I just took delivery of my new 2020 Malibu 24 MXZ Before going to Tillys I looked at boats used and new online for months. Priced them and even looked out of state thinking I might get a better deal out of state. Then went to Tillys in Norco and met Craig. We priced up a custom order boat that beat any out of state deal and I now have a local place that will take care of any warranty and general service needs. I have bringing my boat here since before Tillys bought out Greenhouse Marine. These folks are very helpful and organized. I came in a bit late in the season, but they made me a service appointment working about 2 weeks and performed a 100 hour service and a replacement of plugs and cap for me. Prices were fair and the work was done in about 3 days. I get email ads from them monthly and have noticed they are now also doing demo days (much like Greenhouse did). I highly recommend people who are boat owners or even pre-owners to take a look at Tillys or even go out for a demo day. Oh by the way, this is the divorce store for me. I took my boat in for a complete inspection, and yearly service. This was on June 18. I had never taken my boat there but they had promised to get it out in a week or so and the Tige place was too busy, so I dropped it off. The boat had been sitting for 2 years and I sold it, it needed a service and a few other small items before I turned it over to the new owner. The week turned into 19 days and when I picked it up on of the items he said ( Tony, Service Manager) he could fix he couldn't, so I ended up taking it to Tige anyway. Now I've finally delivered the boat to the new owner. Who takes it out for a spin. In the annual service I paid $550.00 for at Tillys, they included a new impeller For those of you not familiar with inboard tournament/wakeboard boats : the pump impeller is a rubber like replaceable piece that if it is not replaced it wears it will break down then it will not push any water to your engine and bingo! Overheating and possible catastrophic engine damage. In the Tillys annual service includes the impellar replacement but ..... They didn't replace the impellar Boat overheated first time out, and lots of damage So. Tillys has terrible mechanics that forget what they don't have a system that checks those things? Or they purposely don't do the expensive service stuff you can't see and charge you anyway? I can't believe that, so my next email will be to Tillys to try to get $900.00 to the guy who bought my boat for the repairs . Tilly's Marine - Norco - Supposed "new" impeller - Boat Repair Near Me - Norco, California

I am extremely dissatisfied with Tilly's and would caution anyone who looks to get any service from this place. Deceptive on the actual work they do and do not stand by what they have no problem charging you for. We had a gear shift failure, which happened immediately after we took our boat in for service prior to a family trip. Despite checking that part, they now claim it was only visually inspected, which contradicts what their paperwork says was done. From there, we attempted to work through them with the manufacturer to solve damage caused by the issue and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Constantly having to follow up with them to ask for status, never doing what they said they would do, zero follow up, didn't schedule gel coat appointment even though they said they would and finally after 2 months of calling them they told me my warranty claim was denied but refused to send me correspondence from the manufacturer. Just a simple - "they rejected it" and was told to call customer support. From the onset of my issue they provided zero help and have caused unnecessary delays, while also taking zero responsibility for anything. Save yourself and either do it yourself or find another place to buy or service your boat. read more

Tilly's marine sold me a lemon. I bought a new malibu 2020 last year and it has been broken since day one. I've broken down over 10 times. My speakers are blown. The surf gate is broken. The batteries were trash and die within 5 minutes of playing music. The trailer lights and connection constantly breaks. The plug has to be replaced for the trailer. The wires have to me replaced in the trailer. The list goes on. This boat is absolute trash and I paid $162,000. I have gone through 5 impellers. I had to be towed multiple times. I've come out of pocket thousands of dollars to get my boat fixed just to get it running for a couple hours just to have it break down again. It has now been sitting in service at a different dealer for a couple months and they can't even get parts to fix it. I have 70 hours on my boat which is a miracle I even got that far since it broken down the first time I ever put it on the water. They absolutely knew there was a recall on the impeller when I bought the boat but didn't tell me. They have now switched from being a Malibu dealer to master craft but I am guessing it's the same employees. I would recommend you go somewhere else because they will tell you anything to sell you a boat and not care if it's a lemon or know that there are recalls on the boat already. A giant waste of $162,000 and I will be suing to get my money back. read more

We talked to a lot of people and dealers but we ended up at Tilly's we worked with Chris and he provided excellent customer service. He talked to us and helped us locate a boat that would suit our family best. He scheduled a demo day and let us get a feel for the boat. We ended up with an Axis T22. We took our boat here for service, dropped it off in perfect condition. We picked it up and it was smelly and filthy. Yes it had rained however they did not air it out and did nothing to make it right. They should have cleaned it at the bare minimum. When I called they were very rude. I have a Malibu. This company is the closest dealer to me to be able to work on my boat. After having my boat for a week, calling and checking on it, saying they ordered the wrong part, waiting for the new part...turns out they never touched my boat. But on the same call they told me the boat was being worked on. Then they were able to get my warranty voided so they didn't need to do the work. This is poor customer service. Didn't even try to work it out. Thankfully WAKE TECH in Temecula stepped up and was able fix the repairs! If your looking for honest work, by pass this company and go a few more miles south. read more

