Went in today looking for a club style leather vest. I found his add on Facebook. It was a little bit of a distance from my house but He had what I was looking for in my size. Hidden behind a tire shop but you can still see it from the street. Walked in and met Ivan and I told him what I was looking for and he remembered me from earlier that morning when I messaged him about the vest. Super helpful. Since I wear glasses he pointed out some helmets that would be easier to use. I tried on a few helmets, he brought out a different one that would be better for me based on how the last one fit. Bought 2 new helmets here from Ivan on Wednesday. Fast easy transaction fair selection of lower-cost gear. One of the lids I bought was an ILM Bluetooth equipped helmet for $200. I tried to plug it in to charge before use when I got home an hour later and the charging port immediately broke off and fell into the plastic case of the electronic unit. I called the next day since they were closed and the young man said to come in Saturday (today). When I got there, Ivan was not there so the young kid called him and Ivan said to charge me $35 for the replacement Bluetooth transceiver. This was frustrating, as the thing broke before I even had a chance to use it. I asked him to call Ivan back and he still charged me. If it was my fault it had broken I'd understand but this is just bad business. I asked if the $35 was worth me never coming back as well as bad reviews on their business. The kid was young and very condescending for some reason, despite me being patient. I will not ever come back, and will make sure everyone I know knows not to come here. read more

Lot of stuff but way overpriced. No receipts. They guys was helpful until ore people came, an then rush u out.

First of all, the place is hard to find off the street since there are a lot of mechanics surrounding the shop and the sign isn't very visible. Parking there was horrible! To make matters worse, I can assume since no one else was in the store, the owner parked horribly and took two parking spaces in their parking stalls (they only had 3 stalls, one car taking one and another car taking two of them). There isn't much inside the store other than some helmets on the walls and some random boots on the corner. Most, if not all, of their parts and accessories need to be special ordered. The lighting inside is very dim and could extra lights (lights may have been turned off to keep it from getting too hot, since there's really no windows and only a mobile AC unit for the store. Reasons why I'm not rating this location less is because the owner was nice and helpful to my questions. read more

Ivan, the owner, greeted me when I walked in. He asked how he could help me, and was very knowledgeable about gear, different uses, and safety. Another biker walked in with his girlfriend and all of us had a great conversation about riding, safety, and traded some war stories. This place is like going to friends house, very friendly, comfortable, and welcoming (not what you would expect from a motorcycle shop) but Ivan does a great job creating a friendly atmosphere. Ivan is a great resource for new riders & can guide you on quality gear without breaking the bank. He's also a great resource for experienced riders. A hardcore biker came in looking for the latest in helmet bluetooth tech, and Ivan laid down some deep knowledge, the biker was impressed (and so was I). The prices are GREAT and the quality is high. I walked out with a new full faced helmet, leather jacket, & leather gloves for UNDER $300 buck! Not many places like this around. I highly recommend. Let's support small business. read more

Had great customer service and got a great deal on the gear I wanted. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great deal to come here. There is a small surcharge for using credit/debit cards so I suggest taking cash. There is a bank of america and chase across the street and there should be some other ATMs nearby. There is limited inventory because its a smaller shop but they can still get you a good deal if you order from there catalog. I'm definitely coming back for more gear read more

Bought my first helmet here with an older guy probably the dad of the business. He was very friendly and helpful didn't rush me to get in and out. Went in wanting to buy another one and the guy (which might be the son) was very rude. You could tell he has no experience on how to interact with people. Felt like I was being rushed and every time I asked for a different size or different helmet he responded saying there wasnt any even though there was a whole stack of helmets.
