I've had to take bike my bike 3 times to them because it kept doing the same thing after 10 minutes of riding so I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. One day I've decided to give another shop a shot and found Gp Motomax. I can say that I was very pleased they got my bike back on road. The problem being the fuel pump which they suspect upon inspection so they ordered a oem pump which took a while but once they got it they've installed it so fast. What they suspect happened was they just replaced the motor of fuel pump and called it day so by replacing the whole pump properly bike was great again. The crazy part is that total of parts and labor ended up cheaper than what I paid at Motorhelmet. Will definitely come back for more service to get my bike to top tip. They are honest hard working people with very very reasonable price and great communications which is super rare nowadays. I would hate keep this so they won't get too busy but I highly recommend them!

Ivan was very flexible and arrived the same day I requested him to come look at the bike. He then saw the condition was pretty bad and towed the bike in 15 mins. He had to work several days to fix the carburetor, oil and the transmission fluid. He looked at each area of the vehicle and resolved it one by one. He asked me to get the tires/battery shipped out to his shop in Irvine. Overall his patience is commendable considering I just Ignored my vehicle for so many years. The fuel tank was closed shut He worked very hard on it to fix it. The bike is good as new now, its just like old times, having fun riding it on socal roads. Overall, Ivan is very trustable and please do not hesitate to get your ride fixed by him, call him now, I am sure you are in very good hands and very very reasonable shop to get your bike maintained in top notch condition! Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. And then James was an absolute rockstar mechanic and was super helpful and honest about questions I had about service, maintenance and future plans for upgrades and mods ... James found a few loose wires and located the power source issues that were causing issues .. then performed a full inspection and oil service. They use a text and email system for appointments, which makes everything simple and organized. During the job, James even reached out with a question about how I wanted something installed. He sent photos and followed up with a call to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it done--that level of attention is rare. From start to finish, the service was excellent. James and Danielle genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. It's that small-shop, personal experience you just don't get at most dealerships, where you can feel more like a number than a customer. It was a long story. I've been having trouble for quite a long time (2+ years) and needed help locating a tuning issue. It turned out to be a leaking Intake Manifold gasket as well as an intake air sensor glitch. I could have searched this issue for a long long time but Ed and his crew found and fixed it as well as replaced my front tire and did a tune on my Thundermax ECM in just three days.
