When I arrived, a very rude employee -- whether he was the service manager or not, I couldn't tell -- refused to accept the motorcycle for service despite the appointment they had already given me. His reason was that he did not want to work on the motorcycle because it had previously been repaired by someone else. All they had to do was connect the bike to a diagnostic computer and check what was causing the problem. Instead, they treated us as if we were being thrown out of the service department and made us feel completely unwelcome. I genuinely cannot understand the logic behind this. If a motorcycle has ever been worked on by another mechanic, this dealership refuses to even look at it? What kind of reasoning is that? How does that make any sense?

He's honestly more than a mechanic. He's a trusted motorcycle advisor. Marius has maintained both my 2022 KTM Duke 390 and my 2024 Honda CB1000R Black Edition, and I've trusted him with just about every aspect of their upkeep. On the way home, the Vespa stopped working while I was on the freeway. I pulled off to the side, decided to get the Vespa off the road, and began my research. What I did not want to do was to go to Vespa and pay ridiculous amounts of money to have it looked at. As a new resident of the Santa Clarita area, AdvMoto Tech came up on my Google search. I reached out and Ryan was more than willing to look at it. In less than a week, I got the Vespa back, running in great condition, and as everyone else has mentioned in their reviews, at a very reasonable price. Ryan is very accommodating, well-spoken (you don't hear that a lot these days), and honest and straight-forward. Now it may be partially my fault in that I did not check this at the time, but really . . what kind of a business or person is it that does not look after it's customers safety any better than this just to make a few extra bucks? Shameful.
