They never sent a second wheel and couldn't provide any tracking info. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.

Bro's KPIs and metrics must be SOLID this month to let a sale walk out at the last day of the month. This was my second time at Bert's and both experiences were awesome. Lots of toys to look at, awesome pricing, and more importantly, excellent and friendly service the moment you walk in. Good ol' phonslap said there should have been 2 packages and then puts me on hold to "find out" what happened. Slap gets back on the line and said when we ordered, that parts were out of stock but are now on site and will go out that evening (Thursday). I ask if I can get a tracking number when they are shipped and slap said to call back in the morning, someone will certainly be here at 8am. Call the next day and of course nobody picks up the entire day. They have also not to responded my emails. So, here we are, a week AFTER initial "shipment" of my components and delivery of a very expensive sticker. Still no hard parts or communication from them. Ghosted.
