I'm really glad to have found such a great local dirtbike specialist. My friend recommended Inside Line to me, and Tim did an excellent job getting my bike dialed in. These guys truly understand enduro bikes and know exactly how to set them up for real-world riding conditions. I initially suggested checking the valve clearances, but Tim advised waiting another 50 hours since the engine hours were still low, saving me some cash--very honest and appreciated. He even caught a critical seal that was pinched during install at the factory that would've caused issues down the road. I could not be happier with the service I received from Inside Line Moto. I purchased a new (to me) Ktm 350 exc-f and was recommend them by the previous owner. I brought the bike in to have routine service / inspections before its first ride. They were honest and fair, providing me with insight on things I didn't need service on that I requested, as well as recommendations for things I may want to think about in the future. While the bike was there, I called and asked if they could install a few additional upgrades. They had the parts in stock and had them installed without any delay. I had such a positive experience (which I can't say is true for most dirt bike mechanics) that I will be bringing all my dirt bikes to them going forward. They have a customer for life! read more

So I took my crf450x in for carb rebuild and fuel system flush when I got bike home I noticed a drip coming off peatcock in closed position , I opened it and could literally feel the grinding of sand and or dirt just functioning the valve and although it wasn't specifically mentioned to be replaced or rebuilt I would've hoped they might have caught that in the extensive fuel system flush , in their defense it wasn't leaking previously but needless to say after spending almost 500 bucks I wasn't too happy working on bike myself changing out peatcock which wasn't a major ordeal but the fact it just came from shop was a little annoying read more

I own 3 KTM's for myself and Sons. These guys are the best you can get. The Knowledge, Honesty and great advice is just second to none. I got sick of the big shops treating us like crap and acting like we owed them something and were lucky they were going to work on our bikes at all. Also makes a huge difference that these guys ride, and ride the same type of riding we do. I'm President f AMA District 37 Dualsport division. I ride a KTM EXC, so does my brother. We use ILM for our bike prep and maintenance. I've never had more thorough work than when I go see Tim at ILM. One of our Dualsport rides is the LA-B-to-V Dualsport, we're literally a hundred miles from the nearest town at times, we can't risk a breakdown or bike issue. What's more to say, these guys know bikes (especially the larger KTM Adventure types) like no other shop I know! I brought them my '07 which had been parked for nearly a year and needed some work (and suspension adjustments) to be back on the road. These guys did a great job, charged a fair price and got me back on the road pretty quick. Will be using them again for future repairs! read more

So I took my ktm in for service after getting it home I noticed several things that bothered me. 1) the fork seals are leaking 2) oil leak 3) coolant leak 4) broken temp switch 5) loose front brake rotor Not only did they 9ver charge me for the service but they neglected to tell me about these important items they didn't even offer me the option to repair or replace the issues or worn parts. So I have no confidence in their repairs or service. It's very hard to find a reputable repair shop now days. I wish there was negative stars read more

My mid-life crises involved getting a barely used 2005 Yamaha TW-200 dual purpose last year and a license to ride it. (BTW - take the class, it's worth it) Not knowing much about the inner-workings of my T-dub, I really appreciate having Matt, Steve, & Tim as my pit crew. I go to them for regular oil changes every 3K miles and the bike feels as if it's brand new again.
