I attempted to book a spot online. When I never received a confirmation I called the shop on Tuesdaty. I was told they were short staffed, but the guy on the phone confirmed me for 10am on Sunday. I asked him to make sure there would be a lift available since I was coming a distance. He said there was plenty of room. Fast forward to Sunday. I show up at 10:00 and no one is there. The place looks like it went out of business by the looks of the grounds. Weeds growing out of the pavement, random trash and debris all over the place. However, I decided to give him a chance and wait to see if maybe he's a few minutes late. When he doesn't appear by 10:30 I call, no answer. I call again at 10:45, once again no answer. At 11:15 I give up and head home. At 12:15 he finally calls back because he just got to the garage and tells me I can come back. I let him know I'm already on my way home and to far to come back. This is a classic example of a great idea run by someone who is to lazy to actually run a business.

I called Justin's Motorcycles and he told me to just come by and he'd take care of the brake lever free of charge. That honestly caught me off guard. I still wanted to pay him something, so he gave me a very fair, reasonable price for installing the new grips instead. Super friendly, approachable, and no pressure at all. You can tell he actually cares about riders and isn't trying to nickel-and-dime people. I'll definitely be coming back here for future services. Highly recommend.

I'm a bit sad that I didn't come here first as I made a few other non refundable purchases with a store that wasn't as friendly. I was asked if I wanted to drive to another county, with no guarantee their machine was working. I ended up returning the tires I bought online because of this. Customer service hasn't contacted me, and I'm disappointed by the lack of transparency and effort to help. Cycle Gear needs to improve communication and make it easier for customers to get the service they're promised.
