Pretty upset about the quality of work done here.... took my 1199s here for a chain and sprocket kit install.... I waited well Alfonso was working on the bike and I noticed he was banging on the adjuster for the chain with a hammer and some type of pole.. Rather then using the correct tool (spanner wrench) assuming he was using brass so it doesn't damage the rear Hub.... I assumed WRONG.. dude totally fucked up my rear Hub and refuses to admit it was done by him....he stated it was like that before.... Every tech knows, if you see damage let the customer know before touching that bike. I was sitting right there, he could of told me if that was the case..but yet every corner of the adjuster that u can't see it perfect and the ones that You can see and actually Hit are all fucked up.....and not to mention the master link is way to tight... the O ring is popping out. Alfonso then txted me a few days later asking for my Vin year make and model so he can order me the part. ($800+) im assuming after he seen the price he completely changed his mind, stating that the bike has already been through multiple tire changes that it had to be fucked up before.... strange that he didnt realize that its a single sided swing arm... tire comes off without the chain being touched... i took this as a excuse.... since then he has Not contacted me and has been completely avoiding me..... read more

Did some research online for local motorcycle repair shops in the area, I found Unique cycles . I read the positive reviews and tried them out. I went in to have both tires replaced , chain and rear bearings as well. Towed in the bike and was greeted immediately with excellent customer service, I addressed the issues with the bike ,nail in the rear tire, also needed a new chain and I wanted the rear bearings replaced Alfonso immediately noticed the front tire side walls were cracked and recommended that be replaced as well....upon further inspection he also replaced the inner tube for the front tire which was full of rust and very worn. I was riding my motorcycle when it started making a strange noise, like a bad rotor scraping sound, I didn't think it was that bad, but as it continued and was more frequent, I made an appointment with the dealer to check my brakes. This is what they found. I was missing a caliper bolt, the swing arm was not completely secured, Alfonso Califan had drilled the diaphragm and damaged it along with the resvoir cap. I never authorized him to drill on any part of my motorcycle. His negligence could have had some serious brake failure. I could have been seriously hurt.
