He's a cool dude and had a very respectable demeanor. His shop and his people were more than accommodating and hospitable. Unfortunately, something went wrong during the install. After getting frustrated, I gave up and took it to another shop. They had it for two weeks, told me I needed new bottom cases (which didn't fix the original issue), gave it back to me in pieces, and still charged me a ridiculous amount -- now I had a fresh build and a new case, still not running. I trailered the bike over to Full Throttle just as they were about to close for the day. Manny still came outside, walked around the bike with me, and listened to everything I had to say. In just one week, they found the actual issue -- plus a few other small things that had been overlooked more than once by others. I felt so confident in Manny's diagnosis and work that I ordered even more parts for him to install while waiting for the main repair. Special shoutout to Michael at the front desk -- he went above and beyond helping me find every part I needed, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The communication and care were next level. These guys treat your bike the way you would treat it. If you care about your ride, this is the shop to take it to. Also, side note -- the apprentice they have is going to go far. You can see the focus and passion in his work.

Shop replaced clutch plates, but the next time I rode the bike the clutch went out completely. Had it towed and returned to the shop. They repaired it again, no charge. A week or so later I left for the Canada trip. Clutch went out on me AGAIN in Soledad, CA on day one of the trip. Cost a pretty penny to get it in and out of a shop in Gilroy the next day. Brian said he would reimburse me. Long story short, he never did and I had to sue him. Won the suit, now I have to collect the money. Based on his previous actions, I'm guessing I will have to collect the judgment via a Writ of Execution.

My Type R has IRX 35% all around including windshield and looks super dark since the interior absorbs a lot of light. However, I included an interior shot to show how QUALITY tint is supposed to look regardless of the darkness (I can see easily at night). Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Is it worth the money? Most definitely. Is the heat rejection that much better? Yes I'll be back again for my next car!

Races !!! If you're not Caucasian, don't bother trying to do any business with them. I recently visited this store in hope to order parts for my Harley and possibly have it worked on, but I was left waiting without acknowledgment. The older man who works at the front of the store assisted two "Caucasian" teenagers and ignored me as if I wasn't in the store. I thought, OK he's busy, I'll wait till he's done with them. After the kids left he walked right passed me and went outside to the front of the store and just sat at the bench. I continued to look at the little merchandise they have displayed assuming he needed a breather. There were 2 to 3 guys working on several bikes at the back room and none took the time to ask if I needed any assistance. Finally, this older man walks back into the store, totally ignores me and continue to walk into the back area and disappeared into an office. I have never experience this shit ever and just can't stand people like this. If you're against this kind of stupidity please don't do business with them and pass on the word. Believe it or not Lucky 7, not only "Caucasian" people ride. OPEN YOUR EYES AND LOOK AT THE DIVERSITY THAT SURROUNDS YOU. read more

AR Hen I have a 2011 Ultra Classic and when I took my baby into Lucky 7 for her 15K check up I inform them that this is my first Harley. Immediately, I started asking Joe the mechanic , a 1000 and 1 questions and he answers all of them and then some. Joe also gave me a list of do's and don't's ; but the most important thing he said was my bike was beautiful and I didn't need to make any changes to it. He also said with regular scheduled maintenance my bike would last me for ever. I was impressed with their integrity, they made no attempt to sell me a bunch stuff I didn't need. But instead they provided me with life time instructions for the care and maintenance for my baby. read more

Met Joe to discuss fuel leak from steel braided line on my custom Softail.Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and personable. On departure said if I ever needed help on anything in the future to just come on back and they'd be there. Well, pulling out of my driveway this weekend for my weekly run up Mt. Baldy the clutch cable snapped. Will definitely take this beast back to Lucky 7 for repair based on my earlier interaction. I cant say enough about these guys, they have always taken great care of me every time i have taken my bike in for repair! I have owned bikes for most of my life and without a doubt Mike and Joe are the best! Two days before the Las Vegas run I burned out my stater and regulator, Joe fit me in even though he was swamped and I was able to go on the run with NO PROBLEMS!!!! I got my FXSTD from lucky 7,Mike sold it to me. He told me everything about the bike and he sounded like he knew it personally. I thought then that the cost was slightly high but 3 years later I could not be more of a satisfied customer. My bike is everything he said.
