Jen is amazing! She walked me through all of the helmets and I found the perfect one :) Very knowledgeable on different types and fits. I also got great gloves and comfortable boots! Recommend this place 100% will be back. Thank you! read more

I've had a great experience here at this shop. The workers are friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to the products and services they provide. I've gotten two services from them. First time was to get the fork seals fixed off a used bike I purchased in April 2019 and a minor service done in summer of 2020. Can't say that they're a great or bad deal cause this is the only shop I've gone to, but they do their work well and I would recommend them to others if they don't have the know-how like me to service your bike. Thank you again! I will be coming back in the future for some tires most likely! read more

I strongly believe that this is the best motorcycle gear & accessories place in LA. From the customer service, support, to their inventory, location, everything. They have a TON of helmets for sale ranging from the best and most safest brands out there. All types of brands and color ways and sizes. They also have gloves, jackets, just everything in general. I really like this place and highly recommend them! 100% great people and all! read more

Alex was such a huge help! He helped me find the best deal for my budget. I got my tire, oil, and chain serviced with them. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for the best prices and services! Thank you! read more

I brought my bike here to have a new ignition installed and electrical harness rewired (someone tried to steal my bike ) all that work was done perfectly no issue ! While the bike was in their possession I was informed by Ruben the shop owner that there was a recall on my bike ! He said the steering stem bearings were recalled so he had replaced them free of charge ! Well when I came to pick my bike up after the work was complete I tried to leave with my bike and immediately noticed as I drove away a very unusual swerve in the bikes handling it was swerving left and right without any input from me! I DID NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE BEFORE MY BIKE WAS LEFT WITH THEM !! I turned right around and brought the bike back to them to check it out I was repeatedly told that they checked every possible thing and could not figure out the issue ! After that I had no choice but to take it elsewhere for a second opinion Del amo Motorsports quickly diagnosed the problem as being the steering stem bearings out of torque specs and was causing excessive wear of them ! I was charged around 550 dollars to fix this issue that was caused by motorhelmets ! I later found out there are no outstanding recalls on my vin ! I have no idea where the owner Ruben got this idea from ! I googled my vin through Kawasaki.com and sure enough there ARE NO RECALLS ON MY VIN NUMBER ! I have no idea why Ruben would lie about this and make his mechanic do unnecessary work on my bike ! At the end of the story I feel like I got robbed by motorhelmets and was lied to ! I CAN NO LONGER BRING MY BIKE HERE WITH CONFIDENCE!!!!! Please look elsewhere I don't think you can trust the owner or his mechanics to do a competent or honest job on your vehicle ! read more

In a world of cutthroat people looking to make something of themselves by stepping on each other, Motorhelmets proves there is a better way. I've shopped here before but this time was different. I just brought a friend to the store for the first time and looked for some riding boots in which Matt educated me thoroughly on different styles, safety and performance. I couldn't go home because my battery had died on my bike so Nino and Matt jumped into mechanic mode and helped me with a few tools to help me swap the battery after trying to jumpstart me in the parking lot. Matt is truly skilled in educating and connecting with each customer and Nino has a heart of gold willing to help in anyway. Want an amazing experience? Go into Motorhelmets and experience their world, because it's our world too. read more

The best place to go for dirt bike gear! I came here for a pair of boots for my fiancé for his birthday and Jenny was super helpful and wonderful helping us out with the boots! She gave us a really good deal. I couldn't recommend this place more! The boots fit him perfectly btw (Jenny if you see this)! read more

Ordered a helmet from them. Received absolutely no communication, even after emailing twice for a status update. After a week, they cancelled the order with again, no communication. If you do not have a product in stock, remove it from your website. Or at least let the customer know in a reasonable amount of time. A week is not reasonable in this day and age. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

Motorhelmets is by far the best place to get your work done at. Hands down best selection of gear around. Been going to Motorhelmets for the last 4 years and love the low prices and staff. Mechanic always tries to return the bike in quickest fashion. Ruben is by far the best representative at that shop to speak to, if you want something quick, with a low cost, Motorhelmets is the place to get it at. read more

Customer service (Alex) was professional, understanding, rapid response time. Properly run motorcycle shop if you ask me.

Just got my bike done Great work as always. Big thanks to my mechanic drew and motor helmets for providing great service.

Motorhelmets staff our experts are providing great customer service! Last week I brought my cbr1000rr Repsol in to have the tires replaced I went with the Pirelli Angel GT line as per the recommendation of the staff I've used the product before but I was interested in using a different brand name but when they gave me the pros and cons and then a killer price on the tires mounted and balanced on my bike on a busy Saturday afternoon I couldn't beat the deal. I've dealt with Ruben and his staff for many years and I trust their service their pricing is great they have great events everybody that I have referred down there has been treated exceptionally well. If you're new to the motorcycle world or are you been riding a long time your motorcycle enthusiasts whether it be dirt riding or straight riding this is the place to go to if they don't have in stock they can order it and get it in. read more

These guys have been absolutely amazing. Awesome service, perfect communication, and the prices are unreal sometimes. Great selection of gear for road and dirt, parts not so much but everything I ordered came very quick and they called literally as it arrived. Had a repair done, it was done hours early, perfect work, and even received text message communication. The website is a little outdated, I think I would spend 2x as much there if the site had more going on and parts to browse. read more

I had 2 new Dunlop RoadSmart 4 tires put on my R1200RT today. Not only did I get a great price, but the on bike service with balancing was fast and efficient. They beat the dealer prices and the other bike tie houses in this area. read more

