I was driving on loose nuts and my whole alignment was messed up because of it. I took it back here to Young's to get the issue addressed and resolved at the suggestion of the other shop. Julio (the owner) did my oil change one day and he left the cap that needs to be SECURELY CLOSED AND TIGHTENED open. When I moved my car from my parking spot the next day I noticed a large oil spill. I quickly took it back and he noticed what he had done and admitted to what he did. He said that Volkswagens need to be "tightened more than other cars". I asked him if he was going to add more oil and he said no because he had "added a little extra" so it didn't need it. A few weeks later my car started shaking when I would be at a complete stop so I took it to a mechanic. They said the oil level was low and that there was damage due to driving it with low oil. I HAD TO PAY $1,170 at the Volkswagen dealer because a regular mechanic told me to take it there because he could he could not perform this extensive repair. Even though they fixed this issue they said there is possible engine damage due to driving it with low oil. I spoke with Julio (THE OWNER of JC TIRES AND OIL CENTER) and asked if he was going to take accountability for HIS MISTAKE. He said that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to be checking the oil and that my car probably burnt the oil. The mechanics that checked my car said that Volkswagens do not burn oil and besides that it is just a 2014 it is not that old to be burning oil.
