I was very impressed with this shop. It was super clean. The prices were very reasonable and the technician was very knowledgeable. It's definitely a one-stop shop for all your motorcycle needs When it comes to performance, Customization And tuning your motorcycle. ABS flush and blue brake pad

Was riding my bike when all of a sudden my drive belt snaps. I take it to the regular shop I go to and he wants to charge me $1800 just labor and have my bike sit in the shop for 2 months (name rhymes with bings barage). Called a few more shops and realized I was completely getting scammed. The people at Fast Performance gave me a quote over the phone and it beat everyone else by a decent margin. They even came to my house and picked the bike up with their sweet setup. A couple hours later I'm getting a call from them letting me know my bike is ready. I can say that I've experienced a few motorcycle shops but I will definitely be making this one my main. They know what they're doing and most importantly will treat you and your bike with respect. Thank you again for getting my bike in and out in the same day!

They have built my customer Turbo Harley Porsche Night Rod from the ground up, and improvised at every obstacle to create an amazing machine. They also installed the 330mm wide tire on this bike and it's always admired at every supercar or motorcycle event. Next they built my Naturally Aspirated Harley Night Rod Porsche, improvising with the ape hangers, rear view mirrors and heat shrinking around all cables and wires to creatively create a show quality product. They have also implemented wireless phone, charging holders, strategically. Next up, they will be applying their master craftsmanship to install digital temperature sensors, reading the oil and water temperatures across both my Harley bikes, especially the turbo bike. I recently added a carbon fiber, Ducati V4 S and I will continue to use this company as they have proven excellence in the field of motorcycle mechanic perfection.

After calling MTC and getting a diagnostic quote from Luke, I had my motorcycle towed to MTC, Luke said I would get a call with the results. After not hearing anything for 3 days, I went to the shop. I was told by the mechanic (Victor) the issue was multiple things. I then was told the ECM could could be the issue. I was told to have my motorcycle towed to my house while waiting for the part to arrive. When the part arrived, I called and spoke with Luke again. I asked to speak with Victor, instead of Victor coming to the phone, he relayed messages through Luke, who knew nothing. I checked my bike for any missing parts before returning to MTC. I found a cross threaded seat bolt, 3 missing batwing bolts, missing battery, and the new thottle by wire part Victor had me purchase was missing. When I got back to MTC Victor had to search for the parts among a collection of pieces & parts. He gave me what he thought might be my parts. I was told he couldn't find my battery, but tried to sell me a new one. I now have my motorcycle in worst condition than before taking it to MOTORCYCLE TIRE CENTER!

Thank goodness we saw the Wheel Works tent earlier in the day as we made our rounds through the vendors. Jared let us use a compressor initially, but my tire wouldn't take air. Without hesitating, Reno left Born Free to get me a new tube from his shop, 15-20 minutes away, then fixed my tire on the back of his pick up truck in the parking lot!!! That's some seriously amazing service! There is no cell signal out there and you cannot call a tow truck or AAA. I would have such a been in such a bind without their help. DO NOT HESITATE to use Wheel Works. These guys are true professionals! Thank you Reno & Jared! I am so grateful for your kindness and willingness to help me get home safely on Sunday. Blessed to not have been severely injured or to have lost my life. The work included new spokes, truing the wheel, based on the recommendation of the manager, Jared replacing the wheel bearings and spacers, which he also worked on. Less than 10 miles after getting the bike home, an oil seal popped loose. When I contacted the shop, the manager's response was essentially: "Just pop it back in." That was my first red flag after paying a premium to have the bike professionally prepped. A few months later, I left for my trip. While riding through Utah, the rear spacer failed, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay another shop to repair work that had supposedly already been done. Unfortunately, it got worse. After returning from a roughly 3,000-mile trip, the front wheel bearing catastrophically failed, seized, and essentially welded itself to the axle. This could have easily cost me my life. The damage from laying the bike down meant replacing my fuel tank, axle, bars, and brakes all because of failures tied to work I had already paid to have done. What disappointed me most was the response. After everything that happened, including the safety risk and repair costs, the manager offered me $100 as compensation. I have receipts and documentation to back up everything I'm saying. To be fair, I've heard positive things from other riders about some of the mechanics here, which makes this even more frustrating. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend having critical safety work handled under this manager's supervision or work itself. The workmanship and customer service I received were deeply disappointing. Bike is still not the same.

Purchased a brand new white 2025 Ninja 500 ABS today and saved $1,300 thanks to OC Honda Kawasaki!…read moreI got tired of sifting through all the clapped out or overpriced Ninja 400s/500s on FB Marketplace and OfferUp. Didn't want to settle for a color I didn't want and would ultimately end up changing anyway which would cost me more money. Anyway, why the 1 star review? I walked in this morning and spoke to Dwayne, one of the salespeople (or manager?). Extremely dismissive, short, rude, and clearly very uninterested in engaging with a serious buyer. Seems like attitude is an issue here based on previous reviews. All good though! He told me to basically kick rocks and go back to Bert's so I did exactly that! Not even an hour later after speaking with Dwayne I purchased my Ninja 500 at a steal of a deal over at Bert's. Bro's KPIs and metrics must be SOLID this month to let a sale walk out at the last day of the month. This was my second time at Bert's and both experiences were awesome. Lots of toys to look at, awesome pricing, and more importantly, excellent and friendly service the moment you walk in. This would've been my go-to place if I ever needed service or parts, but I'd rather ride/drive elsewhere than put up with the bullshit here. Oh, and if you hate your job bro, try doing something else. Don't get mad that you have to do your job when customers walk in. You're literally in sales/retail.

Thank you! Original review: I'd been shopping for a new bike for a few months and just going through my options, dealing with all the dealers in SoCal, online, private party, etc. and recently visited OC Honda & Kawasaki and met with Dwayne. Dwayne is a very chill, calm and friendly (read as "relaxed") guy, and let me look around the showroom and ask him questions as needed. There was no weird stigma or "club" here, where you feel comfortable and are greeted as soon as you come in, and get to check out bikes as well as ask them to pull some out for you to sit on if you're curious about seating position, controls, etc. I left with no pressure, and checked out some other local competitors and then continued to research and figure out what I wanted over the course of another month. During this time, I called Dwayne and asked him questions and he was always helpful and friendly, walked me through his experiences as a seasoned rider on both street & dirt, and was never pushy -- I never felt rushed as I continued to check out all my options. Finally the time came to pick out a bike, and I called and Dwayne put me in touch with Philip, who was also just as kind and a very cool, patient, and helpful person -- one that you can tell really cared about the customer experience. Philip also got me a price out-the-door on a new bike by phone, and I was there later that day to check out the bike they'd priced out for me, currently held in their storage. These guys aren't on commission so you feel free to work with them on your timing, pricing, as well as delivering payment -- they took great care of me. Communication was top-notch from the team; even if Philip was out or off, Dwayne is able to man the texts coming in, and vice-versa, so I always felt confident in my decision and their service. The fact that they're just around the corner from me is the cherry on top. When I went to pick up my bike, I was treated with respect and kindness -- Dwayne took his time to walk me through all the new features (coming from an all-analog older bike), and set my rider modes up as well as guided me through quick-shift options and service. I was kept updated by Philip and the team here from day-one, and the shop is really nice with a ton of new bikes on the floor, some great sales, as well as a ton of helmets and gear - many gear options priced to go as new inventory comes in for the different seasons across all manufacturers. Had a great experience at Orange County Honda & Kawasaki; I got no-nonsense out-the-door pricing, easy and chill service, and a great attitude from the team, what more could you ask for? I'll be back for an Africa Twin when the time comes, thanks guys!
