He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The Can-Am ultimately received a complete engine and turbo replacement, and the technicians did an excellent job with the repair. The machine is running great, and the quality of the work has given us confidence in taking it back out on the trails. Brian followed through on everything he said he would do and made sure the situation was resolved the right way. Customer service (internal and external): I witnessed multiple times in 15 minutes of the service personnel speaking ill of Parts personnel (input of information on an account, credit to a certain personnel for the purchase). Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient.
