Greg will blame you for how dirty it came in if you're not happy with a garbage wipe down. "I think a bird just shit on your bike right now." You see the problem with that is... why does the grime have towel marks running through it?! Hmm- just subpar work. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. The employee told me that he could not exchange the belt because it wasn't a product that they carried. So then I went ahead and purchased another one and when he brought out the box and pulled the belt out, he realized that inside that box -which is Duralast-it has a different namebrand inside the box casing. At that point, he realized his mistake and swapped it out. The next time I had to deal with someone that they call it Gray. A Gray is a manager who's supposed to really know the product. I brought in a Clutch that I have lifetime warranty and he said that he could not exchange it because it wasn't a brand that they carried. This was a vaLeo Clutch, which is a brand that they carry, and it's the brand that I purchased with the lifetime warranty. He said that the only brand they carry is Duralast and it would say Duralast on the Clutch then I showed him the flywheel, and he said he could not exchange it because it also did not say Duralast like it did in the picture. This really infuriated me because I have over 700 entries, and I know for a fact that flywheel came from Autozone. Rather than continue to have this Gray insult me I ended up going to a different store, and spoke with a manager, who knew the product well. This is very unfortunate that these people would rather insult the customer than to do a warranty swap. The Grey was a young Caucasian manager between 25 to 30 years old with flames on his forearms. If you get in line and he is the desk person, do yourself a favor and allow the next person to go and wait for someone else, because he does not know the product.

That is still ok but when a guy came into the counter and I asked where do I pay after waiting already for a good while, the guy was directing me to get back at the end of the line. I told him I already got my part and I just needed to pay. Why the do I need to go back at the tail end of line ordering parts again. Fortunately the people he said he's suppose to help first let me pay so I can leave. I was expecting for someone to say whoever the guy in the cashier is taking care of another customer say he'll take care of you after (if that's the case) I would understand but to tell me to get back again at the end of the order line, I think it's just plain stupid and don't make sense. In fact I heard the (lady) manager saying they were very slow all day talking to someone. If that's the case wouldn't it make sense service should be faster? I've never given a review as bad as this but it's just so unprofessional. Maybe I just didn't have a lucky day with them. It's not always the greatest service here but I kept coming back. Today is the worse of all.
