With customer service like this, I honestly don't know how a business like this is still open. I drop my CanAm off on a Saturday and was told I'd hear back Monday or Tuesday. After not hearing anything, I called Tuesday afternoon. "Someone will call you right back." After not hearing anything, I called Thursday afternoon. "Someone will call you right back." I called a total of six times, just to get an update, and every time "Someone will call you right back." After two weeks of being ghosted, I drove to the shop to pick up my car. I made a decision to not have them do the insurance work on my Razor because they doubled the labor cost and called me a grip and other words that I refrain from saying on here, told my husband to get the F off his property when he tried to fix the issue correctly and , tried to get in my sons face. Evan even told Corona PD he was going to refund us our money once the check cleared which was an cashiers check that cleared in December within 3 days. I provided a $9,000 deposit in December and it has been over a month and they will not take my calls and refuse to refund my $9,000 deposit minus the days of storage I owe them. I was referred to Corona Motor Worx (CMW) by a co-worker, who has a close relationship with the shop. I dropped off my Jet Ski on 072023. The jet ski was diagnosed by Evan (the owner) and a few days later I received a call that my ski required a new battery and a new electronic box. After several weeks and calls asking for status of my jet ski, I finally received a call that the jet ski was ready for pick up on 082323. I picked up the Jet Ski on 082423 and tested on 082723. After paying over $1,750.00 for the repairs of my Jet Ski, the Jet Ski continued to experience the exact same problem it had before it when into CMW. On Monday Aug 28, 2023, I called several times and left messages trying to get a hold of someone at CMW. On Tuesday Aug 29, 2023, after more calls I finally got a hold of Cody (Mechanic) and explained the situation to him and asked if I could drop off my Jet Ski at CMW. Cody responded with a " we do not have time for you right now, we are busy", maybe we can get you in sometime in October 2023. Needless to say, I was upset and requested to have the owner Evan call me ASAP. I received a voice message from Evan later that day with what I considered to be a threat. Evan stated in his voice message that "he did not appreciate me requesting immediate attention and he followed the message with a threat, "BE PREPARE TO TALK TO A REAL MAN NEXT TIME". With this threat on my voice messages, I immediately call the Orange County Sheriff Department and filed a complaint (see photo). After the police officer heard the voice message, he suggested I DO NOT contact the CMW due to concerns of this situation escalating to something much greater. I was expecting a simple, bring in the ski and let us look at it again. Instead, I received a threat from the owner Evan. This is not a place I would recommend for any type of work on your recreational vehicles. I will now file a lawsuit as the police officer suggested. The shop that I would normally use had an opening so I immediately took my ski there. The battery installed by CMW was dead, only a few weeks from paying for it. The CMW receipt shows that I was charged for a high end 30 amp battery WP30CL-BS (see photo). The battery that was actually installed was lower end, used WP16CL-BS (see photo). The screws used to secure the battery were made of a non-marine grade material which stripped the second we tried to replace the dead battery. To this date we have not been able to remove the stripped screws. Corona Motor Worx is the shop from hell. If you happen to have gone there you must verify that the parts you paid for are the parts that were actually installed. I would not recommend Corona Motor Worx to my worse enemy. read more

We wouldn't need to add wrong oil or right oil if the watercraft rented came with oil. The racial slurs came from corona motor sports and yes cops where called funny part cops agreed with us stating they see why we are upset and corona motor is completely wrong. And advised us to take it to court because it was bogus. It's also funny how you are a business but will reply not trying to fix a situation but try to make a customer look wrong. Dissapointed with their service. Before I start this review let me first mention that I came to this place before and I got good service, buying a few things for my bike but this last experience is gonna make me never go back again. Came in Saturday to have a tire mounted on a rim off the bike, when I stopped by they said they couldn't do it that day but will do it on Monday (I'm thinking if your open why can't you do a simple tire instal?) so I was ok with it, dropped off the rim/tire and left. Come Monday morning (around 9:30am) I call to see if my tire was done, they told me it wasn't and they won't be able to do it until 2-3 in the afternoon (again I'm thinking why would it take so long for such a simple job) so I asked the guy if I can have it done sooner and they said sure what time? I told them at 11am would be great, I was planning on picking it up before I go into work (keep in mind I also have 2 kids and work as a retail sales manager so my schedule varies). I went to the shop at 12pm, a whole hour after the promised time, and my rim/tire was not ready. They apologized but I just left seeing that I was in a rush and I had to go to work. So I planned on going the next day as soon as they open up at 8am (this open time is posted on their door and online) because I was trying to pick up the tire before work, I waited until 8:20 am and they were still not open. Again, I left in frustration not until the next day did I pick up the tire, they didn't offer anything for all my troubles (not that I wanted anything) brought the rim home and saw that the rim had a big gouge on the chrome... I called the shop to tell them what I found and they told me that damage was already there, I just bought this bike but I was pretty sure I was looking at the rim specifically at the area where the weights were because I was wondering when I get the tire replaced how a shop was going to removed or add weights to balance the tire without damaging the chrome. It's a shame, they seemed like nice people, I will never go back to this place even though this place is a short drive from my house. Id rather go to a shop two cities over than to go back to this place. As a sales manager, the way this business is being ran, I lost all my confidence in this place because if they cannot come through with what they promise, open up on time, or not capable of performing a simple service on a day they're open, I cannot in good conscious trust them with my bike or any service at that. read more

