I've been bringing my motorcycles to Klass Cycles for over 7 years. Cam is an honest and hard-working mechanic. He's very knowledgeable and always tries to help me even when the shop is extremely busy. Klass Cycles is super friendly and never tries to overcharge on any service.

KLASS CYCLES did a complete upgrade on my bike. Cam did a 107 kit on my 2013 Street glide that was amazing and did cams and tune on my road glide. That was also amazing engine work. He also did more work than I can remember Upgrading my suspension, handlebars, brakes, wheels tires he even added CarPlay to my bike stock stereo. He can work on any bike, but he specializes on Harleys and dealing with him and his wife. Erin is easy and they always are fair and friendly with their customers.

I read positive reviews about this shop, so I took my 1996 Dyna Glide (I purchased new) into Klass Cycles last year on 5/5/2020 to check on an oil light. Cam told me the oil pump gears needed to be replaced and because of the age of the bike an overhaul was recommended, I agreed and we added some higher performance parts (oil pump, pistons, valves etc). $4,384.25 and 92 days later I picked up the bike on 8/5/2021, the work took twice as long as the six-week estimate I was originally given. On 3/25/2021, seven months and 2,000 miles later, the oil light came on for a second time and the bike was taken back to Klass Cycles. Cam confirmed that there was no oil pressure and the pump, cam and push-rods were disassembled a second time. I won't bore you with the excuses but cases of beer, whisky and even flowers for the front office can't motivate this guy, I tried. After a second summer without my ride I was told "it's not my problem". Now 98 days into the second repair of the failed overhaul (190 days total in his shop) it was obvious that Cam had no intention of repairing the damage, so I picked up the roller with all disassembled parts in a box. Our agreement was to get another 5 years or 50K miles out of the bike (not in writing), I had taken great care of it and was told it was doable, we shook hands and he took my money. The Harley mechanics I talk to since are reluctant to get involved after assessing the damage. The difference between my roller and those in his boneyard is that mine is now in my garage being sold for parts. I've sent letters to his shop and also reached out to the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau, not only does Klass Cycle not respond, they are not affiliated or members of either. If you do business with Klass Cycles take notes and keep records, if you have an experience like mine, your only recourse may be litigation.

Cam will take good care of your bike, chopper, vintage, you name it.

Great independent shop. Got a 3 hole oil change today w/ fuel filter. Same day service, which is nice cuz most shops are slammed right now. Thanks Cam.

I finally stopped in to meet the owner, James, and right away I could tell this place was different. He took the time to come out, look over my bike with me, talk through what I wanted, and get everything scheduled without any pressure. One thing that really stood out was their communication. They use a text and email system for appointments, which makes everything simple and organized. During the job, James even reached out with a question about how I wanted something installed. He sent photos and followed up with a call to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it done--that level of attention is rare. From start to finish, the service was excellent. James and Danielle genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. It's that small-shop, personal experience you just don't get at most dealerships, where you can feel more like a number than a customer. They completed the work on time, the pricing was fair, and the quality was top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending 5K Oil to friends who want their bikes handled the right way.

I managed to get the bike running again, but something just didn't feel right. Riding on two wheels is challenging enough without second-guessing your bike, so I decided it was time to call in the pros at 5K. James responded right away and couldn't have been more friendly. When I arrived, Danielle greeted me like we'd known each other for years, and James diagnosed the issue almost instantly just by looking at the bike. It turns out Brian discovered something far more serious--a bolt from the carburetor had fallen into the piston cylinder of the forward jug, which is what seized up my engine. Thankfully, Brian not only found the problem, but because of his respected relationship with the company that had previously done the top-end work and carburetor calibration, he was able to show them their mistake. As a result, the repairs were covered under warranty. I'll save the details of who did that earlier work for another time--but I do want to say this: in an industry where not everyone always operates with honesty and integrity, Moonshine Industries is the real deal. They are professional, trustworthy, and the best at what they do. From here on out, Brian and his team will get all of my repair work, and I'll be recommending them to all of my riding friends and contacts. Brian, I truly hope this post helps bring more clients your way--because our community needs more people like you. Thank you, Brian, and thank you, Moonshine Industries.
