This is the only shop I trust to work on my bike. Rick and his team are honest and quick with services.

Instead of immediately telling me to bring it down and spend money, they walked me through several troubleshooting steps over the phone to make sure it wasn't something simple I could fix myself. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. When I brought the bike in, the experience only got better. The guy helping me clearly knew bikes inside and out. We talked bikes for a bit, and it was obvious he has a ton of experience and genuinely enjoys what he does. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things without making me feel rushed. The repair itself was done incredibly fast, and the pricing was more than fair. In fact, considering the quality of work and the time he saved me, I felt like I was charged less than what the service was worth. No unnecessary upselling, no runaround--just honest work done right the first time. What impressed me most was how efficient he was. He got straight to the problem, diagnosed it quickly, and had my bike back up and running in no time. The whole experience felt professional, honest, and customer-focused from start to finish. If you're looking for a bike shop that knows what they're doing, treats customers right, charges fair prices, and genuinely cares about helping people, I highly recommend Chino Bike Shop. They've definitely earned another loyal customer, and I'll be coming back for any future bike needs. Highly recommend. I need to return to be able to get it fixed again, due to it just naturally having issues due to the Harley Dealership being assss.

Unfortunately, something went wrong during the install. After getting frustrated, I gave up and took it to another shop. They had it for two weeks, told me I needed new bottom cases (which didn't fix the original issue), gave it back to me in pieces, and still charged me a ridiculous amount -- now I had a fresh build and a new case, still not running. I trailered the bike over to Full Throttle just as they were about to close for the day. Manny still came outside, walked around the bike with me, and listened to everything I had to say. In just one week, they found the actual issue -- plus a few other small things that had been overlooked more than once by others. I felt so confident in Manny's diagnosis and work that I ordered even more parts for him to install while waiting for the main repair. Special shoutout to Michael at the front desk -- he went above and beyond helping me find every part I needed, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The communication and care were next level. These guys treat your bike the way you would treat it. If you care about your ride, this is the shop to take it to. Also, side note -- the apprentice they have is going to go far. You can see the focus and passion in his work.

Unfortunately, after only about 140 miles, the clutch failed and the bike was no longer rideable. To make matters worse, Yamaha determined the failure was due to "user error" and wanted me to pay around $600 for the repair. The reason I'm writing this review is because of James Grosso and Luis, a dealership manager. James was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase, and he was great from the start. The whole buying experience felt relaxed and straightforward, with no pressure at all. We ended up talking about a lot more than just motorcycles--business, books, life, goals, and all kinds of things. He's the type of person who genuinely cares about people and takes the time to build real relationships. When I called him after the clutch issue came up, he listened, understood why I was frustrated, and immediately started looking into ways to help. After speaking with James, I was put in touch with Luis, a dealership manager. He took the time to review everything and agreed that it didn't make sense for me to be stuck paying for a repair on a brand-new bike with so few miles on it. Even though Yamaha wouldn't cover the repair, Luis stepped up and had the dealership take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it says a lot about how this dealership treats its customers. Issues can happen with any vehicle or manufacturer. What really matters is how people handle those situations when they come up. James and Luis both went out of their way to help make a frustrating situation right, and because of that, they've earned my trust and future business. Thank you again, James and Luis. I really appreciate everything you did.
