and drove down that afternoon pick her up. A couple of little hiccups were addressed quickly and professionally from the sales and service staff and I headed home with my new bike that evening. I can't say enough good things about the buying experience with this dealer. They were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Granted, I was spending a pretty penny but it was definitely worth the drive and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Indian. read more

Bad ass yelp you need to add a couple more stars for this company what a difference coming from Indian of orange county to Indian Redlands these guys made me feel like I was part of their team a part of the family answered all my questions I went to get my bike fixed because my headlight wasn't working which is a must when Riding a motorcycle.