Never Again. Took my boat in for service on May 5 2015. Was told it would be 7-8 days. Called on Thurs May 14 2015 to check status. Serv mgr Alan said it would be first up on Fri May 15 2015 and be ready on Sat May 16 2015. Went by the shop to check status. Still had not even been touched. 11 days and still sitting. Excuse was they were busy. Then Alan said boat would be done Thurs May 21 2015 for certain. Called May 21 still NOT ready. Called Fri May 22. Still NOT ready. Finally on Sat May 23 2015 it was ready. What really happened is Tilleys sold some new boats and put those customers to the front of the line. Meanwhile I had to cancel 1 trip because I had NO Boat. We had water damage due to the heavy winter rains flooding the interior of our boat, including the engine compartment. Many repair shops would have just told us to buy a new engine. I recently purchased our first family ski boat and wanted to get some lessons on wakeboarding. Through google searches, I stumbled upon Greenhouse Marine's website. I learned that they not only supply Wakeboard Gear and other products but also host a few training sessions per year for novices. I signed up our family for Demo Day *****FREE EVENT****. During Demo Day we were able to bring out our boat to the lake. Greenhouse provided an instructor Ben, who provided all the gear and information needed to get us wakeboarding for the first time. Ben went through a safety checklist on my boat and informed me of the safety gear needed to have on board or else I could be fined. (I later purchased all the items I was missing, good thing because I was pulled over in Laughlin and they asked to see my safety gear.) Ben also provided everyone with the latest wakeboards and accessories nice!! He showed me how to gear up my boat with weights to provide a large wake. Them lead weights are heavy yo! Once geared up we went out on to the lake. I could barely drive my boat straight since it is a jet boat dual engine yamaha AR230, Ben was patient though he new it was my first time. He showed us step by step instructions on wakeboarding and taught me the different speeds to drive while towing kids and adults. We were not able to get up on the board as the day was very choppy. Ben was very patient with everyone and continued to attempt to get everyone to ride, as the driver I was getting a bit weary with everyone but not Ben. Overall we had a great day, first time on the boat, we learned alot. Ben even offered us another opportunity guaranteeing us we would ride the wake for sure at their Canyon Lake demo ride event. We later signed up for this event This time we didnt have to bring our boat as they provided them for us. The event was only $15 per person a steal! Canyon Lake was awesome, the owner brought out his sickest boats im talking 100k boats. They provided 2 instructors for my family. Everyone was able to ride. The lake was like glass no choppy waters here. My wife and kids had a blast. This event will be memorable for all of us. Thanks Green House Marine. FYI- My kids think their Pros now and want to go back next year and show off their stuff during demo days definitely going back. Also forgot to mention, we later visited their storefront location, they have all the gear you'll need at their store and experts to help with your selection. They also sell beautiful wakeboarding boats and provide service as well. Check them out! read more

He took the time to show all the different models they had in stock and even took the time to build one to our spec to show us what the price would be. Highly disappointed in Tilly's. We took our boat to them so they could help us sell it. We had some offers that fell through, no big deal. The super frustrating part is that during the time they had our boat, the service department said we need to service it... so we did. Upon further investigation the service department said "We can't get the boat to crank over".... that's funny cause it started just fine the day we dropped it off. We finally agreed to having them fix everything if that's what was going to seal the deal with another prospective buyer. A month later I get a call saying everything is done and I owe 3,000 dollars. I told the girl who called that I'd call back when I could speak( I was at work). A week goes by before we were in touch with Dave Dias the service manager, to which he says the work hadn't actually been done and that the parts we needed were not put on. Thank God we didn't pay that bill for services that were never rendered. Ultimately we picked up our boat and took it over to Inland Boats to get a second opinion on why our boat wasn't starting, after a one minute look more closely, the service guy said that someone had disconnected the fuel pump, any good mechanic would have realized that upon the annual service. Tilly's purposely sabotaged my boat to get more money out of us since it wasn't sold quick enough for them. After reconnecting the fuel pump we took it to the lake and she ran like a champ. I'm so very thankful I didn't pay them the 3,000 dollars cause I'm pretty sure I would have never seen that money again. Don't take your boat to them. read more

Not real happy with these guys at this time. I started taking my boat to Green House Marine in 2009 for the annual service. After a few years the business was sold to Tilly's Marine and I was told the same technicians were retained. Every year the annual service has been done without issue. This year they swapped out my new batteries for a pair of 100% dead batteries and sent me on my way. We tried to start the boat before heading off to Havasu and discovered the problem. Called them and gave them the chance to make it right, but they told me they didn't touch the batteries. Usually charging the batteries is part of the service. I asked if they had charged the batteries and they said "No". I also found these batteries disconnected, so they couldn't have started the boat as they claimed they did, or they are simply lying. It is unfortunate that another good business, (Green House Marine) sold to a dishonest bunch called Tilly's. Won't be doing business with them again. read more

My husband and I recently purchased an Axis boat and after purchase we learned that the dealership was going to be closing. We were upset by this news, until we heard that Greenhouse Marine is opening an Axis dealership. This means that we will be taking our boat there for all repair and future purchases. This was good news to us because my husbdan has been going there for years with his previous boat and is 100% satisfied with the customer service, but more importantly the service of the boat. Eddie the service technician has always been super fair, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We know that when we take our boat to Greenhouse that we can rely on the service and know that our boat will porform wonderfully on the water when we go on vacation! Once again, we cannot say enough about the friendly customer service. The price is fair and you know you can trust them. You and your boat are in good hands at Greenhouse Marine!!!
