They completely tore down my bike and blacked out all my chrome, installed new seals, fluids, wheels and tires. I had Tony install my Stereo system on my 2016 Roadglide. I originally thought the price was a little high but Tony assured me that his work comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as I have my bike and as long as no one else touches it. After about a year my music started cutting off while I was riding, it would turn off and turn right back on which was really annoying. I called Tony and he said to bring it in first thing Saturday morning. I got there at 8:30 and James got right to work. He pulled the Fairing off and started testing the Stereo and AMP, he tested all the connections, and he then tested all my speakers and didn't find any issues. He then pulled off the tank and started checking all the wires going to the battery. When he got to the battery he touched the ground cable and it fell off, it was broken at the battery, all that work for a broken ground cable at the battery, sheesh. After seeing the extent of the work he did I realized, I made the right choice by going to him. I felt reassured that my Stereo system was performing to its capacity after that thorough check-up. Back in 2013 I began customizing my 2013 HD Road Glide Custom and the audio portion was handled by Tony at No Limit Kustom. Never have I found someone so enthusiastic about audio as Tony. He listened to my needs - still wanted to use my saddlebag, clear midrange and ease of use. Well time passed and my JVC unit developed an intermittent display issue. The wear and tear had taken its toll after almost 5 years of hard driving and riding. I took her into the shop and he was able to point me to the new Alpine CDE-HD149BT head unit with a 9 band parametric EQ. This is an awesome unit folks. I picked it up today and after a quick run thru of the menu system I proceeded back to the OC (yes I travel this far because I know my tunes are in excellent hands as well as my bike). The sound from this unit put an immediate grin on my face as I split lanes pounding my way home. Thanks to Tony and his guys for taking great care of me and my Road Glide. These guys are incredible. Tony and his staff go above and beyond to make sure their customer leaves happy. I was initially told my install would take 3 days they finished in less than two. There was a problem... I purchased some speakers online from another supplier. After the install it turned out that one of the speakers was defective. Not only did they find out the specific problem they made sure all my other components were working perfectly. With no additional labor cost they tore down my entire system installed better speakers and sent me on my way. You can tell by the picture I posted how serious I am about my Harley. I will be back and these are the only guys I'll purchase from or let touch my bike again. That said, the guy really is passionate about his work and you can see he won't neglect your baby like so many other shops do. I was convinced that this was a good shop based on the reviews. I took my bike in for insurance repairs several years ago and I have regretted it ever since. I was so upset with Tony I did not bother writing a review, but as I sit here and continue to fix their mistakes I can no longer stay silent. First off they took forever to return my bike. I dropped it off in April and got it back after August. I am always willing to wait for good work, but as it turns out that was not the case. I'll just say this; they replaced my tires and damaged the inner bead. Once that bead is shot the tire is trash. They then attempted to use silicone to repair it. SILICONE? The tires went flat about 100 miles later. On the freeway! I checked the tires and they seemed fine. I called Tony and he assured me it was due to powder coat on the wheels. He said ride it back in and he would take a look. Instead, I took it to a reputable shop and they immediately discovered the tires were damaged. That is a 400 set of tires down the drain. How they can put someone on the road like that is beyond reprehensible. I hope, for their sake, that they have improved the quality of their work. Things could have gone very wrong for me. Getting into a motorcycle accident can be more stressful than an automobile accident since your limited on resources. First place I called was an HD dealership, called and talked to the service writer over the phone (let me remind you that I take my HD for service here) and he was somewhat explaining the process and telling me how much they charge, blah blah blah. Felt like all he wanted to do was take my money. Didn't get a warm conversation with him. Called Tony based on location and reviews. First thing he asked me, "are you okay" BANG. Say no more, this is my guy. Complete total stranger asked me if I was okay since I got involved in an accident. I knew it would be more than just a business opportunity for him. He was very easy going and vey patience in explaining the details to me. Went to the shop, took a look, everything is good, had my HD towed to No Limit Kustoms. I initially wanted to go out of pocket for repairs but after discussing with Tony, it was best that I filed a claim with my insurance company. During the repair process, I was kept informed by Tony by phone, text with photos and videos. I though that was fucking awesome! Photos and videos helped ease my pain during the process. Although my bike was at No Limit Kustoms for over a month, I knew it was in good hands. My insurance company took forever to approve any repairs so I knew it wasn't Tony's delay. As stated, he's the owner and from the moment you arrive, he makes you feel comfortable. Many shops will ignore you at times (kinda like a tattoo parlor), but not here. You're well taken care of and although modifying your Harley is a pain (costs lots of money to modify anywhere you go), I've definitely found a shop where I feel at ease. Another cool fact is that Tony will text you a picture of the completed work before you show up. He also gave me a ride home after I dropped my bike off. I called this place up to ask about powder coating my wife's univega bicycle. Strange requesting asking a motorcycle shop to powder coat a bicycle but they told me to bring it to the shop and they'll see what we can do. They helped me pick a rad color and said it would be ready in a week. When I came it to pick it up I overwhelmed with how good it looked! These guys went outside their realm and the results were amazing. One of the guys there even talked about using the color on a motorcycle frame.