What a deal. For everything they took care, I easily could have spent hundreds more somewhere else. Bike was all fresh n clean at pick up and cost were exactly as quoted. I trust no one else but these dudes with my ride! Stay rad!!!! Unfortunately, had a rear flat on a tubed tire, had to tow it in. A neighbor adventure biker told me to give Corona Motor Worx a call. I did and couldn't be happier. All the assistance, from the phone calls to arriving and heading out....this place rocks! Brandon is such a great dude and really makes you feel like this is your buddy's shop. My bike is a Honda so it hasn't always been the easiest to get service/parts. This place is my new 'go-to'. If they don't have the part, they can get it. Brandon had to order my tube...it will be in tomorrow and the bike will still be ready tomorrow as well The part prices automatically have a discount applied. Really cool to see a business pass on their discounts to the customers. Cool touch! They also have service packages w prices on big sign behind the counter. Horrible job, I wish I could give negative stars. I took my RZR XP in for a clutch replacement. After paying in full (Evan demanded cash only) and taking my RZR out for my trip, it turns out they did a half ass job. They didn't align the clutch and didn't install the axel correctly. Still have not gotten my refund of $9,000 after almost 2 months!!!!! This place is a joke and Evan Pare is a thief. I made the decision after having him work with my insurance company to fix my RZR after it was crashed to not let him do the work. he got upset because my insurance company issues me the check instead of his shop then decided after the fact to change my repair amounts and more then double my labor rates. When I asked why he increased my labor rates he called me a grip and could not explain.I had provided a $9,000 deposit and the same day picked up my RZR it NO work completed and he is refusing to refund me the deposit. It has been nearing 2 months and all they can do is hang up on me when I call to discuss and ignore all my emails and social media messages and block me on everything. I've only been to this place twice and in the two times I've gone I've received nothing but cooperation and enthusiasm from the staff. Did I mention they offer super low prices for maintenance, parts, gear, etc? (I mean super low prices) Tires sold here are about 25% off retail prices I believe. (give or take a few percentiles) I don't really have any complaints, besides that maybe the upkeep inside the store could be a little bit more. What I mean is there isn't much gear or helmets to buy or stuff to look at. But then again I don't think that's Motor Worx primary focus. It is called "Motor Worx" for a reason. My bike needed a new front tire, they gave me a quick quote, and I got it fixed in the same day. My only concern I had was that after receiving my new tire some balancing beads didn't do their job and my bars started to wobble. I simply called Motor Worx, explained the situation, and got it taken care of within minutes. (Also received a free hat courtesy of Motor Worx ) I would like to end this review with not only a thank you to Motor Worx and their staff but some insight into just how inexpensive maintenance is there. My tire quoted at other places reached a grand total of over $255, while Motor Worx did the deed for less then half that. If that doesn't fancy your taste I don't know what will. Their work is very thorough and reliable! I wish their communication and involving the customer was. I brought in my 97 GSX and 98 GTX seadoos here because the previous owner I bought them from last year mentioned CMW and that their work was very reliable. I dropped them off on the 5th of August and finally got them on the 27th. There was a lot of work that apparently needed to be done on them and they were very thorough with their work. The only reason why I'm giving a 3 star review instead of a 5 is due to the poor communication I had with them. I was disappointed that I had to be the one to initiate the communication to get updates, rather then the CMW team reaching out to me the customer to give updates with a notice of when I would hear from them again. I personally tell my customers with my business to expect an update every 48 hours via email so they can stay well informed; even if it's just one or two sentences to keep in touch. So going 3-4 days to even a week at a time not hearing from them didn't settle well with me. Again I had to call them to get an update. A little communication goes a long ways. I'm still going to use them in the future because their work is reliable. If I see communication in the future is better initiated on their part, Then I will change my rating to a 5star. read more

