For this service, another shop quoted me $350 and the dealership was about $900, this shop charged me $220. It only took about an hour. Because I was so late on this service, the mechanic informed me of potential issues I could run into. I've put over 300 miles on my car since the service and have no issues. I really appreciated the honesty and the speedy work. I'll be a returning customer when it's time for other services for my car.

They broke their huddle when they saw me. One of the sale advisors approached me and greeted me. He asked me what I was looking for. I gave him details and stated I am only here to browse to get some ideas on pricing and brand. He said, fare enough and to let him know if I needed help to get him. I respected that gesture of sales. Walked around and another service advisors by the name of Jessica Cisneros. She was cool. I told her the same thing. Continue to walk around and another sales advisors approached me. Her name was Gigi. She was cool peeps. We chopped it up for a bit regarding interest of bike model and pricing. I told her the same thing. Overall, this place has nice professional people working here to help you with your needs and wants. The character of each individual that approached me demonstrated professional customer service. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my Harley in to get repaired. It worked for a week before giving out so I took it back. Once I took it back the owner Michael was rude and sarcastic. He told me it would be an easy fix and I have to come back to pick it up the same day. Fast forward TWO months and I've consistently asked for an update every week. They could not give me a straight answer. I decided to pull my bike from the shop, then all of a sudden they have the tools to fix the bike. I still kept my decision to pull my bike from their shop and when I do they tell me I did not give them a key to the bike. (Which I did) I had to call them again to get the keys to my bike and they gave me my bike in worse condition I gave it to them. Find another shop. Not worth your time.

They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!
