Told him what I needed done and he told me everything he recommended and everything he didn't think I needed even though he could've made an extra buck off of me. Fully trusted this man and came back and he ran through every nook and cranny with me. If lucky 7 had the part they would've done the maintenance/upgrade. If they didn't have the part, they had the recommendation in where and how to get it. Great impression. I left feeling more confident with my car than when I went in. I'll be back soon. If you're looking for customer service shop elsewhere. I guess when you ask for a detail on your motorcycle, don't expect it to be clean in the most obvious of places. Greg will blame you for how dirty it came in if you're not happy with a garbage wipe down. "I think a bird just shit on your bike right now." You see the problem with that is... why does the grime have towel marks running through it?! Hmm- just subpar work. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. Some advice- don't treat your customer like you know everything. Some of us are smarter than you think. This guys attitude sucks the most. One and done for me. Bring back Mike! read more

Replaced stator on my bike , just purchased from a large used Harley dealer in Anaheim. The dealership replaced the battery instead of addressing the real issue. I brought my 35th anniversary Super Glide to get it serviced. It had a generous primary leak and let me tell you this, these guys' customer service is absolutely unmatched. The primary leak was due to a worn down bushing being reused by the previous owner. In addition, the pulley bolts sheared off on my way back home and Lucky 7 worked w/ me in getting that fixed. I was very grateful with just how quickly their turnaround time is, and with them understanding/working w/ me in regards to my bike and getting it back to roadworthy condition. It's always kinda nerve-wracking taking your bike to a new shop. But the second I walked in and was greeted by Joe behind the counter I knew my bike was in good hands. I took my road king down because it was having some electrical issues. The guys at Lucky 7 had everything fixed in a few days. They needed a part that cost $100, and then only charged $100 in labor (they also fixed some wiring issues with my gas tank and brake light). I couldn't believe how inexpensive it all was. Seriously can't recommend this place enough. Great employees who are very knowledgeable, and prices that are probably the best you can get. Found the shop to care and pamper my '93 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide. I got my Dyna Wide this past August. It had been garaged for 5 years by it's previous owner up north in Santa Maria. I met Mike, the owner of Lucky 7 Motorsports, who was very friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Mike informed me that my Dyna Wide would need a full service done to bring it up to par in safety and road worthiness. And there's where my mechanic, Joe, comes in. Joe has been taking care of my Dyna Wide since day 1. He has done an outstanding job in servicing it and making adjustments according to MY NEEDS. Joe takes the he time to explain all work completed and/or needing to be completed. I also added engine bars, lowered the rear, changed to white wall tires, and am having my lites revamped. Don't know what to think ? I would be very leery on getting my bike fixed at this shop . Took my bike in to get an oil leak fixed. $800 later and my bike is still leaking in the same exact spot . When I took it back they still were not able to find that particular leak but were able to point out other leaks not even close to the same area. I took my street glide there as I saw they were a 4 star Yelp dealer at the time. I went in on a Sat morning, and I believe there was only one person there in the back, a mechanic. I said hello! And he promptly came out to help me. I told him I needed my Tank fixed, as I had a big dent in the lower area of my gas tank, and a dent that needed paint work on my front fender from someone backing in to my bike... He gave me a fare price, and told me it would be ready in about 8 days or so. Well I called on the 6th day to see if it was close to being done? The gentleman told me it hasn't been even started yet. I told him I need my bike by the time it was promised. He stated don't worry, it will be! I said ok! And thought yeah right! Well let me tell you, the owner, I believe he said His name was Mike, called me to let me know? it was finished! And it was a day early. I got here, the day he called, and they did an excellent job! After returning from Afghanistan in June 2012 my Harley wouldn't start and had it towed. Unfortunately for me the tow truck company (JC's Towing in Ontario) straps broke and causing additional repairs. Upon arriving to the shop Mike and Sherrie both were very helpful. They talked to the driver and we verified the damages and the driver stated that the company would pay and that just to contact the office on Monday. Well after MANY attempts in trying to contacting the tow truck company owner, Mike and Sherrie both feeling my frustration also joined me in trying to contact this unprofessional owner. Well in the end I paid for everything and although it was a nightmare the professionalism and great customer service given by Mike and Sherrie would keep me as a customer.
