I had an emergency when I was selling my dirt bike. I warmed the bike up in the AM before the buyer arrived to look at it. I made an attempt to adjust the idle screw mixture & ended up flooding the carb. The buyer came over & asked to see the bike running & I couldn't get it restarted..! Dammit..! Luckily my quick thinking led me to call Cycle Depot. We bought the bike over, thankfully it's not too far, & they got the bike running & idling perfectly within 5 minutes..!!! Thank You to Ryan, Alvaro & Everyone..! Consider the bike SOLD..!

Poor quality control and neglecting workmanship

Quality of work done on my bike was terrible. They did not install body panels right, ending in open gaps and broken clips. Quality of work done was so horrible and took so long. Customer service is no where to be found. So much attitude and FU attitude to "selective" customers. I won't be going back to them.

Post when Cycle Depot raised my bike, cleaned the carb, installed new shocks.

Honestly, I can't say enough about this place. As a new resident to CA, not knowing a soul, no one to recommend a shop, these guys just really made me feel welcomed and treated my bike spectacular. All the staff is super knowledgeable, always willing to share knowledge to help you out in the future, and are constantly looking out. I've taken the bikes I've owned there well over 4-5 times(due to my mistakes, not theirs) and always shoot me straight and look out for me. From parts to service depts. these guys are wicked. D.C.

I wouldn't say I'm a frequent visitor to Cycle Depot in Eagle Rock. The last time I visit CD was when I still had my Kawi ZX-10r a few years ago. This time around, Ervin the service personnel punched my home number in and I was still in their system! Score! I needed to have a new rear Dunlop Q3 installed on my Ducati Streetfighter and I called Mr. Tommy (one of the co-owners) and asked if they were able to work on DUCs and if they had availability first thing this morning (Tuesday). I rode my bike in first thing this morning as they opened and the guys at CD were all helpful and had smiles on their faces as they actually wanted to be at work and work on bikes. My tire installation and balance took about 45 mins. They charged an hour of worth of labor (since I had the new Dunlop Q3 rear with me). The service guys even changed a left turn signal for me free of charge! All in all a very good experience. CD has a full garage and pretty much can work on any bike (I'd call them up first if you have doubts), they have a nice little parts department where the young gal (I think her name was Jill) will help you look for tires, helmets, clothing/gear and aftermarket parts. Mr. Tommy even came in and greeted me and said hello and all. What a nice group of guys and gal at Cycle Depot. I was able to sit and watch them install my rear tire with ease. I'm headed back to CD next week to get some new CRG levers. Trust Tommy, Ervin, Jill and the fellows at CD, they know how to run a shop. I trusted them with my Ducati, why wouldn't you? I'll definitely be back be a frequent customer of CD after today's visit!

Short & sweet I called multiple shops around town to help me find new tires for my 1979 Honda XR500, Andy was extremely helpful on the phone, found what I needed & placed the order for me getting it to the shop next day!! When I pulled up to the shop Ron was super nice & got me set up with Cody who worked on my bike & took the time to teach & guide me to what I need to do moving forward with fixing my dirt bike!! The whole squad there is extremely funny & helpful, I found my new mechanic & I'll be working with Cody to rebuild my whole bike moving forward!!

Honest and on top of it. Never make unnecessary repairs. Always quality work. Even loaned me a helmet once when I forgot mine.

A great place for motorcycle gear!…read more After destroying the laces on my motorcycle shoes and ultimately throwing them out, I've been riding with a pair of slip-on Vans. Not long after doing so I decided it was time to buy another pair. Lazy, and not looking to drive too far from home, I came across this place on Yelp. I never would have guessed that there was a place close to me other than Cycle Gear. Immediately I rode over and arrived maybe 30 minutes before their closing time. It wasn't hard to find the place at all. I walked in and was greeted by Bryan, who showed me around and help me find what I was looking for. They have a good amount of protective gear available such as helmets, gloves, shoes, Kevlar jeans, and boots. They also have Quad Lock products and other motorcycle related things for sale. Prices on their website don't reflect the discounted price that this store sells gear at. Customer service was excellent, Bryan helped me and did not try to upsell me anything. Very cool dude. Parking wasn't hard to find as I arrived when most of the neighboring businesses are closed (I'm assuming). Plenty of spots in the front. I recommend this place to current and future riders!

I reached out to a few vendors regarding new tires and installation and Javier impressed me right…read moreaway because he had ITEMIZED PROPOSALS drafted and sent to me for the two brands of tires I requested. After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. Javier was very communicative and made sure to tell us the tires were going to be delayed (shipping courier's fault). We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't going to be back in the area until after his shop is closed and he graciously waited for us.

I am writing this review to support this small business. I hope after reading my review you will be…read moreinclined to give Javier a try. The shop is clean and organized. Javier offered me water and is very personable. He wiped my bike down multiple times to clean off the oil and brake fluid. He did a final inspection to make sure no residue was left on any surface, rode the bike to test it out, and thanked me for my business. I couldn't replace my own oil on my Rebel 500 because of a damaged oil drain plug. Took the bike to RevXotic Motorsports and met Javier. He showed me the right socket necessary to take the plug off. I didn't know different shaped sockets existed. While changing the oil he adjusted my chain. He verified my concern that motor oil should be changed at least once a year to remove contaminants. He also added that brake fluid should be changed out once a year but did not solicit a brake fluid change/flush. I went ahead and did a brake fluid change and was glad I did because the front brake fluid was hardening. Javier treated me like a friend and my bike was all that mattered in the shop. Thank you Javier for answering my questions and concerns with patience and thoroughness. Although I have little experience visiting bike shops I am convinced my service was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely visit RevXotic for my next service.
