I was immediately helped and they started working on my tire within a few minutes I got there. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They did my tire repair for free. This is my first time going to Daniel's, so I'm not a repeat customer or anything, so I'm amazed they did it for free! They got a customer for life when I need new tires, alignment, rotation, etc. Friendly people and very professional. I highly recommend Daniel's!

Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. It only took him roughly about 20-25 minutes to leave my wheel looking "Good as new" for less than the cost of a new wheel. I definitely recommend Dr Wheel for your curb/parking mishaps. They were willing to reimburse me if I had to get a rental car, but luckily were able to figure out the cause that same day. Jose is always very helpful and easy to talk to. He's dropped me off home a couple of times from the shop. Gabriel is very direct and transparent about pricing. They are very on top of what they do. I recently had them replace the ball joints on my vehicle and they got my vehicle back to me during the time they quoted me.

I'm all for paying a fair price for good work, but for something as routine as an oil change, I expected pricing to be at least competitive with a dealership...not significantly higher. Ended up going elsewhere.

I came in here to price tires and get some advice on different exhaust systems for my R1. I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me but I can tell you that he was very knowledgeable. He explained to be the differences in all the different types and brands of tires that I was considering for my bike. their prices are a little higher that the internet but I'm always looking to support my local shops. He was also very knowledgeable on the different exhausts I was considering for my bike. I was also reassured of the experience that his mechanic has to install and upgrade my bike. I didn't buy anything today but he was willing to spend lots of time educating me on all the upgrades I want to do to my bike. He never pressured me to buy anything. I will definitely be back to purchase my tires here and have my exhaust installed also. read more

My bike died at a gas station after just recently having the battery replaced at another bike shop (5 star motorcycle repair - don't go there). They let me know what the problem was and even took their time to check out other things that might cause problems for me later down the road. I had such a great time talking to Rob and Amanda, my bike is running smoothly, and it has officially been decided that I will forever come here to get my bike fixed, checked, etc. I'll be back soon :) read more

I've been a customer of Rob's since day one and would never ever think of going any where else. At one time, there was a motorcycle dealer / service shop 3 blocks from me in Hollywood, but instead, I would rent a U-Haul, load the bike up and drive it to Whittier. With Nate and Rob taking care of my motorcycle needs over the years, I've come accustomed to having great work done on many motorcycles and always know the right choice to get me back on the road was made. read more

Perfect solution for Harley owners who are sick being ripped off by greedy Harley dealership service dept's. They do better work, have better service, for half the price and much shorter wait. Harley made me wait 2 weeks for a tire change, RPE changed it while I waited and I was on my way in less than an hour. Where Harley looks to rip you off, RPE looks to hook you up. It's just a smarter place to take your motorcycle needs. I'm a permanent customer now. read more

Rude racist customer service & is aware of no contact with whittier police bc of pandemic transferred from 911. no one can park legally in public parking lot, but owner & staff can park illegally. Made a complaint on 3/27/2021 with whittier police dept on file# with officer Villa. No one should be discriminated or humiliated to be locked in parking lot or bang on car window to move your car to the street, when you're parked legally. Resident of Whittier. read more

We stopped by the shop on July 31st and the bike didnt appear as if much had been done to it. Ram and his wife still assured my man it would be done. ON AUGUST 1ST, RAM KEPT HIS WORD! My man got the call and video showing that his bike was completed!!! Ram also flushed the pipes and moved the bars a half inch forward for him (at no additional cost). Still no reply from Chino of Knuckle Up in Baldwin Park regarding the stretch bags and air bags he stated he would add to the bike for having it for as long as he did without getting it fixed and further, ruining the engine (DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO KNUCKLE UP IN BALDWIN PARK). As for Ram and his wife, thank you for ultimately keeping your word for the August 1st date and MAKING THINGS GOOD AFTER OTHERS COULDN'T. A man is only as good as his word so thank you for keeping yours. Take care... This review will be in two parts. In May of 2018 my man took his 2006 Road King to Chino of Knuckle Up in Baldwin Park (Do not take your bike there). My man was repeatedly fed bullshit. Chino ruined the motor and ultimately sourced the bike out to Ram of Road Dog customs in November of 2019. We finally found out the bike was at Road Dogs and we went there on Saturday, June 20th and met with Ram and his wife. They were both very nice and Ram had a lot to say about his business, his word, and the hook-up he was going to give my man considering all that has gone on with "his boy Chino;" but most of all, Ram stated that he would not put bikes coming in before my man's bike. Ram's word was the bike would be done in two weeks. Three weeks later, we had not heard one word from Ram so on Saturday, July 11th, we went to Road Dogs and spoke with Ram. The bike had not been touched. Ram stated many things, one being that all these bikes have been coming in and it's been busy. I guess he forgot the statement he made three weeks earlier (that he wouldn't put other bikes in front of my man's bike). Ram stated he will have my man's bike ready by August 1st. My man asked Ram what guarantee can Ram give him so Ram put it in writing. Ram even stated "don't be surprised if I call you before August 1st to tell you it's ready." Well next week will be August 1st and I don't believe my man will be getting that phone call. We just hope that it will be ready on August 1st and that he will be hooking my man up on the price as stated. I will be updating to tell you if Ram kept his word or not. I don't care how good a person is at their profession if their word is shit. Ram is not a worker at Road Dogs but the the owner of Road Dogs. Let's see what unfolds next week. Stay tuned.

I walk in and Brent Laidlaw who sold me my bike back in 1999 was there and I talked to him and told him of my issues. Brent told me my bike was worthless and can not get parts but we have plenty of new bikes to sell you. Brent said to leave your name and number with the service manager and they would arrange to pick it up but doubt they could do anything with it do to parts. The service desk said the manager was out to lunch so I left my info and never heard back from them. I left there that day without a very good feeling. I am glad I never heard back from them. A friend of mine told me to Google mobile Harley mechanics and that is when I found Larry's Harley Services in Whittier. He is not mobile but that was ok because I could just have triple AAA pick up my bike. I called Larry told him my issues and just by talking to him a got a very good feeling about the guy. He also told me parts would not be an issue he would just have to locate them which would be the parts inside the tank. (who knew there was parts inside the tank I thought the gas just flowed out into the injectors Boy was I wrong) I sent my bike to Larry and met him in person and very easy guy to talk to. He said to give him about a week and I would be back on the road again. He found the parts for inside the tank at Glendale Harley no problem. He went thru my entire bike servicing everything and also my bike was a complete mess sitting for the last 5 or 6 years that Larry's son detailed my bike and it looks like new again.
