Over charges for services. Went in for a forced regen. They tried 3 times. It didn't work. Got charged 350 dollars. After a 50 dollar discount. I knew what was wrong. I needed a new def injector. It was already on order. Asked how much they would install they said 200. It's only 2 screws and connector and def tube. I would do it my but I am recently disabled. So I went to my usual mechanic. They did it for 85 and 20 mins. Truck works perfectly. They lost me as a customer. Had they said we will just replace no charge and see what happens. I would have still been there customer. This place was worth a try, but it turned out to be very disappointing. We were clear from day one about the issue, yet instead of addressing the actual problem, they worked on something else, charged us, and said the truck was ready. We had to bring it back the same day because the issue was still not resolved. After a few days, they wanted to charge even more, claiming the problem was something different. Why not be transparent from the start, especially when the issue was explained upfront? Thankfully we found someone honest and took the truck somewhere else. They fixed the issue within a few hours for only $450. You tried to charge over $3,000k unbelievable. On top of that, the truck sat there for days with zero communication. read more

I towed my F350 in for a diagnostic. After a couple of days the diagnostic was completed and I scheduled for a tow to pick to up my truck the next day. Upon arrival the next day I was informed that my batteries were dead. If I would not have shown up to make sure that my truck was in operable condition the shop would have sent it on the tow truck with dead batteries and the truck not starting for the very least. During the diagnostic the driver side inner fender liner was removed and when I received the truck back the fender liner was not screwed back into place. Best place to get your truck fix. It start off was i call almost all the ford dealership and i had a bad experience with just one question. But when i call this place Mike the owner picked up he was nice and helpful. Answer all my questions and i also ask him if he can come to my house just to check on My oil change and he still came to take a look. He also help me and told me what else was wrong with my ford-650. I will be coming here for my trucks. It is so hard to find a good Diesel place to fix truck or a good mechanic. I did not want to write this review, but I had come to this company because of their good reviews and I want others to be made aware of the experience I had here. I didn't want to struggle so I went to this company which has good reviews, I thought they would do a good job with the work they did on my truck, but when I initially took my truck in and they said it was one problem and then they found more problems, and the total came to almost $5,000, I was fine with this I just wanted my truck fixed but it took 3 weeks for them to fix it and my truck kept turning off even after they said the problem was resolved. I trusted their professional expertise to fix my truck and take care of the problems it had, but my truck is still not fixed and it keeps turning off and I'm still stuck with a bill of $5,000. I got service done and they didn't do a good job because I'm still stuck with a truck that does not operate how it is supposed to. After they said they had resolved the problems with my truck it had stalled on me in the middle of the freeway, my safety was compromised and nothing has been done to resolve this so I am stuck with a truck that doesn't work. read more

A few hours later he called recommending the alternator and battery (from the manufacture). I held off because I wanted to find out the cost of the parts and after comparing their prices to aftermarket parts they were very competitive. Ultimate I went with the OEM parts because of the warranty they came with. When the truck was ready, I took my father to pick up his "gift" , and he was impressed by how clean the facility was.
