The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. 1 Star - Disappointed - Poor Workmanship & Questionable Practices…read more I brought my Aprilia RSV4 to this shop for a valve adjustment, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After nearly a week, I picked up the bike and immediately noticed it didn't sound right--rough and unhealthy. I raised my concerns, but the tech insisted it was normal and said everything was fine. It wasn't. Shortly after, I discovered the bike was nearly 3/4 of a quart low on oil--something that should never happen after a major service. When I brought it back, they acknowledged the oil level but chose not to recheck the valve adjustment, which was the main reason for the visit. After getting nowhere with them, I contacted other shops for a second opinion. Every one of them agreed the bike didn't sound right. I ended up checking the valves again--they were out of spec. That should never happen after a valve adjustment. Additional issues included: * Clutch cover gasket was not replaced, despite being charged for it. * My race air filter was removed, replaced with a lower-quality aftermarket filter, and I was still charged $87 to "clean" the original--which was never returned. * Crankcase bolt cover was left loose and leaking oil. * I provided oil and a filter, yet they still charged labor for an oil change that should've been included in the valve service. * Tank bolts were stripped. * There were inconsistencies between what was said on the phone and what was done in the shop. This experience showed a clear lack of attention to detail and care, and in some cases, what felt like dishonest practices. I would not trust this shop again and would not recommend it to others. Stay away.

The best two things about them that no other dealer offers around here are open on Mondays and yet they still offer that family owned environment business I felt. They're not so huge that they have multiple stores and that corporate mentality. I know this industry is tough to survive in but they seem to be doing great. Just last Monday I was putting installing a new after market gas tank and a preparatory Can Am part I needed and I was able to Oder it from them on a Monday over the phone and only waited 2 days for them to get it to the shop. They saved me at least 1 day because I'm putting my SXS back together before Christmas when I have a trip planned after. The parts girl was knowledgeable and quickly handled my order. I definitely know the place I'm going to order from now on for parts. Even from farther away they're worth it. It's doesn't hurt that the girls are attractive as well as knowledgeable too!

Even before I had a Harley, (I rode a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad), I would visit their merchandise section. The store is always inviting , especially after the remodel, and the sales team are not like car dealership vultures, following you everywhere you go. But if you had a question there was always someone ready to answer them. So with all my past visits I would take note how different sales personnel interacted with customers. Then I bought a Harley in 2023 and started logging my mileage on my motor at Laidlaws which requires interaction with the staff. So when I finally decided to trade my 2023 motor cycle I knew who I wanted to work with. And I was not disappointed! Mickey is a 'no pressure' kind-of salesman. He calmly answered my questions. No eye-roll, sighing, condescending comebacks. I had his full attention. I was torn between three bikes. When I narrowed it to what I thought was 'The One' he wrote up the offer and took it to the boss. As I waited I knew the one I picked was not what I really wanted. I was 'settling' for it for the bells and whistles and lower price (pre-owned). It wasn't the color I wanted. When I told him this, without hesitation, he offered to write up another offer on the new motor I originally went in for. His calm demeanor helped make this purchase a pleasant experience. Not once did I feel like walking away from the process. In fact, it didn't even feel like a process. It was just 2 guys sharing information as we talked about 'motorcycle life' stuff.
