I've had to take bike my bike 3 times to them because it kept doing the same thing after 10 minutes of riding so I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. One day I've decided to give another shop a shot and found Gp Motomax. I can say that I was very pleased they got my bike back on road. The problem being the fuel pump which they suspect upon inspection so they ordered a oem pump which took a while but once they got it they've installed it so fast. What they suspect happened was they just replaced the motor of fuel pump and called it day so by replacing the whole pump properly bike was great again. The crazy part is that total of parts and labor ended up cheaper than what I paid at Motorhelmet. Will definitely come back for more service to get my bike to top tip. They are honest hard working people with very very reasonable price and great communications which is super rare nowadays. I would hate keep this so they won't get too busy but I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. Hopefully, the service department improves, because the rest of the experience and especially the way management responded earned my respect.

I was told by the mechanic (Victor) the issue was multiple things. I then was told the ECM could could be the issue. I was told to have my motorcycle towed to my house while waiting for the part to arrive. When the part arrived, I called and spoke with Luke again. I asked to speak with Victor, instead of Victor coming to the phone, he relayed messages through Luke, who knew nothing. I checked my bike for any missing parts before returning to MTC. I found a cross threaded seat bolt, 3 missing batwing bolts, missing battery, and the new thottle by wire part Victor had me purchase was missing. When I got back to MTC Victor had to search for the parts among a collection of pieces & parts. He gave me what he thought might be my parts. I was told he couldn't find my battery, but tried to sell me a new one. I now have my motorcycle in worst condition than before taking it to MOTORCYCLE TIRE CENTER!

Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

Maybe those were older reviews. I think Project Import has grown a lot since then. Kiet shared a lot of information about my Lancer Evolution. Not many shops understand these cars since they're rare and complex. Kiet and his worker (Duong?) were able to work on my car without any issues. The price quoted was exactly the price I paid as well. I will definitely be a returning customer. I really hope they maintain this high quality of work, especially on my car, which is very special to me. My car is running so smooth now and shifts better. Thank you very much!

I live in Australia and have done done business with Devin and Mike for some time. I have purchased numerous bikes from them, had them repaired and customized. I have never had any bad issues with Freedom cycles and I totally recommend them to any motor cycle enthusiast. Stopped by Freedom Cycles today to check out a rare switchblade Harley. Devin has some gems here and his shop is top notch. Still contemplating the bike as it's a nice little investment. Dont ever go to these guys, what ripoff artists these guys are, they hold you bike hostage for payments for things they did to your bike without ever gettting your permission to do in the first place........... lawsuit time!!! I saved money, didn't have to ride almost 30 miles away, and got to support a small local business instead of a mega dealer. Plus they're less than a mile away from my work. No brainer. I dropped off my bike around 10:30 this morning and was ready about an hour later since there was a lift available. When I got back, Johnathan gave me a rundown of what was done to my bike and adjustments he had made. Thankfully nothing was out of the ordinary which one should expect with a new bike! Johnathan and Alex were both friendly and professional which I'm thankful for. Much respect to them for that. In my experience, certain hobbies tend to have toxic gatekeeper types. I feel like motorcycling is one of those hobbies. It's intimidating to be new, especially when you're just starting out and eager to learn. If and when I need service or an advanced repair that's out of my skillset, I will 100% be going back because I know my bike will be in good hands.

He did a very thorough check and recommended a rear brake fluid change. I did that and mentioned that the bike had a hard time starting when cold. Then the owner just happened to come in when he was about to take it for a test ride. Luckily, the bike had a hard time starting. The owner said the carburetor needed to be cleaned in order to fix the hard start issue. I had them do the work and it has started easily ever since. I highly recommend Mach 1 motorcycles.
