So all these reviews below is from the old location where they used to have a dyno and they used to care about customer service now that they are in the IE they have become a bunch of assholes. They don't take appointments, they want you to just leave your car outside with no date of completion. I took my care to them 1 year ago in Stanton and no problems, it was expensive but they got the work done. 1 year later I had a problem with the work they performed and they tried saying they didn't do the work. I showed them my PO from them and then he became an ass saying he wasn't going to work on my car anyways now. That fat guy who answers the phone is a real piece of work, just a money hungry horses ass. They won't be in business for long when they can't park there cars on that dirt lot they are occupying currently. I'm sure the city will come in and shit that down. Remember folks customer service is number 1 when your in the business of service. Can't just turn your back on people because you have had a bad day. read more

I should have written this a while back but just haven't had time. We had John and the guys build our cage for our 2021 Razor xp4 turbo. We had them do their fast back cage 2" plus in the back to accommodate our growing boys. It dropped right on and fit perfectly. I heard great thing about this shop but try calling the customer service is terrible. They hardly pick up their phone. However after 3 days of trying I finally got a hold of a nice gentleman by the name of John spoke to him and told him what I needed. He said he would call me back in a few hours and yet a week later still waiting. Maybe they are under staffed or dont like picking up the phone. I was going to drive there instead but why should of if my business is not important to them. They really need to improve on there customer service. read more

So glad this shop was referred to me by a friend. Spoke to Brandon over the phone about my situation with my RZR. Top end needed to be rebuilt, and they did an awesome job of it. We talked over the phone as things were progressing, I had other stuff done to the RZR as it was already in the shop, and they had no problem doing it. Even went with Brandon's suggestion on a different air filter set up than stock, and was so glad I did it! The machine runs great, no problems as of yet, and don't expect to have any. It's nice to have a shop you can depend on to do a great job! Definitely recommend them, and will use them again in the future! The drive was a little far for me, but so worth it! read more

Cannot say enough about these guys! They definitely have the skills and know how to treat customers. I have a razor the was making a knocking noise. They took it in tried to get it done throught the wack warranty (BTW-never buy the worthless warranty). Even thought it took more time and effort on there part they went above and beyond in working with the warranty requests, keeping me informed all the way. I ended up have to come out of pocket (which sucked) but this experience was first class...from drop off to delivery. Thanks again guys! read more

Took a pair of dirtbike forks there to get re-sealed. After waiting 2 weeks to get them back, I took my bike to the desert and all the oil was sitting in the bed of my truck. Guys are cool even to the not so knowledgeable. Not the typical bad ass, I'm too cool so I have to be a dick attitude, very helpful and friendly shop. John , his son Joe & the boys were awesome. I brought in my Rzr xp935, i had a worse case situation. Pretty much i had grenaded my motor & ended up putting a xp 1000 motor in it. First off they are very knowledgeable & very friendly. John called me and explained everything to me & basically ran through all my options. Second they have a quick turn around as far as bringing your ride it to diagnosis to completing work done, so you can get back out to having fun. Third they are very fair in pricing, John had worked with me on some new parts he had in shop, that i would have spent an additional $800 or so on buying myself. Plus i just over all felt he had my best interest in mind. I definitely will be using The Pro Shop again with my off-road toys.