Ok so I dropped my bike like a rookie and cracked the stator cover on it; it's an 08 Gsxr600. After looking up stuff on YouTube I figured I could just knock it out myself, another rookie move! Don't get me wrong I feel like I'm a pretty handy guy, I always work on my own stuff, just never my bike. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!! By far the worst people I have ever dealt with. I should have known this place was fraudulent by their name "Corona Motor Worx" but they're located in Riverside. So I take my motorcycle there because I had a check engine light on. They fix it and tell me "oh you just had a wire loose" and charge me $75 to repair it mind you before they fixed it I called and they quoted me $35. Any who i pick the bike up and i kid you not my mirror falls off. Yea just falls off on my way to work. After work, I got off at 9pm so its dark and my light doesn't come on. Im basically stranded at my job I call them the next day like "hey my light isn't working" they tell me "oh we didn't touch your light" not our problem, "but you can bring it in and we'll check it out" So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought it back to them. They tell me "oh the wiring is bad blasé blasé" I'm like " ok can you guys fix it"? So they "fix" it do some rewiring. Once again i take it to work thinking I'm good and boom the light doesn't come on. So not once but twice I'm stranded because I take it work and have to uber 20 miles to my house. I call them and they tell me to bring the bike in for the THIRD TIME!! I drop it off in the morning around 8am and they call me around 330 4pm to tell me that "a fuse was blown in the headlight because of the wiring and i need a new headlight" I'm like "uhhh didn't i just pay you guys to rewire the headlight" and the guy Brandon's like "uhhh yea but see we didn't cause the fuse to blow, it wasn't our fault" and I'm like "but you guys were the only ones to work on my bike and every time I leave your shop something happens to my bike" I take my bike to another shop to repair my light and mirror and they were like your wires have been cut. So they basically cut my wires because i demanded my money back smh these guys are a joke and have no customer service skills what so ever. I don't know if they're racist or they just like ripping women off but BEWARE! These guys DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO DAMAGES THAT THEY CAUSE. THEY WILL MAKE EVERY LITTLE EXCUSE TO RIP YOU OFF! I came into their shop during the Pomona Off Road Expo weekend so the Rental Manager Nate was off-site but their technician Mike was helpful in taking my information so that I could secure a rental on short notice. Nate was very helpful once he was involved and made the pick-up process quick & easy. Terrible customer service. We bought a 200 dollar valve for a RZR and it did not work properly . I contacted the store and spoke to the owner by the name of Evan. I advised we just purchased the part 4 days ago and it did not work for our razor . He stated that because we tried to install it was considered used. I advised it did not work on the unit and did not want to provide a refund . He threatened to call the cops because e felt threatened by me saying I was going to contact the Attorney General in regards to consumer protection for purchases with no return policy . Like others I had the same situation where they wouldn't stand by their work. After spending a considerable amount to service and repair multiple skis I had one particular ski where they left the oil fill cap off and after riding for a couple days it had sucked enough water in and mixed with the oil to shut it down. I brought the machine back, they looked at it and determined there was more water mixed with the oil than what normally should be unless there was other issues such as a rollover or some other incident so they wowe not going to take responsibility for repairing it...regardless of how much water was in there it wouldn't have been in there if they had replaced the engine oil cap after service, THEIR MISTAKE...but I paid for it. read more

Had an evolution power sports build installed on my 2020 Turbo S and so far everything is great. When I initially called Nate and Evan they educated me on how the exhaust alone is not what improves the horsepower in a side by side, it is the whole build with the clutching, intake boot, charge tube, blow off valve, ecu flash and the exhaust. While I was shocked at the new price of upgrading my car it all made sense and I was all in. They missed the last star for communication. Simply updating someone goes a long way, especially with what this stuff costs. I hope Evan et al don't smite me too much for saying so as I would like to go back for an upgraded roll cage they had. Thanks for the build, I finally blew past the 85mph max speed I had before and got into the 90s at 91mph into a head wind slightly uphill so I'm sure it can go more in better conditions. We did a weekend rental for two jet skis. Nate walked us through the entire process. He was very informative and thorough when filling out the rental agreement. They also video record the inspection of the jet skis before you leave with them so there aren't any misunderstandings which is great! It was an overall positive experience. I read all the comments on here. Most of the people complain about price or entry level service. People that complain about that stuff are usually uneducated when it comes to working on their property or are just incapable of being satisfied. This is definitely one of those cases where you get what you pay for. The fact is Corona Motor Worx is great! They have worked on my family's quads and my motorcycles with no issues. If you have ever worked on anything you know that sometimes when you fix one thing it exposes another. People don't want to hear this. At least when you go to CMW I know it will be done right. Unless you try and cut coroners or rush a job. Then that's on you. The pricing is competitive and the service is impeccable. I would definitely recommend taking your stuff here. They communicate through email, text and phone. If you cant get a hold of them its because the string on your can isn't tight enough. Brandon and Amy always return my calls, emails or texts within the hour. They go over everything and let you know what could be wrong or the possibility if something else may be causing it.
