I always regretted not buying my first Harley here. I have been coming to this location for years for parts and service. Even before I had a Harley, (I rode a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad), I would visit their merchandise section. The store is always inviting , especially after the remodel, and the sales team are not like car dealership vultures, following you everywhere you go. But if you had a question there was always someone ready to answer them. So with all my past visits I would take note how different sales personnel interacted with customers. Then I bought a Harley in 2023 and started logging my mileage on my motor at Laidlaws which requires interaction with the staff. So when I finally decided to trade my 2023 motor cycle I knew who I wanted to work with. And I was not disappointed! Mickey is a 'no pressure' kind-of salesman. He calmly answered my questions. No eye-roll, sighing, condescending comebacks. I had his full attention. I was torn between three bikes. When I narrowed it to what I thought was 'The One' he wrote up the offer and took it to the boss. As I waited I knew the one I picked was not what I really wanted. I was 'settling' for it for the bells and whistles and lower price (pre-owned). It wasn't the color I wanted. When I told him this, without hesitation, he offered to write up another offer on the new motor I originally went in for. His calm demeanor helped make this purchase a pleasant experience. Not once did I feel like walking away from the process. In fact, it didn't even feel like a process. It was just 2 guys sharing information as we talked about 'motorcycle life' stuff. I liked what the final offer was and the deal was made. I would definately make another purchase at Laidlaws. Thanks Mickey! read more

Absolutely love this shop! It is a San Gabriel Valley staple. Years and years Laidlaws has been in business. Service department is top-notch! Ty leading the charge on services and everything needed for your Harley Davidson. Motorcloths department is amazing, great service from the girls in there as well. Plenty of options to choose from. Such a cool place to go hang out, on occasion, listen to some music and sometimes they have some pretty good food. You don't have to love Harley Davidson to come hang out at this place. Bought my first Harley!!! Big thank you to Scott and Matt Laidlaw and most especially to Raul... I had been looking for and researching 2023 H-D Anniversary Fat Boys throughout L.A. even out of state and saw that Laidlaw had one but it was a bit out of my budget. Thought I'd give it a shot so I reached out and spoke to Raul who was my main contact there and HE WAS AWESOME!! Great communication from Raul, he kept checking in while I was looking at Fat Boys at other dealerships and private parties while still trying to work out a deal. Special thanks to Scott Laidlaw for working the numbers and making magic happen... He got me a rad deal!!! (My friend who works at another Harley dealership said Laidlaw has always been great with being straight shooters... My friend even looked over the paperwork and said her dealership can't beat that deal!!) Not only that, Raul knew that I live 60 miles away in Thousands Oaks so they included transport of the bike directly to my home at no extra charge!!! Plus, when you buy a bike from them, they give you a percentage off of parts/service/merch and a little goodie bag and some swag. Then Raul introduced me to all the nice ladies who work in the merchandise shop, said hi to Taylor/Slim in Parts dept and had a nice chat with Ryan in Service dept... Felt like they made me a member of the family. Got a chance to meet Matt Laidlaw who I've been watching his YouTube channel and really enjoy. All that being said, here's what's amazing about these guys... That following week, I joined the Harley Love Ride with me new Fat Boy when I noticed some clutch and shifting issues... Laidlaw included a limited warranty but wasn't sure if this problem was covered... contacted Ryan in Service and he spoke to Raul. Raul called me said bring it in and let's check it out. Turned out to be a burned out clutch, an expensive fix for a hydraulic clutch replacement... (By the way, Ty in the Service Dept was so kind and knowledgeable and gave me great tips and advice). Raul talked to Scott and they took care of it for me, God bless 'em!! This was hands down, the best VEHICLE buying experience at a dealership I have EVER had!!! It was time for me to transition from two to three wheels. I first stopped at Huntington Beach HD. Although the staff were nice, I couldn't get the deal I wanted. The following week, I found myself at Laidlaw's. I searched online before going to the dealership and saw the trike I was looking for. Purchased a street glide a week ago and wish I would've bought my first Harley at Laidlaws, they really mean it when they say no mark up. Matt advertised a few 2024's to be sold at cost so I stopped in . I spoke to Mickey and he was awesome, he went over all the details showed me that I was getting it at cost. I have a few complaints with laidlaw's Harley Davidson , I think I've been a good customer I bought two Harleys from them. But when it comes to service and Parts it really sucks. an example of the other day I ordered a part online from Harley website said that laidlaw's had it in stock. I showed up there towards the end of the day to have a Girl with glasses come out of the side door and said that they don't have the part I ordered that they will be canceling my order. No apology no sorry for wasting your time nothing. I try to order parts from laidlaw's website where Evan. Text me and stated that they did not have all the parts in stock. I replied OK cool can I pick up the parts you have in stock on Saturday no answer no reply back. As I was telling the older Hispanic man in the parts department he was avoiding the whole conversation and ignored me when I was telling him the issues I was having. I live in Virginia, but as an avid follower of Matt Laidlaw and the team's adventures on YouTube, I make it a point to swing by when in California. Last time it was being remodeled. Today, Wow! The place is amazing. I wanted A shirt but the great staff in merchandise, especially Janelle did an amazing job at upselling. I walked out with three shirts and a zip up hoodie and happier than I was when I walked in. Special shout out to Janelle, but also recognize Kelly, Destinee, Salina, Lisa and Victoria.
