Recently, two of my tires blew out and I had both tires replaced at your dealership. The invoice included the cost of the tire pressure sensors, but your service department was unable to properly program them. Because of this issue, I had to come back to your dealership three separate times. Each time, I was told that the sensors had been reset and that I just needed to drive on the freeway for about 20 minutes for the tire pressure readings to appear. However, the issue was never resolved. On my third visit, I was finally told that your dealership could not program the sensors and that I would have to take the vehicle to a RAM dealership to have them reprogrammed. My question is: why was I not told this from the beginning? I paid your dealership in full for the service, including the sensors, but the job was only partially completed. I then had to waste my time making three separate trips to your dealership before being told that I needed to go somewhere else. What is even more frustrating is that there was no apology or any real effort to take responsibility for the inconvenience. I also repeatedly received text messages asking for feedback about the service. I left a negative review explaining what happened, but no one seemed to care or follow up with me. I eventually went to a RAM dealership, and they told me that reprogramming the sensors would cost more than $200. Your dealership had previously told me that this would be free. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If your dealership was unable to complete the sensor programming, that should have been clearly explained to me from the beginning instead of repeatedly telling me the problem had been fixed and sending me back on the road. I believe your dealership should take responsibility for the additional cost and inconvenience caused by this situation.

I bought the bike this weekend I bought it straight off the showroom didn't test drive it wrote a check and loaded it on to my truck while I was filling out the paperwork I asked Is there anything wrong or I need to know about the bike I was ensured the mechanic was checking it out some last things before I took it home thought nothing of it got my keys and made my 3 hour drive home upon first 5 mins of riding the bike just feet from my house a really loud squeaking sound was coming from the front tire almost impossible to miss so I don't know how it passed there inspection of the bike. Upon my inspection of it I did know what was causing it the speed sensor on the front wheel it should have been an easy fix but the bolt was stripped I don't know how this was not noticed during an inspection as I moved the bike not even 25 feet and noticed it right away as something was wrong with it in the end spent the rest of the day extracting the bolt so that I could finally ride my new bike
