Came looking for tires and left with brand new tires! Thought I was going to leave with empty pockets but I paid $350 for front and rear, Dunlop's... Steal. Dealers charge almost $300 for a single tire. Anyways, their crew was awesome, There's a sick rest area inside so you can chill in the AC, water and coffee, and great merch inside. First off I would like to thank Jason from service/sales for helping me out with everything from the beginning. He was extremely polite and as responsive as he could be. He made the appointment process very smooth for me and kept me informed when everything was in stock for my bike to schedule the service. Once I dropped off the bike, I still had decent service. Jason promised me the bike in two days and his tech delivered. Alex was a different rep that helped me check in and check out/pay for my bike service. The service is costly but they did a great amount of detailed work which included a valve adjustment that I seriously needed like a few 1000 miles back. I felt it was very much worth the price. Alex was nice enough to go over everything the technician completed and I really appreciated that. This is my first bike I've kept long enough that I needed this service so I'm glad he went over it in detail. Thank you to the tech who worked on my motorcycle. I went to the MotoAmerica races in Laguna Seca track during the weekend on July, 2024. I saw the helmets and purchased two SHOIE from one of their tent stabliments. the 1400 and 1500. After i got home, I tried one helmet 30 days later....the helmet was to tight. I sent an email to Ruben, he said no problem. i sent the helmet back to them and a week later, WALLA...my correct size helmet and im a happy rider. NO BS....they have very good customer service. I needed get a new tire on my bike. I called around seeing the cost of bringing in the rim and getting a new tire put on. Some of the cost were extravagant and they wanted a 24 hour turn around. I called Motorhelmets, the price was fair and they had the tired I needed. When I got there they immediately took my rim to the back and mounted a new tire. I took my bike here for its first full major service with valve adjustments and a new set of tires. Dropped it off on Monday and a week and a half later I got my bike back. It should have been a week but since it's the beginning of kick butt riding weather there were a lot of bikes being serviced. Jason took care and knocked off the fee for tire install since it took more than a week. It's understandable it took that long. Mind you they had 15 to 20 other bikes lined up to be worked on. All in all I'd take my bike here again for other service related stuff for my bike even though I live a good 30 minute car ride away. I utilize motorhelmets for their decent prices on basic shop tools/accessories and tires. They usually have good deals that beat the rest, so I stick with what I know. Being local to me in Fullerton is a plus too... Counter service is usually pretty friendly and informative. The sales floor has almost anything you can imagine motorcycle wise, and if its not there in store - they can usually order it and get it in a timely manner. And though Ive only had their technicians swap my tires, the shop guys are friendly and offer quality mechanic services. Update: My only negative experience so far was a phone call to them. I called to see if they could order me a rather simple part for my motorcycle. The guys couldn't seem to figure out what it was I was talking about, and then decided to hang up on me (you could hear a guy in back telling the guy on the phone to just hang up). I have been going to them since they were the Kung-Fu store selling motorcycle equipment on the side as well. Since then, I have seen them grown and customer base grow as well. I have worked with many of the employees there (Matt, Jason), but Ruben always takes care of all my needs with great prices and service. You have to make sure you call ahead bc they do get backed up with service work, best place in town for mounted tire deals. Ruben knows my whole family and even gives the wife deals - to get me Bday gifts from there. Overall, all the guys always ask you if you need help when you walk in and takes time give advice on equipment, etc if you need help. Recently, had my R1 ECU flashed by Ruben and he was able to do it quickly while I waited. I have purchased 5 or more helmets from them, several jackets, boots and bunch of clothing throughout the years as they have killer deals during certain times of the year or when they are overstocked. I go there just to look around even when I don't need anything, but then always end up buying something.....don't tell wife that. Great shop, great people. I had been shopping for a set of bars for my 2014 Roadking. Once I picked out my Factor 47's I called into Ruben @ Motorhelmets and it was seamless from there.
