The "OWNERS" personal bike. Biggest piece of crap. Still not running. On the first day ride home: ' Rear brake failure ' Weld for shift linkage broke, unable to shift bike. ' Starter and ground wire loose, sparks welding bolt - locked. Later Failures: ' Clutch master cylinder wore out, leaking. Which led to next bullet point. ' Pro One clutch actuator failure. ' BLD belt drive front crankshaft nut loose, started stripping drive splines. Other notes: ' 2 years lacking registration that I had to pay for. ' Two different spark plugs. ' Rear brake caliper held on by a grocery wire bag tie. ' fluids mixed and not changed. ' Second seat does not fit. ' Not all "Focal" components, Arc Audio and other audio mixed. ' Ferring destroyed with sticker adhesive. ' Worst paint ever. ' worst wiring ever. ' Some lights not working. ' Lied to about the bike from the beginning. While buying the bike, Devon stated that I should have AAA motorcycle towing. Red flag one. Upon picking up the bike, Devon stated he sold the bike to a friend, and title was not in hand. RED FLAG 1k, i should have walked away. I'M A BIG DUMMY History: My family and I have been visiting Freedom Cycles for at least 16 years. Building a friendship. The first time I saw the owners son's bike, I knew I wanted it. Through these years I thought we had built trust. Well, Obviously, not with the son Devon. When you pay $20,000 for a bike, you expect it to function for many years. It failed in 10 miles. While bleeding the back brakes, the worst looking fluid ever came out. The shifting lever bracket broke at a grocery lot 1/2 mile from home. I had to suicide shift just to get home, I didn't have AAA towing as Devon had foreseen. I had to reweld the linkage and paint. At this point, I can go on and on about Devon and his Devious dealings running his parents business into clown world. And I wish his parents the best, (I really, really do, and miss them). But being a sleazy, crooked used bike dealer isn't the way they wanted their business to be run.

He did a very thorough check and recommended a rear brake fluid change. I did that and mentioned that the bike had a hard time starting when cold. Then the owner just happened to come in when he was about to take it for a test ride. Luckily, the bike had a hard time starting. The owner said the carburetor needed to be cleaned in order to fix the hard start issue. I had them do the work and it has started easily ever since. I highly recommend Mach 1 motorcycles. Very knowledgeable about older bikes. I will be back for all my future motorcycle needs. Thanks guys.

I've took the bike to…read moreMotorhelmets in Fullerton and paid $1200 to get fuel pump serviced and intake boots replaced. I've had to take bike my bike 3 times to them because it kept doing the same thing after 10 minutes of riding so I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. One day I've decided to give another shop a shot and found Gp Motomax. I can say that I was very pleased they got my bike back on road. The problem being the fuel pump which they suspect upon inspection so they ordered a oem pump which took a while but once they got it they've installed it so fast. What they suspect happened was they just replaced the motor of fuel pump and called it day so by replacing the whole pump properly bike was great again. The crazy part is that total of parts and labor ended up cheaper than what I paid at Motorhelmet. Will definitely come back for more service to get my bike to top tip. They are honest hard working people with very very reasonable price and great communications which is super rare nowadays. I would hate keep this so they won't get too busy but I highly recommend them!

I saved money, didn't have to ride almost 30 miles away, and got to support a small local business instead of a mega dealer. Plus they're less than a mile away from my work. No brainer. I dropped off my bike around 10:30 this morning and was ready about an hour later since there was a lift available. When I got back, Johnathan gave me a rundown of what was done to my bike and adjustments he had made. Thankfully nothing was out of the ordinary which one should expect with a new bike! Johnathan and Alex were both friendly and professional which I'm thankful for. Much respect to them for that. In my experience, certain hobbies tend to have toxic gatekeeper types. I feel like motorcycling is one of those hobbies. It's intimidating to be new, especially when you're just starting out and eager to learn. If and when I need service or an advanced repair that's out of my skillset, I will 100% be going back because I know my bike will be in good hands.

They have built my customer Turbo Harley Porsche Night Rod from the ground up, and improvised at every obstacle to create an amazing machine. They also installed the 330mm wide tire on this bike and it's always admired at every supercar or motorcycle event. Next they built my Naturally Aspirated Harley Night Rod Porsche, improvising with the ape hangers, rear view mirrors and heat shrinking around all cables and wires to creatively create a show quality product. They have also implemented wireless phone, charging holders, strategically. Next up, they will be applying their master craftsmanship to install digital temperature sensors, reading the oil and water temperatures across both my Harley bikes, especially the turbo bike. Motorcycle Tire Center (MTC) is very unprofessional and incompetent! My 2013 Harley Davidson…read morewouldn't start after a ride. After calling MTC and getting a diagnostic quote from Luke, I had my motorcycle towed to MTC, Luke said I would get a call with the results. After not hearing anything for 3 days, I went to the shop. I was told by the mechanic (Victor) the issue was multiple things. I then was told the ECM could could be the issue. I was told to have my motorcycle towed to my house while waiting for the part to arrive. When the part arrived, I called and spoke with Luke again. I asked to speak with Victor, instead of Victor coming to the phone, he relayed messages through Luke, who knew nothing. I checked my bike for any missing parts before returning to MTC. I found a cross threaded seat bolt, 3 missing batwing bolts, missing battery, and the new thottle by wire part Victor had me purchase was missing. When I got back to MTC Victor had to search for the parts among a collection of pieces & parts. He gave me what he thought might be my parts. I was told he couldn't find my battery, but tried to sell me a new one. I now have my motorcycle in worst condition than before taking it to MOTORCYCLE TIRE CENTER!
