Brought my bike here last year for issues with my bike being able to accelerate and feeling really sluggish and staying on. Don't know what they did but the issue according to them was "I was putting too much fuel in it". Issue was resolved temporarily but came back later. Also claimed that one of my turn signals wasn't working and wanted to charge me $60 to fix the switch. Turned out the plug was put on wrong. I fixed right there myself. Nice guys but would never take my bike back here. Take your bike to Klass cycles down the road. They're much better. read more

Several months ago I Rode my bike to Mach 1 just to get new tires. What they told me would take 2hrs took all day. When I came back to pick it up. They had the seat and plastics off and on a jump box on it. They told me they were going to take for a test ride and it would not start. Unfortunately they did not turn the starter kill on the alarm off and burned up my starter and melted the harness trying to start it. I've owned bikes for over 40 years and have never had a shop ride my bike after changing the tires. If I had known they needed to ride the bike to change the tire.... I would have went else where. The damage they caused cost me $$1400 and a month at the Aprilia dealer. read more

Took my motorcycle there, and now I wish I didn't, I wanted a tuneup, oil change, radiator flush and was quote $550 , pick it up after I was called it was done and me now the bill is $700 and cash only . That's not the worst part, after I got home with my motorcycle I noticed they scratch up my fairings and on my gas tank while it was there for 5 days working on it. I even asked Joe if they we're going to be careful with the fairings because my motorcycle was in great shape for it's age. What happened to customer service and being careful with customers vehicles. It's really hard now finding a motorcycle shop that works on older motorcycles and I guess I have to do more searching again . Be careful if you take your motorcycle to Mach1 , I'm definitely not going back with my motorcycle. read more

I went to Mach 1 on a sat, needed a new chain, asked them about sinking up my carbs, if they had time to adjust timing/carbs. They did an awesome job in a few hours, and got my carbs sinked and running perfectly. They also were able to fix my seat latch for no charge. They were very proactive in getting my Ducati 999 running again after having some fuel delivery issues.

Went into Mach 1 about two months ago and they quoted me on a flat repair for $60 for labor I provided the parts. I brought my bike in today Friday, December 15th to get the same flat repaired. this time they quoted me for $250 once again I provided the parts. I mentioned that the last time they repaired my flat they only charged $60. I asked why they were going to charge me four times for the same repair. the response I received was very rude and dismissive. they claimed that the mechanic said they did not know how to fix the flat. if you don't like getting price gouged then I wouldn't recommend bringing your bike to Mach One - very rude and dismissive and unethical. it felt like they were just trying to quote me with an astronomical price to see if I would pay it. read more

Brought my bike in to have the handle bars raised and new shocks installed. I supplied the spacers for the handle bars and the shocks so all I was to pay for was labor. When I went to pick up my bike I was shocked at the price they wanted to charge me. They were clearly trying to take advantage of me. When I questioned the amount they wanted to charge, the manager - I think his name was Joe - He said if I pay cash under the table, no receipt he would give me a discount. I don't know the whole thing seemed very fishy to me. Don't think I'm ever going to bring my bike back there. read more

I think I just found my new shop! I came here needing my front brakes changed for my bike. Called in a day before, spoke with Joe and he simply told me to bring my bike in (no need for an appointment). I arrived 9:15am, signed a couple papers and my bike was done! 25 minutes! I couldnt believe it! My old shop would MAYBE get to it in 2-3 hours or I would have to wait till the next day. The mechanics did not skip on the quality of work. Joe personally doubled checked if the bolts were torqued correctly and tightened my chain as well! He test rode it to be thorough and I was on my way by 10am. I was always pleasantly surprised to find their labor rates were much lower than what is usually charged to work on my ducati. I got to chat with Joe for a bit and he and the rest of his staff really know there stuff! Just a heads up to everyone, Mach 1's waiting area is 4 chairs outside the garage. You'll be sitting in the sun unless you move the chairs to the other side. With the quality and speed that the staff works at this was no problem for me! I saw a guy drop off his bike. I think that would be the best thing to do if you needed bike work that would take a while. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, quality motorcycle shop. Long (the owner), Joe and the rest of the staff really know there stuff. They will always ensure you get the best work for the best price.
