They were able to sell us a used cart but found a way to add hinged doors and an onboard charger to make things easier for my parents. He came out in the time frame agreed upon and had my wife's cart (2009 RXV with 600 amp controller and lithium conversion) up and running in about an hour. My 48v carryall 6 has wiring issues that I tried to fix, many hours and a few cuss words later I had Robert look at it. he was done in under two hours. He will be back next week to fix my 36v carryall. I don't have any issues with his pricing, service or time line and yes he is a nice guy.
