nicely cleaned up and starts with no problem now- thank you la superbikes

So glad I found this shop that is not only convenient but does great service, has fair cost, and they do extra for you as well. Marius did an excellent job with my bike- she starts right up, smooth like butter! He sent me pics of what he did - drop off and pick up was easy. If you're on the westside or even if you are not, this place is worth it.

Marius is super knowledgeable, professional, and was a great communicator thru the process of getting my scooter tuned up. Would highly recommend to anyone needing motorbike/scooter repair :)

Had a great experience with Marius fixing my Vespa. The work was perfect. And the price was extremely fair. This is the shop to go to.

Pricing is reasonable and seems to have tremendous expertise. I brought in a bmw R9T that needed tires changed.

Marius gave me a fair price, and at every step of the way sent me pictures to show what work was being done.

The first…read moreemployee who helped me was a gentlemen who tested my battery but was more concerned about being off than finishing helping me. He also struggled finding my warranty. He abruptly left me at the counter without giving me instructions on what to do next. The second employee who helped me was a younger guy, he was super helpful I can't remember his name I apologize, but he was UNI alumni. Anyways he was super helpful and gave me pointers on taking my battery out, if it wasn't for him - I would've had a terrible day. Thanks again brotha!

When I arrived I asked if they could test my battery and they (Manny & Dolby) told me no sorry. With a super long pause I was like what do you mean no? They sed that both battery testers were dead and needed to charge it would be about an hour. I told him my car won't start I had to jump it to get here, and then he suggested I go to the next store closest to get it checked. That would have been nice but again I stated my car won't start. So I figured I'd just get another battery, he sed ok and I asked if someone could help me put it in. Again he was like sorry no... long pause and just stared at me I was like no one can help me ?? He sed I have a back injury, (which ok I get it you don't wanna make it worse) but Dolby whose standing right next to him staring at her phone trying to ignore me. I asked again so no one here can help me?! Manny turned to look at her and she still stood there staring at her phone could care less that I was asking. I was about to walk out and she finally was like let's go look at your car. She brought the wrong tools and then began saying the bolts were rusted and would need to be cut. I'm sorry but I got the nuts off earlier befor I arrived so they were already loose and maybe if you brought the right tools with you- I'm just appalled at the SHITTY service here attitude and communication! I usually have very pleasant experiences here but today was not the day. If you don't want to help customers get out of customer service!

I met Tyler over at Hollywood Electrics when he was working on my new (back then) 2018 Zero DSR…read more That bike has about 60k miles on it now...and that's a credit to him! He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

I've known Tyler from Hollywood Electrics days and followed him to two other locations to work on…read moremy bike. In the last couple of months, the battery cells on my Zero motorcycle became too unbalanced and Tyler said he had a healthy (used) battery he was looking to sell. The front wheel of my Zero had also been making noises, so I refrained from riding it for several months while I proactively saved pennies on the dollar to afford to replace the battery and fix the front wheel. I do not own any other vehicle except this motorcycle. I finally took it in to Tyler and explicitly told him to look at the front wheel. He said it was "probably just age". I paid $400 up front so he could buy a part to retrofit the used battery to my bike model and an additional $2300 for the battery & labor. While picking up the bike, he made no mention of the front wheel. Exactly two weeks later with minimal rides, the front wheel gave out while on the freeway. Turns out the bearings needed to be replaced and had Tyler looked closely at the front wheel instead of just a standard test ride (which would have been done regardless), the problem would have been resolved before it got worse. In fact, he tried to justify his expertise by stating that I had only requested a bearings replacement on the rear wheel several months before. The front wheel got severely damaged from worn out bearings and front wheels are not available except on the used market. Luckily I did not get hurt. I'm out $2700 and my bike is effectively only good for parts or the scrapyard. While Tyler had allowed my bike to stay at his shop awaiting a potential replacement wheel, he would have charged $200 to transport it back to me, in addition to the $160 I paid AAA to tow it to him, so I'd be out an additional $360, over $3000 total. I trusted Tyler's expertise and now I have no motorcycle. He's been reliable in the past but this negligence & lack of properly diagnosing the issue was not only disappointing but he has shown zero accountability and would not recommend him or Motor Werks.