Unfortunately the manufacturer I had contacted for a group buy no longer does group buys so I was put in contact with Ruben. Initial pricing was more than fair. Ruben was quick to respond to my emails and was able to answer any questions I had. A better price had later come along through another vendor a friend recommended. The other vendor is located about an hour farther than Motorhelmets so naturally I emailed Ruben to see if he could price match. Without hesitation, price was matched. I had then began the collection process from all parties interested in participating in the group buy. Sure enough, people started dropping like flies. I kindly emailed Ruben to let him know the situation and told him that we would have to back out of the group buy. He understood, said thanks and moved on. About a week later, I managed to find the amount of people needed for our group buy and emailed Ruben again, asking if the price would still be honored and if the items were in stock. He quickly responded and told me our agreed upon price would be honored and had the items in stock. Stopped in today, paid exactly what we discussed, got all items promised. Not 1 hiccup on his end at all. Ruben and Motorhelmets is definitely on my top list of shops to check with for all future purchases! read more

Pretty legit spot they mostly have everything you possibly need as well as repairs. Me and my group come here from chain lube to fender fairings even helmets. Prices are fair you pay for what you get for. The last few times I came here they have given me 15% off which is pretty cool. Stuff like that keeps me coming back. read more

Always my go to place for tire needs. I been coming here for quite some time now and I love the deals they have here. Unfortunately, it is a hit or miss depending who you deal with so it's not consistent. Usually I would come to Ruben and everyone knows Ruben. Recently, I had the pleasure to deal with Matt regarding a rear tire for my CBR. He quoted me OTD price and it was definitely a bargain. Came in and Matt was busy and some other guy helped me.. it was more than quoted until Matt was free and overhead the conversation then I was about to get the price I was given. Regardless of this, you will still find great deals installed here. I will be back for that front tire! read more

First of all, the prices here are the best anywhere I've found. Tires I wanted were about $80 less expensive here than anywhere else. Also, tires were installed on my bike, for free and on the same day. Really just exceeded expectations in all categories. Can't recommend them highly enough. I'll definitely be returning to this place for motorcycle parts and service in the future. read more

I cannot say enough about this place, except they are a hidden gem. I went in to check out some gear, and left an hour later with a new sprocket set and chain. The manager xame out to my bike and spent 30 minutes talking to me about the things i have to fix right now, and the things i can afford to wait on. I might add, they can usually get a bike in right away. Everyone in the store is helpful and enthusiastic about 2 and 4 wheel vehicles. I know that i will be doing all my bike maintenance there from now on. read more

Very vast service came in to get my tire mounted 15 min later they called that my tire was ready. Good customer service very friendly people working there read more

I ordered a sprockets kit for my bike and they call me 3 days later saying it's not available. They gave me a discount on the kit because of the confusion so in that aspect the customer service is ok for the most part but the service department is soooooooo slow. I was told an hour and half for a chain and sprockets replacement along with my rear tire. It's been 3 hours. They said, "Unfortunately I can't rush the mechanic." What type of answer is that to a customer? Why even give a time? This is truly unacceptable. I won't be coming back. The store manager comes out as I'm leaving to apologize in person and says to me there was a miscommunication on the service manager's part and the mechanic was pulled off my bike to work on some tires. I was told several times prior when I ordered the parts that it would be first come, first serve which was understandable so I came in right when the shop opened. I arrived at 10:05 and I pulled my bike in the back a few minutes after I arrived to get it started. I waited the whole time there waiting for my bike. I asked how much longer after the 2 hour mark hit, they told me a few more minutes. I left there at 1:30. I appreciate the apology in person but it doesn't change the fact that the manager saw me walking around the store and asking the other employee how much longer. This is unfortunately how shops go down. 1 customer at a time. read more

I always get the best customer service when coming to Motorhelmets. Alex is great about calling me when parts arrive and is always willing to help when I need something. Great customer service and straight forward quotes for service and parts. Got an out the door quote over the phone on tires and install and stopped into the shop on a Friday evening. There weren't any "surprise" additional costs or fees brought up. Out the door price was exactly what I was quoted. They took my bike in and I was back on the road with a new set of Michelin Road 5's in a little under 1 hour. I highly recommend riders to give Motorhelmets a visit. They have a broad selection of street and off road gear, excellent customer service, and a great service team. Keep up the awesome service Motorhelmets! read more

It was refreshing chatting with knowledgeable staff, Matt and Ruben. Thanks for helping me get my gear squared away. I'll be back for more. read more

Kept hearing about this place from all the different Grom squads out there, So I happened to be in the area this week and since I live far from Fullerton I had to take advantage of the opportunity to scope out the shop. Two things you should know, they have a service department with a nicely furnished gear/merchandise shop connected to one another; and a very generous parking lot (so if you have a 1996 lifted bronco or a BMW M3 G80 DONT worry, you'll have ample space to park your baby). I have a list of things I've been needing from bike parts, to new summer riding gloves. They have everything and if something is not in stock they can always order it for you. Personally for me, I know what I want and am not willing to settle; so due to that and the mixture of quarantine having everyone out riding more (plus summer is basically here) they were low on the things I was looking for specially (like the color & my size). However! I was blessed to have walked away with a lovely AGV X3000 In my desired color and size, I apologize to the young gentleman that assisted me I forgot your name but he gave me a delicious discount that helped me seal the deal. Cheers! read more
