If you're looking for customer service shop elsewhere. I guess when you ask for a detail on your motorcycle, don't expect it to be clean in the most obvious of places. Greg will blame you for how dirty it came in if you're not happy with a garbage wipe down. "I think a bird just shit on your bike right now." You see the problem with that is... why does the grime have towel marks running through it?! Hmm- just subpar work. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. Some advice- don't treat your customer like you know everything. Some of us are smarter than you think. This guys attitude sucks the most. One and done for me. Bring back Mike! read more

G Arthur Performance Cycles is hands down one of the best motorcycle shops around. Greg and Casper have done an amazing job on both my FXR and Dyna -- their attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. Greg takes the time to walk you through every aspect of the work performed so you always know exactly what was done and why. The shop itself is spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the overall experience is top-notch from start to finish. Each time I pick up my bikes, they run flawlessly and look immaculate. I highly recommend G Arthur Performance Cycles to anyone who wants quality, honesty, and true pride in workmanship. read more

Fris is not only insanely knowledgeable but also incredibly honest. Being a new FD owner, I came in with minimal to no knowledge. Told him what I needed done and he told me everything he recommended and everything he didn't think I needed even though he could've made an extra buck off of me. Fully trusted this man and came back and he ran through every nook and cranny with me. If lucky 7 had the part they would've done the maintenance/upgrade. If they didn't have the part, they had the recommendation in where and how to get it. Great impression. I left feeling more confident with my car than when I went in. I'll be back soon. To be honest this was such a great first experience I probably won't go anywhere else. read more

Replaced stator on my bike , just purchased from a large used Harley dealer in Anaheim. The dealership replaced the battery instead of addressing the real issue. Lucky 7 explained everything and I will be bringing the bike back in to have them service it and fix all the safety related issues not addressed by the dealership. Everyone at lucky 7 is knowledgeable and honest. read more

Mike owner is great to work with. He tells me exactly what he would do for repairs and offers options. I've had them fix the carb on my sportster a few times and they always come through. They call me with updates and are upfront with pricing. read more

I brought my '21 Street Glide Special to get bars, grips and full exhaust system installed. I didn't have bushings and the wire kit and they got it done! Customer service was on point as well as the price. Dropped it off on Wednesday and picked it up on Saturday. Bike was done sooner, but I had work schedule issues. My bike handles and sounds awesome! Big shout out to Mike, Casper and to the guy who I dropped it off with! (I think he is Mike's son.) These guys will hook your bike up! I will DEFINITELY be back to get more work done! Oh yeah Mike called me when I was on my way Saturday to pick her up. He was out front standing next to my bike when I got there. Great experience from start to finish! read more

Took my road glide in for a new front tire. Reasonable price and the service was excellent. I am a first time customer and the shop owner is nice and you can tell he is honest and knows how to service a Harley I'll be back for sure read more

I brought my 35th anniversary Super Glide to get it serviced. It had a generous primary leak and let me tell you this, these guys' customer service is absolutely unmatched. The primary leak was due to a worn down bushing being reused by the previous owner. In addition, the pulley bolts sheared off on my way back home and Lucky 7 worked w/ me in getting that fixed. I was very grateful with just how quickly their turnaround time is, and with them understanding/working w/ me in regards to my bike and getting it back to roadworthy condition. Lucky 7 stands by both their customer service and their work and it shows. This is the only place I'll ever take my Dyna to. read more

In my opinion, there is no other review possible than one of all praise and appreciation. The guys running this shop we're incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have had an electrical issue on my bike for years that was fixed up and repaired quickly. In a diagnostic, my bike was found to have another slight issue that was thoroughly explained to me with no pressure to remedy it right away. As long as I'm in the area, this is where my bike will go for any needs. Thanks Lucky 7! read more

It's always kinda nerve-wracking taking your bike to a new shop. But the second I walked in and was greeted by Joe behind the counter I knew my bike was in good hands. I took my road king down because it was having some electrical issues. The guys at Lucky 7 had everything fixed in a few days. They needed a part that cost $100, and then only charged $100 in labor (they also fixed some wiring issues with my gas tank and brake light). I couldn't believe how inexpensive it all was. Seriously can't recommend this place enough. Great employees who are very knowledgeable, and prices that are probably the best you can get. Plus you avoid the crazy ass wait times at the Harley Stealership. Great experience here and I'll definitely be back. read more

I needed an oil change on my Sportster and found Lucky 7 Motorsports on Google. I read the many great reviews and decided to take my motorcycle to them. I was more than pleased with their superb and outstanding Customer Service. They treat you like a long-time friend instead of just a "customer". A few months later, I needed a new battery, and of course, I went back to Lucky 7. Joe went above and beyond his supreme customer service and installed it for free. I recommend Lucky 7 Motorsports to anyone looking for a shop that combines great people with high proficiency and expertise plus outstanding customer service. Keep it up Lucky7!! and thank you for the wonderful Customer Service you provide. read more

Mike and his team did a great job on my 96 Harley. They put right some years of neglect and abuse and got me back on the road again.

