Aprilia Caponord 1200 Travel Pack ABS

Kraig is great to work with. He has a great inventory of exclusive cars, trikes and bikes. He worked around my schedule and did exactly as he promised. The transaction was quick and the paperwork was painless. Thanks again Kraig!

I would gladly buy from 2020 Motors again. I recently bought my Aprilia motorcycle from Kraig, and I cannot think of a single complaint. Kraig was reasonable, flexible, and upstanding throughout our transaction. 2020 Motors feels like the best of both worlds: a licensed dealer and a very solid private party. There were no surprises whatsoever during the transaction; the price discussed was the price paid. I bought the bike on a Friday morning and Kraig completed and submitted all the paperwork right away. It was good to know the bike was 100% ready to go when I rode it home the next day. If 2020 Motors has something you want in inventory, I would not hesitate to buy from them.

Kraig had the car on a lift so we could inspect it top to bottom before buying.

Flew in from Houston to purchase a car here. Kraig answered all correspondence quickly and completely. He made the difficult process of purchasing a car 1500 miles from home as easy as possible. Highly recommended dealer with a very cool museum quality inventory.

Walking into a car dealership is usually a low-level psychological exercise. You know what you…read morewant, they know what they want, and somewhere in between, you're stuck in an uncomfortable chair fending off sales pitches and wondering if you're about to make a terrible financial decision. Not this time. I came in looking for a crossover, and John Will was fantastic. Zero hard sell. No slick pretending that every car on the lot was somehow "perfect for me." He actually listened. When he knew the answer, he gave it to me straight. When he didn't, he didn't fake it--he admitted it, went and found the real answer, and got back to me. In this business, that kind of honesty goes a long way. I left with a vehicle I genuinely love, and even better, without that greasy feeling that I'd been talked into something I didn't need. Nothing forced, nothing sneaky--just a straightforward, remarkably painless transaction. Turns out buying a car doesn't have to be miserable. Ask for John Will.

The main thing I noticed is that the property could use a little more attention when it comes to overall presentation and the customer waiting experience. Even a few small improvements to make the area feel cleaner and more comfortable would go a long way. I also noticed the sign stating that they recently stopped offering cash back for guests who want to tip the staff. I thought that was a little unfortunate, especially since the employees are doing a lot of hands-on work and some customers may not carry cash. The wash itself was okay, but I felt the final result coming out of the tunnel could have been a little better. The employees did their part, so this may simply come down to equipment, maintenance, or the overall wash setup. I always like supporting businesses that provide jobs and employ local people, and I don't mind paying more for a full-service wash when the overall experience is there. For me personally, though, I'm not sure I would return. I would probably choose an express wash next time and take care of the finishing touches myself. Overall, there is definitely potential here. A little more attention to the property, customer experience, and the tools available to the staff could make a big difference.
