After walking away, we discovered that a $5,000 Cutting Edge credit card was opened WITHOUT our knowledge, consent, or authorization using the banking information provided during the application. At no point were we told a credit card would be opened. At no point did we agree to this. This is not a misunderstanding this is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. This behavior destroys trust and raises serious questions about how this business handles customers' financial information. Monitor your credit, monitor your bank accounts, and think very carefully before giving this company any personal or financial data. I searched for someone to get my 2 quads back to working condition after sitting for over a year in storage. I knew they wouldn't start because of old fuel. I found these guys since I always see them off of the 91 freeway. I dropped off my 2 quads and 2 weeks later, they were ready. They sent me a video of them starting up. When I got there I decided to get the paperwork done first before setting up the ramps for the trailer. Got all the paperwork done and we walked out and the 2 quads were already on the trailer! So nice of them to load them up....all I had to do was strap them down. As we were going over the quads, Alex notices a nail in one of my tires. He asks if I wanted that repaired. Of course I said yes since my son and I were heading to the desert in a few days. His tech repaired the tire in no time and said it was comped since they did the full service on both quads! Had a great experience with both Alex and the tech on drop off and pick up! This is a great family run business! Highly recommend!!! Buyers beware of this place. The only reason he gets 1 star is because I can't give with 0. We bought 2 quads here and I have nothing bad to say about it they are great. But their business is shady me and my husband walked in and financed our quads through their synchrony program at that time it was an order guy taking all of information down. He asked for 2 major credit cards and social numbers of course I understand that is needed for financing purposes. But the 2 cards that we gave him were compromised right after he took all of information down and and did credit fraud on us. Up until this day we are still fighting it with our credit companies. Buyers please stay vigilant of your credit after buying from this company. Our credit is ruined and and still dealing with the credit card companies. BE AWARE, I purchased in January a used 2002 Yamaha 350 quad from this company for pulling a 4' drag to scrape weeds in the backyard. It was cartwheeled or rolled by the prior owner and had some fender warpage. I was assured and reassured that everything was checked out and worked great. Rode it around the parking lot and for a 2 min test ride everything seemed ok...Used it twice to pull the drag, scraping weeds and then let it it sit during Covid. Last week, I allowed my 14 year old son to use it for the first time on a small trail ride and he reported that heard the motor started popping and backfiring... he has never crashed the bike and is very conservative as a brand new rider. I purchased and replaced a new mikuni carburetor thinking that was the issue but long term rider fiends of mine discovered the upper motor mounts had been broken and the exhaust bolts sheered due to stresses of the lower engine mounts and the exhaust bolts were the only things holding the motor. They informed me that this had to happened during a accident or roll. The bolt is sheered on the exhaust and needs to be tapped and removed and new motor mounts need to be purchased. This headache was exacerbated by the fact I called the owner and asked for some guidance or help since he sold me as something that would never be rideable one a trail. He then started to treat me in his words as a "terrorist" in his bill and teds speech pattern. I hung up and came here to help others by telling them..... anything you buy here.....MAKE SURE YOU TEAR IT DOWN TO THE FRAME AND INSPECT IT BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR MONEY DOWN AND BRING AN EXPERT. Used car sales tactics and not what I thought at all...I just thank God my son wasn't in the desert or far from home. read more
