Cam and the guys at Klass Cycles are great. They saved my 94 Softail from becoming a trade in. The bike looks great and tends to generate interest at events but I was never overly comfortable riding it. There was just an odd feeling about the bike since I bought it 10 years ago. I took it in for a new rear tire and a broken suspension bolt that would require the aftermarket swingarm to be removed. Cam replaced the tire and calls me to say the chromed rear swing arm was the wrong one for my bike and that it wasn't adjustable enough to align the wheels correctly (oh and that he had it machined down already and it was fixed now). Fantastic by me. Plus during his test ride he felt it had a carb issue because it seemed sluggish. Cam had already broke down the carb to discover the diaphragm for excellerator pump was torn. Needless to say the bike still looks greet but it rides better than ever. It's noticeably faster and I'm keeping it. For years I would bitch to my riding buddy's about the bike and was told, "That's just how an old Harley is man". Not the case it just takes a guy in the know to recognize issues and act on them to make a customer happy. Cam is that guy. A+ read more

I have also sent friends to them and they are equally satisfied. The front office is friendly and knowledgeable, the mechanics are experienced and HONEST! If you are difficult, ignorant, cheap, and on drugs, they will still work with you. Try that shit at dealer or other independent shops. I've been struggling to find an honest shop to work on my motorcycle. After having work performed by Harley and several other OC shops that all were a huge let down to say the least. Issues started to arise after getting service done by the dealer and other shops claiming Harley didn't even perform the maintenance they claimed I paid for. It was frustrating and costly. When I showed up to Klass however, Cameron greeted me and was top notch with his customer service. He made me feel welcomed and broke down that feeling of dread when dropping off my bike with a shop that could potentially screw me in the end. I was getting tires installed and explained to Cam my experiences lately and he offered to check my bike out. It's my daily commuter and I wanted to be sure everything was good as I didn't have the confidence from any of the previous shops. Not only did Cam give my bike a thorough inspection he also found that my ABS sensor wire had been torn which Harley claimed was not the problem. Harley stated $1400 to fix my ABS! Cam looked up the pet for me and I ordered it. Less than $100! Wow! Cam and the rest of the team put class in Klass! Thank you Cam for making me a lifelong customer! Look no further for your next and last Cycle Mechanic. One trip to Klass Cycles will win your business for the life of your bike. When I called them up, they said bring it down and we will fix it while you wait, and they did. They know bikes, will tell you what you need and when and give it to you at a fair price. I was never happier to hand over $100 bucks for less then an hour spend shooting the shit while they got me back on the road. I am sure bigger jobs take longer, today I was just in for a chain slider and they hooked me up with a good deal on a new chain at the same time after they tested the old one on the new slider and showed me the old one wasn't going to do it anymore. Anyway we talked about what I am going to need next, and I will most definitely be bringing My Honda back to these Harley guys. I would give them 6 stars if I could. This is what a bike shop should be, guys that like bikes not hungry or hard up to take ya for everything you got. Went today to have my old front wheel replaced with a new wheel. First thing when I stepped into view I was greeted with a friendly hello and attended right away. I was in a hurry to get back on the road and I asked if I could leave them with the wheels until I returned they said ok no question asked. Came back and they went ahead and added the valve stem that was missing from the new wheel. No damage to the new wheel every thing was as it should be. My R6 needed new chain, front tire, throttle assembly assembled, engine mount bolt, and spools installed. I brought them the parts and only paid for labor.
