Germaine Marine = the VIP dealership! A few weeks ago, we took ownership of our first wakesurf boat! A 2021 Supra SL 450!! Just wanted to thank our salesman, Chris Jackson and Germaine's big kahuna, Jason Robertson for the VIP treatment. Jason flew out to Havasu, spent a 1/2 day with me on the lake showing me the operations of the Supra, and then took me out to lunch! Also, a shout-out to Josh, the Havasu service tech, who went above and beyond in getting our SL set up for the lake. This dealership is a class act with a family vibe! Thank you SO MUCH for the effort and enthusiasm in welcoming us to the Germaine Marine family!

By far the best dealer I have EVER dealt with. I planned on visiting multiple dealerships the day I was looking for a boat. After visiting Germaine marine, I never went to the other dealers. Jason and chase make sure your needs are met. They will do everything they can do get a boat to fit your budget. If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work!

Sell you on services that you would never know are done, and from my own experiences, fluids don't get changed, plugs don't get changed, & bigger issues are not addressed. I see that Greg is rude here from a couple reviews here and there, he may be curt, but he is dead honest & a busy man because of this. I sold a boat, it had several issues that I was not aware of, it needed fiberglass repairs. The new owner was new to anything boats & on my recommendation, not request, took the boat to GS Marine. I can promise you that this shop was more than reasonable with the repairs, kept me abrupt of what was needed, even asked me to come down to verify the issues, sent me photos and his office staff was very communicative, especially since I was not the owner & just the guy paying the bill to make this sale right. It turned into a full gut & flip of the hull. it cost me money, but I feel better knowing that GS marine did this repair, and the new owners got a better boat than I had. The Keel looked better than what I ever had. This is not the first I had dealt with GS, I have had several friends who have used this shop & will recommend Greg to my mother if she had a boat. If you are on the fence, feel free to message me, I will give you my phone number & much more detail.

I bought my boat from Inland Boat Center in March 2024 through Taylor and Mr. Hellman. At the time…read moreof sale, the experience was excellent--very responsive, very friendly, and full of assurances that made me feel confident doing business there. I purchased a 2021 Manitou Aurora for $32,000, which I still own and have only put about 30 hours on. A major part of that conversation was a trailer they agreed to sell me for $2,800 out the door. I was told it only needed brakes and that I would get a call when it was ready. I followed up several times and kept hearing delays, including that the wrong brakes had been installed and they needed more time. Eventually the communication stopped completely. Since then, no one has followed through, no one has updated me, and now the original agreement is treated as if it never happened. Instead, the only option presented is a new trailer for around $7,000. I also recently asked what they would offer if they bought the boat back. After paying $32,000 and barely using it, I was offered $16,000. Even getting that answer took repeated effort because emails and calls were ignored until I physically walked into the showroom. Service has been equally disappointing. When I bought the boat, I was specifically told that because I am a Canyon Lake customer they would arrange pickup and delivery for service. When I called recently, I was told there is now a $200 transportation charge and that I would need to take it up with Taylor. I texted Taylor directly again and still received no response. I was also quoted around $1,000 for a basic oil change and impeller replacement, while other boat service centers quoted substantially less for the same work. I have been in sales for over 20 years, and one thing I understand clearly is that customer service after the sale matters more than the sale itself. What stands out most here is how dramatically the customer experience changed once the transaction was complete. Before the purchase, communication was immediate. After the purchase, promises became difficult to verify, follow-up became almost nonexistent, and basic customer service became a struggle. For anyone considering buying here: document everything, get every commitment in writing, and do not rely on verbal promises alone. Based on how this has been handled, I would not purchase from Inland Boat Center again, and I would not recommend that friends, family, or anyone I know buy or service a boat there.
