I called to schedule a full service and oil leak on my 2019 Speed Twin 1200 and what I got was maybe you can drop it off in a week or two and we can work it in. We set a date 7 days out to drop it off. 2 weeks later I called to check in and was told sorry but they haven't had time to check it out. I received a phone call at day 21 telling me they might be able to start my bike in a week. A week later I called to check in and was told they were just about to get it on the lift. They ran into a parts problem which is understandable but if they started sooner this would not have been such a big issue. Two weeks later I get a call parts are on route. I was like, great when can I get my bike and was told I don't know they would have to check with their mechanics and schedule because they were short staffed. Long story short they had my bike for 55 days and my bill was $1800. Will not be returning EVER to this dealership. It was extremely stressful and frustrating. I took my 2020 Indian Chieftain to replace my stock handle bars to the midrise ones and add a trunk rack as well. Then had my 20k service. just now NEW Went to buys Triumph GT pro, price was $15,399. Ask questions about the motorcycle and not answer. Ask for financing rates and the salesperson went to ask the manager . After 20 minutes manager came saying first that the price was wrong and they made a mistake and the price is $2,500 more and second they have to wait for the owner because they are not sure about what specials. Are you serious? you are a Triumph motorcycle dealer and you don't know. Also you made a mistake in the price of the motorcycle when I have proofs of the advertisement on internet and I took a picture of the price tag at the dealer. But you know I don't want to deal with this dealer. I don't know how these people can survived doing that kind of business. read more

Bought a Harley from this place and not really much of a complaint because everything went fine and I got a good deal and the bike was as described and in great shape and John and Lenny were really nice guys. My only beef is I signed all of the registration stuff and paid the fee but fast forward a month and a half later and I never received my license plate or registration. I called the DMV and they said they had nothing on file which is a bummer. Not quite sure what to do at this point :/ .... read more

Zero stars! I'm happy to provide the emails and text messages related to this experience to show what a crock this dealer can be. Lenny was a good salesman, John Baroni the GM on the other hand is where you'll have an issue. John signed a letter with lender agreeing to title for check. John would not provide the title as agreed but had Lenny repeadly asking me where is the check, where is the check! John knew what my lender required and agreeded to it. We had the deal signed! I had financing secured! The check was cut, just awaiting the proper title work from Riverside Indian. Two weeks later I'm told that John is no longer willing to sell me the bike. This was even after securing financing with a 2nd lender that was in network with the dealer, Octane (Roadrunner Financial). I had already scheduled the pick up with HaulBikes at the recommendation of Lenny. The pick up date could always be changed while we awaited the proper title work to take place. I now have a cancelation fee for HaulBikes as well. John did not even have the decency to respond to my emails. My lender required I insure this bike the day we closed on the loan as well so I have two weeks of premium to pay. read more

The guys at Indian really helped me out. Great customer service and went above and beyond. The helmets they had weren't really my style so they gave me a ride to the local gear shop to see if there was somthing of like there. In the end I didn't like that inventory either. So the guys there let me borrow a helmet so I can ride home safely on my Indian Chief Darkhorse. If you are military I definitely recommend going here. Best dealership I've ever had the honor of walking in to by far. Great customer service genuinely kind staff and very down to earth. I had the pleasure of test riding an Indian Dark Horse Challenger bagger. Let me just say... this bike blew my expectations in every way. The handling felt very nimble and light but also very planted going into the corners at speed. I felt very secure and stable while being on the bike the entire time. The brakes on the bike were amazing, I truly believe best in class 320mm! No joke it's the best stopping power I've felt on any bagger. The engine is a 108 liquid cooled power plus Indian motor. I was absolutely amazed with the engine modes(rain,normal,sport). The rain mode is very smooth on the throttle and its easy to feel in control of the bike for any rider. The power delivery was consistent and predictable. For normal mode the engine woke up on the throttle and it more responsive and ready to go. Sport mode was outstanding and in my opinions this is where the bagger stands out from the crowd. The sound system was very clear and easy to hear weather on the streets or on the highway. The key fob is very modern looking and sharp and I am a huge fan of the push start for the electronic components. Did I mention you can lock your saddlebags with a push of a button from the key fob. The front fairing is highly modern and I think it had a bold and strong stance if you are looking at it from the front. For the fixed fairing functionality it deflects the wind off your body and face extremely well. The infotainment system is very user friendly and the touch screen is very responsive. If you haven't tried this motorcycle I highly recommend it. Personally for me it's the best full size touring motorcycle I've had the pleasure of riding. If you are looking to buy a motorcycle I highly recommend you talk to Lenny at Riverside Indian. Might I add he was very knowledgeable about the product and that gave me confidence as a customer.
