TBH I was more bummed out about the bike more than the injuries. Insurance reached out and highly recommended the AWESOME team at RPE Motorcycle. After doing some review reading with both HD and RPE, I decided to pull the trigger with RPE. They had glowing reviews from a bunch of people who decided to go this route rather than the dealership. When my bike was picked up, I had to pleasure of meeting Rob. He assured me the bike would "come back SO MUCH BETTER than what it was." He and his team updated me every step of the way, from when parts came in, options for alternative parts, or even if there were any delays in shipping. CONSTANT COMMUNICATION! When I finally got the call that the bike was ready (so much faster than I expected), I rushed over. Rob was there to hand off the keys and we went through what he and his team had done with my baby! He is 100% a man of his word. The bike came back to me SO MUCH BETTER. Since then, the bike has been running smoothly, practically brand fxcking new with that sparkling shine to prove it. Absolutely ZERO issues. So if you're wondering where to take your bike for an insurance claim or any other repairs, STOP READING AND GIVE THEM A CALL! If I could leave 20 more stars on top of this review I totally would. THANK YOU ROB. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM AT RPE !

That being said this time I brought a mustang BULLITT. Previous exhaust shop out in east coast Virginia. Didn't line up the exhaust tips correctly one was sticking out more and passenger side tip was starting to melt the bumper slightly since it was touching. Javier did his thing made sure gaps were even and each tip was a mirror image to one another. Main reason though why we brought the car here is also because the previous shop installed the exhaust but was hanging way to low! It would scrape everywhere !!! On the catted mids, and on the catback portion aswell. The factory connection style clamps had multiple exhaust leaks and the connections were loose aswell causing annoying sounds while driving from the metal on metal vibration contact. We even tried to tighten the clamps at home but still was loose. So we brought the car here to have V-bands installed on his American racing catted mids. Javier also sealed where the exhaust had scraped so much that holes where showing through. Now the catted mids have no holes, no exhaust leaks, and now they have v band connections. My brother races the car a lot so when he goes to drag strip he wanted a different set of Catless mids with xpipe. And to make it super easy to switch between mids he also got Vbands Installed on his custom catless mids with xpipe that Javier made. And so the car doesn't throw any codes he also welded in nuts so the factory 02 sensors can still be installed aswell. Javier aslways goes above and beyond and highly recommend him always. Welds came out super nice , fit and finish and 2nd to none. The entire exhaust system is nicely tucked up and no longer hanging down super low.

This is PART TWO of this review:…read more After the last meeting with Ram on July 11th, he put in writing the bike would be done on August 1st. We stopped by the shop on July 31st and the bike didnt appear as if much had been done to it. Ram and his wife still assured my man it would be done. ON AUGUST 1ST, RAM KEPT HIS WORD! My man got the call and video showing that his bike was completed!!! Ram also flushed the pipes and moved the bars a half inch forward for him (at no additional cost). Still no reply from Chino of Knuckle Up in Baldwin Park regarding the stretch bags and air bags he stated he would add to the bike for having it for as long as he did without getting it fixed and further, ruining the engine (DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO KNUCKLE UP IN BALDWIN PARK). As for Ram and his wife, thank you for ultimately keeping your word for the August 1st date and MAKING THINGS GOOD AFTER OTHERS COULDN'T. A man is only as good as his word so thank you for keeping yours. Take care... This review will be in two parts. In May of 2018 my man took his 2006 Road King to Chino of Knuckle Up in Baldwin Park (Do not take your bike there). My man was repeatedly fed bullshit. Chino ruined the motor and ultimately sourced the bike out to Ram of Road Dog customs in November of 2019. We finally found out the bike was at Road Dogs and we went there on Saturday, June 20th and met with Ram and his wife. They were both very nice and Ram had a lot to say about his business, his word, and the hook-up he was going to give my man considering all that has gone on with "his boy Chino;" but most of all, Ram stated that he would not put bikes coming in before my man's bike. Ram's word was the bike would be done in two weeks. Three weeks later, we had not heard one word from Ram so on Saturday, July 11th, we went to Road Dogs and spoke with Ram. The bike had not been touched. Ram stated many things, one being that all these bikes have been coming in and it's been busy. I guess he forgot the statement he made three weeks earlier (that he wouldn't put other bikes in front of my man's bike). Ram stated he will have my man's bike ready by August 1st. My man asked Ram what guarantee can Ram give him so Ram put it in writing. Ram even stated "don't be surprised if I call you before August 1st to tell you it's ready." Well next week will be August 1st and I don't believe my man will be getting that phone call. We just hope that it will be ready on August 1st and that he will be hooking my man up on the price as stated. I will be updating to tell you if Ram kept his word or not. I don't care how good a person is at their profession if their word is shit. Ram is not a worker at Road Dogs but the the owner of Road Dogs. Let's see what unfolds next week. Stay tuned.
