I took my bike for the first time for an oil charge. Because this is my first bike. The took their time and explain to me about motorcycle maintenance. Ever since then I taken my bike for chains cleaning, I have added parts to my bike, new levers. Every time they treat me great. And it's affordable, my friend ever are surprised on how affordable they are. I found my mechanic and I trust him.

Was in a real rut! My bike was losing electrical power and leaking fuel at the same time! It is strange for a reliable bike like the FZ-07. Jorge was able to help me get back on the road ASAP! They helped me get back on the road it was only like 3 days and I was starting to miss it TBH! They hooked me up with a new battery! Removed the issue with the Dyno Fuel Injector Monitor for the exhaust had also malfunctioned. I was so out of my depth here but I can count on there service as they are the first ones I thought of to bring my bike to and I count on their expertise! The price was an absolute delight! Jorge was nice enough to only charge me 2 hours of work when in reality it was more like 4 I cannot recommend this shop enough! My motorcycle has been running smooth with more power ever since! Thank you to all the good mechanics who work there as well! If your over the fence coming here this is your one stop shop for all your motorcycle needs!

Bike purrs after being taken care of from A & A

My 2007 Ducati Monster 695 wouldn't start. Tried replacing the battery, fuel pump and spark plugs but didn't work. Took it to Gio from A & A because they took care of me before (smaller jobs for Honda Magna). Gio didn't disappoint. He diagnosed the problem with the throttle bodies and changed the throttle position sensor. I appreciated how he gave me the old, malfunctioning sensor as proof. He also found the oil leak quickly and the bike hasn't leaked a drop since. But to top it off, he fixed my issue with my taillight not working at no additional cost. This showed me he cared about his customers. If you're looking for an honest, experienced mechanic who does great work at a fair price, look no further. Cannot recommend Gio and A & A more!

Jorge and his crew are the best in the business reliable service at a great price they can't be beat best in town all my friends are right they are really really good at what they do left my 636 running like a stream line butterfly

They've repaired eight thousand dollars worth of damage, and changed out the exhaust.

Not only are the techs knowledgeable and friendly, but they went so far out of their way to put my Indian Chief Dark Horse back together someone decided to illegally merge into the HOV lane. They met with the inspector and showed them EVERYTHING that had been damaged, and the insurance company paid what they had to and there I was back on the road. I would most definitely recommend their shop!

After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. Javier was very communicative and made sure to tell us the tires were going to be delayed (shipping courier's fault). We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't going to be back in the area until after his shop is closed and he graciously waited for us.

Javier offered me water and is very personable. He wiped my bike down multiple times to clean off the oil and brake fluid. He did a final inspection to make sure no residue was left on any surface, rode the bike to test it out, and thanked me for my business. I couldn't replace my own oil on my Rebel 500 because of a damaged oil drain plug. Took the bike to RevXotic Motorsports and met Javier. He showed me the right socket necessary to take the plug off. I didn't know different shaped sockets existed. While changing the oil he adjusted my chain. He verified my concern that motor oil should be changed at least once a year to remove contaminants. He also added that brake fluid should be changed out once a year but did not solicit a brake fluid change/flush. I went ahead and did a brake fluid change and was glad I did because the front brake fluid was hardening. Javier treated me like a friend and my bike was all that mattered in the shop. Thank you Javier for answering my questions and concerns with patience and thoroughness. Although I have little experience visiting bike shops I am convinced my service was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely visit RevXotic for my next service.

I met Tyler over at Hollywood Electrics when he was working on my new (back then) 2018 Zero DSR…read more That bike has about 60k miles on it now...and that's a credit to him! He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

I've known Tyler from Hollywood Electrics days and followed him to two other locations to work on…read moremy bike. In the last couple of months, the battery cells on my Zero motorcycle became too unbalanced and Tyler said he had a healthy (used) battery he was looking to sell. The front wheel of my Zero had also been making noises, so I refrained from riding it for several months while I proactively saved pennies on the dollar to afford to replace the battery and fix the front wheel. I do not own any other vehicle except this motorcycle. I finally took it in to Tyler and explicitly told him to look at the front wheel. He said it was "probably just age". I paid $400 up front so he could buy a part to retrofit the used battery to my bike model and an additional $2300 for the battery & labor. While picking up the bike, he made no mention of the front wheel. Exactly two weeks later with minimal rides, the front wheel gave out while on the freeway. Turns out the bearings needed to be replaced and had Tyler looked closely at the front wheel instead of just a standard test ride (which would have been done regardless), the problem would have been resolved before it got worse. In fact, he tried to justify his expertise by stating that I had only requested a bearings replacement on the rear wheel several months before. The front wheel got severely damaged from worn out bearings and front wheels are not available except on the used market. Luckily I did not get hurt. I'm out $2700 and my bike is effectively only good for parts or the scrapyard. While Tyler had allowed my bike to stay at his shop awaiting a potential replacement wheel, he would have charged $200 to transport it back to me, in addition to the $160 I paid AAA to tow it to him, so I'd be out an additional $360, over $3000 total. I trusted Tyler's expertise and now I have no motorcycle. He's been reliable in the past but this negligence & lack of properly diagnosing the issue was not only disappointing but he has shown zero accountability and would not recommend him or Motor Werks.
