Please avoid this location . Trying to purchase a helmet that was last on the shelf and the display. This was a SHOEI that was obviously tried on several times by multiple customers and the manger refused discount. Then we were told boxes for these helmets are thrown away. I'm sorry , this is is an extremely expensive helmet. Comes with no helmet cover , no box, spells like some sort of perfume / cologne and you are refusing to discount this item. Mind you this is my first time setting foot in a cycle gear and I am extremely disappointed in my first time experience here . Cycle gear please hire better staff especially for first timers in your store . People come to spend a large amount of money in your store and if you're not willing to please your customer you probably shouldn't be in this industry . Also do not try to sell a display that's been fitted several times and smells! And then refuse the damage in the product. Avoid this location! read more

The pricing seemed pretty skewed up and down really randomly on things which was weird. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are new and don't know what you need to get started on a bike. Who is visiting friends down here in SoCal and wanted to check out one of my favorite store chains. The staff you're nice and helpful however the selection fan variety of gear to look through isn't as plentiful as Northern California stores. The size of the store is actually pretty big but the space isn't filled with rats to check out the different jackets and riding gear. read more
