If I can give no stars , I would, I feel Justin is very unprofessional and has a attitude problem, I had him work on my bike to fix clutch and tire , he took it upon himself to work on my electrical, didn't do my tire supposedly he fix my clutch but ever since I took it to him I've been having a short on my bike ever since I told him I wasn't paying for my electrical and he told me to pay for the clutch and don't bring my bike back again, never told him to work on wiring , ever since I cant seem to figure out the problem, this shop sucks and if your reading this, believe me , DO NOT TAKE THERE , YOU'LL THANK ME FOR IT... read more

Shop is clean and all work looks of quality. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, that is until they take 4 months to get the work done, fail to communicate prices and add extra work, then demand payment and pickup with 24 hour notice. Project exploded from a $2500 budget to $4500. The only time I got updates was when I drove by and checked on the progress of my bike. I asked multiple times to provide me a detailed quote for the scope of work. They have you sign a blank estimate so they can write whatever they feel like in after the fact. I almost walked away from the bike because I was so frustrated with the bike and incomplete work. I made it clear that I had to have the bike ready for CHP inspection and now I am having another shop finish what is needed to pass inspection to register the bike for another $600. Unfortunately I have found all cycle shops in Yucaipa area to take 2 times a long as they say and then have hundreds and in this case thousands of extra charges. read more

I brought my Rhino here which was having issues running crappy and couldn't seem to figure it out. It was a sat morning and by sat afternoon they had knocked it out. The bill was 145.00 to fix the problem of a dirty air filter and a minor carb adj. I thought wow! This is great. Took it home and drove it around. It appeared to no longer have the issue it was experiencing, but now it lacked the power it once had. I drove it back to have them address it and left it for 3 weeks, having to check back twice as no calls to me were made to update. It was pretty much left to sit with not much change. I was basically told, they couldn't figure it out and I let them keep it another week. With no hope. Finally, I had them slap it back together. When I picked it up, it actually ran worse than before! I drove it around the parking lot and showed it to their tech Ken. I Asked him did they even run it ? He said Justin was out of town and wouldn't be back again for another few days. He acknowledged that it was running terribly and i could leave it. I decided to pull the plug on these guys and limp it home. So, I got hosed for 145.00 and a shop that left me with no answers, and no referrals and a crappy running rhino. No effort to even refund me anything to say hey, sorry, we couldn't fix your utv and since it runs like shit still, how about we just refund you some of the money and go our separate ways. Or, hey, I'm sorry it runs like shit, can I refer you to these guys ? They are a more current on UTVS than we are. Needless to say, i am not impressed. They seem to have a good business there. It's clean and looks impressive, but it was an epic fail as far as I am concerned. The customer service aspect especially. I hate to give bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. read more

I decided to have my bike towed to this shop for repair after reading mostly positive reviews. The bike had been sitting up for a couple of years, would not start, and the battery would not hold a charge. I knew it needed a new battery so I bought one. I didn't have it with me at the time the bike was towed but I offered to drop it off the next day. I was towed they could repair the bike without the battery. Fast forward, they get the bike running so I bring my new battery to have it installed before I ride away. Not only had they installed another battery but they billed me for the charges without my permission. They looked at me and insisted the battery I bought was too tall to fit and was the wrong size. I felt I had no other choice but to pay for the battery. The battery was dead by the time I made the 30-minute trek home (I later discovered that was due to my charging system not working). I removed the old battery and discovered the battery I had bought fit perfectly and worked perfectly. I called Justin back and told him my battery actually fit so I was bringing back the battery he sold me for a refund. I even put it on trickle charge to recharge it fully before bringing it back. He told me he wasn't giving me a refund but he reluctantly agreed when I told hims that I had only bought the battery because in error, he told me mine didn't fit. When I get down there, he insists there's no way my battery could've fit and he asked for proof (which I didn't have at that time of course). Then he tells me there's a 20% restocking fee, which he never mentioned prior to me getting down there. I know reviews are important and I decided to try this shop because they had decent reviews. I tend not to write reviews unless I have an exceptionally great or poor experience because I know they can have an impact on someone's livelihood. However, I feel Justin's attitude was very unprofessional. I should mention that a simple battery test to determine if the charging system was even working with the new battery was never performed, which resulted in me suddenly losing all power while I was riding home on the freeway the next day. If you are a biker, you know how dangerous that is if you are stuck in one of the middle lanes trying to get over. Although I wavered at first, this whole experience pushed me towards writing this review and I will certainly not take my bike back there for any repairs in the future. read more

Found this guy by Accident and I am very Happy I road by, saw the shop and turned around to go back and talk to the guy (Justin) I had a big job to do on my dresser and I knew it was going to take a person that cares , so I wanted to feel good about the guy I'm going to pay to do it . not so long story short. My bike is FN awesome again. I don't think I could find a flaw in his work but I'm so happy I don't have time to try. Very Happy and I will back if I need something i don't want to do myself. Great job. Expensive but quality work is. Happy I finally found someone I can take my bikes to that's trustworthy. The fellas at b&b did exactly what I asked. Good to meet you guys. I can do most of my own work but sometimes I need a hand or just don't have time. I looked closely at the chain and sprocket they installed and it was done meticulously and pristine. you've gained a full time customer. Other motorcycle mechanics have been a nightmare. Redlands won't work on my sport bikes cause their older. Ted of Ted's garage 13 when asked to completely go through the bike didn't even change the oil and charged 900$ and the mobile mechanic is being investigated for theft of a trailer the day after he worked at my friend's house. read more

First, I delivered the bike and parts needed for the requested repair of replacing a damaged valvehead. I requested the mechanic inspect the parts I provided to ensure it was complete which they never did. I called weekly and often multiple times to check the status of the repair and completness of the parts I provided but we never given a status or confirmation of the part inventory. After 9 weeks of excuses and postponements, I once again called the business and was told completion of the repair was delayed as a part was missing (a gasket) and this point, an estimate of cost could not be provided confirming the original amount of $1000.  Although I waited for a follow up phone call, which I received none during the 9 week repair and called a final time to determine if the repair was done. The female I spoke to each time who provided me no information nor attempted any customer service to address my concerns was later revealed to me as the owner. I picked up the bike which was wiped down with a dirty rag, and paid over $1200 because last minute, oil needed to be added to the engine (big surprise that an engine needed that, right). Three bike ran horribly on the short ride home and I called them upon arrival to acknowledge my displeasure. The female owner stated they did what I asked and replaced the head but they weren't responsible for the runability issues. She replied, it wasn't running when you brought it in.  I spoke with three mechanic who stated the same thing. He agreed to look at it but could not guarantee the evaluation would be absorbed by the cost of the repair. This was, by far, there worst repair experience I have ever experienced. I would never recommend this business as they have no concept of professionalism or service and will be reported to the BBB as incompetent. read more
