Ok, so I wanted to wait until everything was said and done to write this review. Everything is now…read moresaid and done, so here we go. :) Earlier this summer my local Cycle Gear (Sacramento, CA) threw a huge bike day event/tent sale. Well, the crew from Bazzaz Performance were on hand to show off their products/talk to everybody. I walked up and started talking to them about products for the for motorcycle. They informed me that they haven't been able to get a bike like mine into their shop to test/verify with, but there was a solid demand for them. I offered mine up as I knew I was going to be out of town anyway and wouldn't miss having it. They accepted my offer and we set up a date to drop it off. They had my bike for about 8 days when I got the notification that they were finished with it. I had the Z-Fi, quick shift, and traction control unit fitted to the bike. Though the quick shift isn't installed yet as I'm waiting on my bespoke rear sets to be made. But I have the parts needed to install from Bazzaz. The contact I had from beginning to end was as good as I've ever experienced from any company I've done business with in my 17 years as a rider. Everyone there is super friendly and a true motorcycle enthusiast! I picked my bike up this past Friday and rode from L.A. back to Sacramento via Hwy 101. 540 miles to be exact. Then turned around and went on a 200 mile ride through the mountains yesterday. The throttle response is so much smoother now than it was before it's scary! The on/off throttle transition is also much improved over stock. The added torque that Jason, the R&D Tech that tuned my bike, was able to pull out of my bike is also VERY noticeable. This bike pulls like a freight train and is smooth all the way out to red line. I know this sounds like an advertisement, but I'm just that pleased with the whole transaction. This is a great group of people who are GREAT at what they do. I even had an email from Jason this morning asking me how my ride home was and how the bike felt. It's rare to find customer service like that these days.

This place just lost a paying customer! The receptionist was no help at all. I even asked for some…read morehelp from somebody else. Why would you ask a paying customer if you're going to be using your motorcycle for track or anything else? It's my bike, if I'm paying for your product why would that matter? I even asked if the tune the bikes there and she said no but according to the reviews there's two bikes there that have been worked on there before. Looks like power commander it is for me!

I met Tyler over at Hollywood Electrics when he was working on my new (back then) 2018 Zero DSR…read more That bike has about 60k miles on it now...and that's a credit to him! He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

Outstanding Service and Expertise!…read more I can't say enough great things about Moto Werkz and Tyler! As someone new to the motorcycle world, I was nervous about needing repairs on my Z650--but Tyler made the whole experience smooth, easy, and educational. He's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me--not just seasoned riders. Tyler ordered all the necessary parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and even gave me honest advice about future maintenance, like when to consider new tires or my next oil change. He's upfront about any potential risks or wear, and his communication is excellent--always responsive and clear. I dropped my bike off on a Saturday and had it back by Tuesday, fully repaired, cleaned, and detailed. His attention to detail and customer service are top-notch. I never once felt talked down to for not knowing something--Tyler genuinely wants riders to understand and feel confident about their bikes. If you're looking for honest, fast, high-quality service from someone who truly cares, Tyler at Moto Werkz is the guy to go to. Highly recommended!