Got a 2020 sportster 48 and went to lucky 7 10mins before they close but Mike the owner of the shop still help me and my buddy about our questions about our bikes. They ordered and installed my shortshots today. Very professional guys. Good price too compare to Harley-Davidson dealers. read more

What a rude person. So If don't or can't/ unable to properly work on a certain type of wheel why would you accept it ? Any decent shop will let you know if there is a problem or something that could be taken care of it while they are already working on it. No thank you. Never again. read more

Quick and easy. Knowledgeable guys who all ride and know these bikes in and out. what else can you ask for

Found the shop to care and pamper my '93 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide. I got my Dyna Wide this past August. It had been garaged for 5 years by it's previous owner up north in Santa Maria. I met Mike, the owner of Lucky 7 Motorsports, who was very friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Mike informed me that my Dyna Wide would need a full service done to bring it up to par in safety and road worthiness. And there's where my mechanic, Joe, comes in. Joe has been taking care of my Dyna Wide since day 1. He has done an outstanding job in servicing it and making adjustments according to MY NEEDS. Joe takes the he time to explain all work completed and/or needing to be completed. I also added engine bars, lowered the rear, changed to white wall tires, and am having my lites revamped. Believe me...my Dyna Wide truly Glides on the road! The following are my before (night) and after (day) pics... read more

Don't know what to think ? I would be very leery on getting my bike fixed at this shop . Took my bike in to get an oil leak fixed. $800 later and my bike is still leaking in the same exact spot . When I took it back they still were not able to find that particular leak but were able to point out other leaks not even close to the same area. I think they're doing a lot of winging it . read more

Took my '92 FLHTC in for a factory service and couldn't be happier. This was my first time in and everyone at the business was friendly and professional. Talked with the owner Mike (great guy) about some changes I could make to my bike (it's completely stock) and will certainly consider them. Josh who works the front counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and kept me updated on the status of the work being done on my bike. Overall a great experience and they are highly recommended. read more

These guys are awesome. Plain and simple. Did a great job on my handle bar install and got my girl road ready. Definitely recommend.

Bought a new Harley. I had tons of questions. Some smart and some dumb. They answered all of my questions with reason and examples. Didn't treat me any different than a veteran owner with issues with my bike and didn't push anything unnecessary on me. I am pleased with my choice and couldn't be more happy with a ma and pa shop that actually care about each bike and a customer service. Customer for life! read more

I took my bike to Lucky 7 motor sports because I wanted to do a few upgrades to my 2018 street bob. I was looking for better performance and louder sound and Lucky 7 was the place to get it done. Mike it's a solid dude he knows his stuff, he went over my options and took the time to explain in detail what I was looking for. I'm very satisfied with the work they have done to my bike, reasonable prices and very knowledgeable. They have earned my business. I'll definitely be taking my bike back in the future and referring my friends to Lucky 7. read more

I took my street glide there as I saw they were a 4 star Yelp dealer at the time. I went in on a Sat morning, and I believe there was only one person there in the back, a mechanic. I said hello! And he promptly came out to help me. I told him I needed my Tank fixed, as I had a big dent in the lower area of my gas tank, and a dent that needed paint work on my front fender from someone backing in to my bike... He gave me a fare price, and told me it would be ready in about 8 days or so. Well I called on the 6th day to see if it was close to being done? The gentleman told me it hasn't been even started yet. I told him I need my bike by the time it was promised. He stated don't worry, it will be! I said ok! And thought yeah right! Well let me tell you, the owner, I believe he said His name was Mike, called me to let me know? it was finished! And it was a day early. I got here, the day he called, and they did an excellent job! He treats people like I believe he wants to be treated. Awesome, I have 2 Harleys, and there the folks I will use period... get job! read more

The owner (Mike) was literally pulling out of his shop. He was on his way to the river. Instead of having one of his guys talk to me about my lighting electrical problem, he took the time to talk to me and assured me they would fix the problem. Joe did the work. Both Mike and Joe are professionals. The price was very reasonable. I'm glad I found this shop. read more

I've been using Lucky 7 for work and parts on multiple bikes for over a decade. The owner Mike is a TRUE business man in the sense that the customer and customer satisfaction are the priority. Multiple times over the years I have asked for a repair on very short notice and they always make the deadline they give. The head mechanic Joe is the best around. I've gotten over my head a couple times on work I've done myself and he is always willing to lend some advice and if needed take over a job already begun. The work is top notch at this place. read more

After returning from Afghanistan in June 2012 my Harley wouldn't start and had it towed. Unfortunately for me the tow truck company (JC's Towing in Ontario) straps broke and causing additional repairs. Upon arriving to the shop Mike and Sherrie both were very helpful. They talked to the driver and we verified the damages and the driver stated that the company would pay and that just to contact the office on Monday. Well after MANY attempts in trying to contacting the tow truck company owner, Mike and Sherrie both feeling my frustration also joined me in trying to contact this unprofessional owner. Well in the end I paid for everything and although it was a nightmare the professionalism and great customer service given by Mike and Sherrie would keep me as a customer. Keep doing a great job guys, your help is greatly appreciated. read more

This is a great place to take your HD. The staff is knowledgeable and also fiscally smart. I took my 06 Road King which needed major attention after I left it with family while out of the country. Mike and his staff (Joe?) Took care of the things I asked them to look after and also went deeper to advise me of other potential problems. They treated us like we were family. I just happen to be in when Mikes family dropped by and in quickly saw he is as passionate about bikes as he is about his family. This is family owned business 3 generations I believe. My bike will not go anywhere but there I recommend this shop to all. read more
