I've had to take bike my bike 3 times to them because it kept doing the same thing after 10 minutes of riding so I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. One day I've decided to give another shop a shot and found Gp Motomax. I can say that I was very pleased they got my bike back on road. The problem being the fuel pump which they suspect upon inspection so they ordered a oem pump which took a while but once they got it they've installed it so fast. What they suspect happened was they just replaced the motor of fuel pump and called it day so by replacing the whole pump properly bike was great again. The crazy part is that total of parts and labor ended up cheaper than what I paid at Motorhelmet. Will definitely come back for more service to get my bike to top tip. They are honest hard working people with very very reasonable price and great communications which is super rare nowadays. I would hate keep this so they won't get too busy but I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. Hopefully, the service department improves, because the rest of the experience and especially the way management responded earned my respect.

Best motorcycle repair shop I have been to; Brian inspected my 2015 FXDWG after I let it sit in my…read moregarage since I bought it. The bike had a gas leak at the quick release valve. After talking with several other Harley repair shops, I was disappointed in the cost they were suggesting it would cost me to get the bike repaired (into the thousands suggesting repairs I didn't need). Brian inspected my motorcycle and took the time to review everything with me as to what should be repaired and what could wait. Brian also suggested a maintenance schedule to check the bike and keep it in good order. Brian changed the complete internal gas tank pump system and fixed the gas leak at the quick release valve. Brian also suggested to change the break fluids and adjusted both the front and back breaks so I would be safe riding. With all the work Brian did fixing the gas leak, changing the break fluids, oil, inspecting the complete bike and set a maintenance schedule for me the bill was surprising reasonable just a couple hundred dollars. Like I said best motorcycle repair shop I have ever been too. Also, I want to say how nice all of Brian's staff was to me and answering all of my questions and helping me get my motorcycle to the shop.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

Not many shops understand these cars since they're rare and complex. Kiet and his worker (Duong?) were able to work on my car without any issues. The price quoted was exactly the price I paid as well. I will definitely be a returning customer. I really hope they maintain this high quality of work, especially on my car, which is very special to me. My car is running so smooth now and shifts better. Thank you very much!

I decided to sign up on yelp to give this shop a 1 star review. I really hate to do this to any small local business but I am super disappointed in the service I have received today. There are multiple motorcycle shops around where I live and I decided to give these guys a shot. I arrived shortly before they opened at 9:45am with 1x mc wheel and 1x brand new tire that was needing a mount and balance. The tech said to leave it and pick it up in an hour, which was already kinda disappointing given that it was only a single tire that needed to be mounted. "Come on guys!" If an automotive tire shop can mount and balance all four tires in 30 to 45mins, they can definitely mount a motorcycle tire in 15mins. I completely understand it's 10am and the workers needed to eat their donuts and drink their coffee before wrenching, so I decided to leave it and come back. The tech mention again before I walked out the door to come back at 11am and it will be done. After running my errands I got back to Motorcycle Tire Center at 2pm. Walking though the door, I noticed my wheel and my tire was still in the same spot where I had left it at 10am! I spoke to the worker with sleeve tats (maybe owner) asking him what's up with my wheel, he said "they didn't have time to get to it". Really dude?! You had it for 4hrs? Ask him nicely can it be done right now cause I really needed it. He said come back in 1hr cause all the workers were at lunch. I decide to grab my wheel and tire drove down to Quickshift in Westminster, they got me in and out 10mins. That's how you provide good customer service!! Fair WARNING to take your hard earned motorcycles elsewhere. The owner, Joe, is very dishonest and not looking in the customers best interests. He has completely ruined the engine in my bike. When reaching out to him with the damages his mechanics have caused, he denied everything and lies right through his teeth. Save yourself, your hard earned money, time, and bike and look to an honest motorcycle shop. This guy will screw your in a minute and not bat his eyes twice. I've seen a few older reviews with similar experiences. Wish I would have looked at those reviews before I trusted a scum ball with my bike and literally my life on the road with an unsafe bike. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! DISHONEST, LIARS, LOOKING TO TAKE ALL YOU GOT! STAY AWAY!!! I'm sure the owner will reply to this review for the sake of the company name, as he does all of them.....BUT, Take a close look and notice, not once does he ever attempt to make things right with any of the poor reviews or bad experiences. I had an outstanding experience with Kahuna Comfort Plumbing! Richard provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my water softener after it blew out. He clearly explained what needed to be repaired before beginning the work, which gave me confidence in the process. I had an exceptional experience at the Motorcycle Tire Center when I needed urgent assistance with my BMW S1000RR. On my way to work last Saturday, I discovered a flat tire and was worried I wouldn't be able to participate in the Veterans Ride on Sunday or Monday. Victor, who assisted me, was incredibly professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in under an hour, all on the same day. She gave me a sticker too i called 4 places and these guys had my brand of oil and my matching tire instock, no one else did and the job was $60 something dollars cheaper than the other quotes. Coming from Yorba Linda for a set of tires on my r3. Great experience all and all. Very helpful guys in there felt like I could ask whatever I wanted without getting an obnoxious answer. Had a slight miss hap on tire sizes that they fixed with no issue at all and got me rolling again. I've had to take bike my bike 3 times to them because it kept doing the same thing after 10 minutes of riding so I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. One day I've decided to give another shop a shot and found Gp Motomax. I can say that I was very pleased they got my bike back on road. The problem being the fuel pump which they suspect upon inspection so they ordered a oem pump which took a while but once they got it they've installed it so fast. What they suspect happened was they just replaced the motor of fuel pump and called it day so by replacing the whole pump properly bike was great again. The crazy part is that total of parts and labor ended up cheaper than what I paid at Motorhelmet. Will definitely come back for more service to get my bike to top tip. They are honest hard working people with very very reasonable price and great communications which is super rare nowadays. I would hate keep this so they won't get too busy but I highly recommend them!

