Recently, they changed both tire for my motorcycle after a couple days. My muffler fell off. I have to go pick it up for a long way. It was all scratched, I went there picked it up went to the shop. Tell them what's going on. Owner wasn't there so a guy put back in. I told him I need a muffler. I didn't ask a brand new. I ask used good quality muffler I haven't hear from couple days so I called talk to Owner. He said his worker didn't touch my muffler, he says he asked his mechanic and call me back, but he haven't called. read more

Was in a real rut! My bike was losing electrical power and leaking fuel at the same time! It is strange for a reliable bike like the FZ-07. Jorge was able to help me get back on the road ASAP! They helped me get back on the road it was only like 3 days and I was starting to miss it TBH! They hooked me up with a new battery! Removed the issue with the Dyno Fuel Injector Monitor for the exhaust had also malfunctioned. My 2007 Ducati Monster 695 wouldn't start. Tried replacing the battery, fuel pump and spark plugs but didn't work. Took it to Gio from A & A because they took care of me before (smaller jobs for Honda Magna). Gio didn't disappoint. He diagnosed the problem with the throttle bodies and changed the throttle position sensor. I appreciated how he gave me the old, malfunctioning sensor as proof. He also found the oil leak quickly and the bike hasn't leaked a drop since. But to top it off, he fixed my issue with my taillight not working at no additional cost. My Triumph Daytona 675R needed some brake work done asap and when I called, Jorge and A&A were very busy, but squeezed me in the same day as I explained that I was in a pinch and a little desperate. Jorge not only replaced my front/rear brake pads for a very reasonable price, but Jorge noticed that my chain was dry and lubed and adjusted it for me without charge. He also looked at a separate problem that I had been wondering about and reassured me that it was a normal aspect of the Daytona and that it didn't need repairing (it's a clicking vibration on clutch pull and is apparently the clutch basket, which a Triumph specialist had also previously told me, which helps show that Jorge and his team know what they are doing). A&A are the best people, the lineup of motorcycles outside tells you that everyone who knows, knows. They do great work and really make an effort to help you the customer and will do it at a very reasonable price. I've been to many, many motorcycle service shops across SoCal and the search is over, I've found my go-to shop. I even hate to give away the secret spot, but Jorge and A&A are so good that I feel an obligation to give back and let everyone know that they are really worth taking your bike to. Nothing fancy (example: they do not have the Triumph license and cannot reset the engine light, so just be aware), just great service and honest people. Needed to replace both front and back tires and had them purchased online for best price. Then I needed to find a reliable shop to do the work. I muster have called like 10 shops and either some gave me the attitude they don't need my business or they tell me I don't need wheel alignment. Found A&A because someone referred me. Spoke with Gio and explained all the specifics that I want done. Gio quoted a good price and I brought in my bike and tires. Gio was courteous and to assure me the job will be done right he showed me their dynamic digital wheel balance, they all the work on sports bike, cruiser, ATV, moped.... and from tire change to electrical to rebuild carburetor.... See pics. I returned after Gio called me 1.5 hr later to let me know my bike is ready. Gio showed me my bike and explained he noticed a few other things that affected my bike's performance and he took cared of them free of charge. He also told me additional maintenance that doesn't affect the safety of my bike but I should follow up when available. I will certainly be back to give him the business for that as well. Absolutely fantastic experience all around. I work best to this shop. I pass it daily. I came out of work one day to a flat. I slowly rode it (stupid, I know) to the shop in hopes they had a tube. They did. He started it up and looked at me. He asked me if I recently had work done to my bike. I said yes, why? Hey said, you're only running on one cylinder. We talked for about 10 minutes. Told him what was done. How long my (now ex) mechanic had the bike and what I was charged. The few on the shop that heard it, all stopped with their jaws dropped. I'm an idiot. At the end he explained what he felt needed to be done. He told me prices and the time it would take to fix it. This was ab a month or 2 ago. Last Friday I decide, it's time. My bike is running like crap and I need to get this fixed. He had it 1 week. The time he said it would take. He also found a few other things that needed attention. I go in today 6-15-2019 to get my bike. He explained a few little things that he found that we didn't talk about. I told him when I dropped it off that I trust him and do what needs to be done. After I paid and walked out to see my bike, he had it running. It sounded amazing. 100% better already and I didn't even ride it yet. It came back from my ex mechanics sounding like a lawn mower. I was already ecstatic. On my ride home, I swear I was on someone else's bike. The seat and controls were all familiar but the throttle response, sound and regained power wasn't. I rode home with the biggest smile the whole way. Even laughing and clapping a bit lol. I cannot begin to describe what a blessing Gio and the crew are. I have found my new mechanic. I came to this place because they were the only ones that could take my bike in the same day on a Saturday. Needed to get my bike serviced (oil change, filter, chain serviced). I didn't have time to do it and needed done for a ride the next day. George was the gentleman I worked with, nice guy and easy to work with over the phone. They worked on my bike for an hour and had the job all done. Payed the man $132 and rode off. Met up with a friend and rode together to Berts. My friend noticed something dripping from my bike right before we got to Bert's. Pulled over to check it out and found that the drain bolt was loose, close to coming off, and oil was spilling all under the plastics. Luckily we were so close to Berts I had the guys in the service department check it out when we got there. They said there was "way too much" oil put in the bike and of course the drain bolt wasn't tightened. It's unfortunate that this happened because the customer service was great. But this simple service procedure done wrong is unforgivable. read more

Came here after visiting cycle barn and calling a couple different places. I brought my 2015 Victory Cross Country in and they were able to replace the fork seals and add new/heavier fork oil. I asked to get a tune up service, replace brakes, spark plugs, and a few other things done here and they were very reasonable with estimates and more than accommodating to work on the bike. I'm really excited that my bike is back up and running smoothly. The staff is friendly and attentive. I brought my quad in because it had an oil leak and was estimated a fair price, I was warned that the repair price could go up potentially $80-90. Knowing that I left my bike there due to the fact I was still in budget. I was estimated one week for repair time, but due to covid 19, parts took longer than expected to ship which is understandable. I'm glad they called me and let me know that my bike was not going to be ready the estimated day, communication is key in good customer service. The best part was that in the end it only went up $23 dollars from the original estimate. Would definitely recommend this spot. read more

I highly recommend this place. The staff works very well together as a team. I dropped off a tire for my bike and then rode it there , they were pretty busy , but they got right on it , told me it'll take about 1 hr. I went got a sandwich came back in 50 min .and they were right on schedule. They lubed all my cables , kickstand, and linkages. He went over what he did with me and explained how I should break the tire in for about 30 miles and to be careful because it will be a little slippery for 1st 30/50 miles. I keep my bike pretty clean and it looked even nicer when they were done. Very professional, they have great customer service from start to finish .
