I got tires for my rebel 1100. They were cheaper than the dealer, and the tires were much better. The dealer was going to charge over $400 in labor. This place charged $150 in labor. I wrote a review June 3. I'm still dealing with issues with Motorcycle Tire Center. Since my last review I've meet with the owner (Dave) and mechanic (Victor). Victor denied knowing about the missing parts, disconnected wires or cut parts/lines. Dave stated he trust his mechanic, maybe I cut the parts/lines. I purchased a new battery and took my Harley to the Dealer August 12, I received a call a couple hours later informing me my motorcycle was ready for pick up. the only issue other than the cut/removed parts was the ECM wasn't completely plugged in. I called and and emailed Dave August 13. I haven't received a response to either my call or emailed. read more

I've become a repeat customer here for many reasons, but there are a few that stand out well above. Good help is hard to find, and these guys have proven to be masters of the art form, I trust them with all of my portfolio. They have built my customer Turbo Harley Porsche Night Rod from the ground up, and improvised at every obstacle to create an amazing machine. They also installed the 330mm wide tire on this bike and it's always admired at every supercar or motorcycle event. Next they built my Naturally Aspirated Harley Night Rod Porsche, improvising with the ape hangers, rear view mirrors and heat shrinking around all cables and wires to creatively create a show quality product. They have also implemented wireless phone, charging holders, strategically. Next up, they will be applying their master craftsmanship to install digital temperature sensors, reading the oil and water temperatures across both my Harley bikes, especially the turbo bike. Victor and his right hand man, Josh, installed a new battery and tightened up my rat nest wiring underneath my Saddleman heated seat. Victor also corrected a short I had in my Baja Design RTL white "Back Off " lights! All this was done one hour ahead of the tentative pickup time! It was a pleasure to wait in the customer lounge area with HD Stream TV, comfortable leather lounge sofas and complimentary cold drinks! Truly amazing customer service. My Triumph Speedtwin needed a rear tire and I called around and their pricing was the most competitive. I spoke to Victor who was super knowledgeable about tires and told me that the normal tire wear is about 4-5000 miles, so it's not just me riding around like a newbie and running stop light to stop light. We spoke on a Wednesday afternoon and he said the tires may come in, in the next few days. I had told him that my motorcycle was my only transport and he acknowledged my urgency. Like a miracle, he called on Thursday at noon and said, "Your tire is available, and you can take it in." Their tire pricing is substantially lower than other places by a large margin, but more than that, the customer service here is unparallel. These guys are honest and do amazing work. I had my tires on my Harley changed out, and brakes changed. I got a nail stuck in my new back tire, and they patched it from the inside. I asked other bike shops and they all said they would only replace the tire. The waiting room offers soda, water and chips. Tire installs are easy and seamless here! They'll answer all your questions, like the ones I had for the first time changing out my tires.

I converted my KTM 690 Enduro into a supermoto (Pirelli Diablo Rosso 4 tires, 17" Warp9 wheels, aftermarket fork guards and Warp9 shorty kickstand). It took about an hour and a half. Victor is a really nice guy and is very knowledgeable. Prices aren't bad either compared to other motorcycle shops. He even went over all of the bolts on my dirt bike to make sure they were all tight and marked them. Free drinks and snacks, two tv's and cold a/c in the waiting area. Long overdue review, but I brought my 2020 Yamaha R6 here a few weeks ago for some maintenance, I got my tires changed here as well to Pirelli Diablo Rosso III's. Victor's service here is fast and amazing! He is very knowledgeable of bikes and you will feel at ease knowing that your bike will be in care of capable hands. Being a newer rider there are a lot of things I don't know about bikes and always learning, he gives wonderful advice to help along with it. It is first come first serve so either you set an appointment or be there really early, but either way the wait won't be too long to get you back riding. While riding my bike to work I picked up a nail and had a slow leak. I plugged it but wanted to get that tire replaced. I dropped by Motorcycle Tire Center and the guys got me a new rear tire and installed it pretty quick. They had a nice sitting area with some drinks and snacks to kill the time. While they replaced my tire, they helped adjust my clutch which was set too lose. I didn't realize it until they told me and I rode the bike. Super grateful for them catching that! They charged $105 for 15minutes work to put two tires on some rims and they didn't need to be balanced. When the minimum shop rate for 30mins is $75. Felt ripped off. read more

I visit here today, for my street bob Harley , rear tire replacement. Walked in without any schedule. They replaced one tire in only 1.5 hour on Saturday. Also the technician personally came out and talked to me about future maintenance plan. Not only that, they also had a reasonable price. One other thing there was a waiting room with a clean sofa chair, bunch of snacks and a big drink refrigerator full of Many different kind of drinks.