Let me start by saying I like motorhelmets, I've been going here for years for getting maintenance…read moreparts like oil and tires, many gears and I love that they hosts bike meet and group rides. They got good products for good price and are open on weekends. Staff rides too so it's just cool place to be in and they're one of pillars of motoshop near Fullerton. With that being said, I was bummed to find out they are not an great place to take your bike for services more than regular maintenance and let me explain. Last year, my 2009 gsxr started having hesitation issues where bike just doesn't rev up properly. I've been coming here so I called em up and left the bike with them to have it diagnosed. Got called back few days later that it might be an fuel pump and quoted me $1200 for diagnostic, fuel pump parts and labor, and intake boot parts and labor. I was expecting like $3k so I was happy. Dropped off my bike and about week or so later I got a call back that bike is ready. I got there ecstatic and bike felt fine for the 5-10min of riding back home. Next day I took my bike to work and it started doing the same thing. I call them and explained and they were sorry and told me to bring it back in and they'll reservice it free of charge. So I went to drop it off on the way back home and as I was almost at the shop bike started getting worse and almost became undrivable but thankfully I made it. Explain the situation and left the bike there and few days later I got a call that bike is ready, I picked it up and on the ride back home it started doing the same thing. I immediately went back and did the same thing all over again. About another few days later I got a call and I went to pick it up, and on the ride back home nothing really changed. At that point I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. Until I decided I'll take it to another shop called GP Motomax. They took the bike in and did diagnose and told me it's most likely the fuel pump so they ordered the oem pump which I paid in advance for parts. It took little over a week and when it got there they installed it quick and that solved everything. The tech told me that upon inspection he came to conclusion that tech at Motorhelmet only replaced the motor of fuel pump with aftermarket motor, which explains why bike is good at time of pick up and immediately goes bad after riding for a bit. I absolutely ripped the bike on the way home and I was very pleased that they were able to fix the bike but was also mad that I had to pay $1200 for nothing. So if you just wants oil change, or swapping chains, tires, come to Motorhelmets. They got good price on tire installation and good tire selection in stock. However, if your bike need something fixed like my bike, I would go to go Motomax.

I love that this place opens on Saturdays, but it's first come first serve only. They do take appointments during the weekdays for bigger fixes on the bike and they are often booked out for a month or more. Labor isn't cheap, and it's comparable to other shops. He did a very thorough check and recommended a rear brake fluid change. I did that and mentioned that the bike had a hard time starting when cold. Then the owner just happened to come in when he was about to take it for a test ride. Luckily, the bike had a hard time starting. The owner said the carburetor needed to be cleaned in order to fix the hard start issue. I had them do the work and it has started easily ever since. I highly recommend Mach 1 motorcycles. Very knowledgeable about older bikes. I will be back for all my future motorcycle needs. Thanks guys.

Family member had health, ok cool, we understand. But to leave like this with no real answers or a rideable bike. Sad. This place sux. Even at the very end the owner couldn't tell us wut was done. Brakes done? Well we decided not to do them because the bike wasn't gone be ridden... the minute later, yeah the brakes and tires were done. I wudn't recommend this place to an enemy. We went in thinking we were dealing with a reputable place and with a man that had some dignity... nope. Anyway... don't go here.
