    New tail lights installed

Moses has a very busy schedule and made time for installing new turn indicators on the front and back. He cut and extended, new plugs and sauldered. I am very satisfied with the work he did.

Broken tab on the fairing and not put together correctly

This place has been a nightmare . I took my cbr1000 to get the valves adjusted . We had agreed prior to drop it off Friday so he can have the weekend to work on it , great ! Left it Friday and from there it was just issue after issue . All the times a problem came up I only knew because I had to call him to see what was going on . He had told me prior that he had a few bikes but if that's the case, HE should've told me " hey it might take a week or more do u wanna leave it still or come back another time " THEN this would've been on me to leave my motorcycle and not him . My biggest issue is that he kept telling me a certain day and time and once that time came no call or text to let me know "hey man it won't be ready ". Pick up on Wednesday became Thursday , then that became Friday and Saturday night we spoke and he told me Sunday morning it would be done . (He had to replace a part because from what I understand it broke which caused the delay )To the photo he sent me of the bike is him saying "I don't have much left" from that photo to the time I'm making this review it's been 10hours (I still do not have my motorcycle ) excluding the 1 week and almost 2 days he's had my bike . Mind you , he's been fully paid for his work . My biggest fear now is that the work he's doing to my bike is not gonna be good and I honestly would not trust my bike driving it , thinking that something is not put back together, unless this whole ordeal changes . I don't know if maybe this bike was just too much and something happened that he has to keep pushing it back and keeping me in the dark or if the time management and workload was just too much . Either way I don't think I'll bring my bike here again and I advise anyone with a liter bike to think twice before coming here . It's been 3 weeks from the time of me pre writing this review , I refused to post this just to give him the benefit of the doubt but one of the issues he had "fixed" has resurfaced and when I tried to contact him (shop opens at 9am)I've called and left a voicemail and no call back , sent him a text and no response . It a review for him to respond to me with him opening up " it's unfortunate you couldn't wait for a response "my bike now has a issue that he supposedly fixed and Moses said himself he had fixed it because he said it could mess up the engine . So since he put hand on that issue he is responsible for the work . For the amount I paid and all of the issues I've had with him I do not recommend him unfortunately. Take your bike to a shop that's insured for any kind of problems . He is now refusing to fix the issue.

You will not find a more honest and knowledgeable guy! Moises took the time to really understand and troubleshoot issues with my 77 IronHead. He went above and beyond with his work ethic, was completely honest with me the entire time, succeeded where other mechanics failed, and wound up saving me money in the process! 10 / 10

Not too many Mobile motorcycle repairs out there, give this one a try and you won't be left unsatisfied. Reliable, communicative, not to mention fair prices. Thanks Resurrected for the quick work and coming out.

I bought a 1978 Honda Express and it wasn't in running condition but Moy here got it running.

I wanted to get my husband's Moto Guzi repaired as a surprise for Christmas and Moises went above and beyond to make it happen.

I met Tyler over at Hollywood Electrics when he was working on my new (back then) 2018 Zero DSR…read more That bike has about 60k miles on it now...and that's a credit to him! He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

I've known Tyler from Hollywood Electrics days and followed him to two other locations to work on…read moremy bike. In the last couple of months, the battery cells on my Zero motorcycle became too unbalanced and Tyler said he had a healthy (used) battery he was looking to sell. The front wheel of my Zero had also been making noises, so I refrained from riding it for several months while I proactively saved pennies on the dollar to afford to replace the battery and fix the front wheel. I do not own any other vehicle except this motorcycle. I finally took it in to Tyler and explicitly told him to look at the front wheel. He said it was "probably just age". I paid $400 up front so he could buy a part to retrofit the used battery to my bike model and an additional $2300 for the battery & labor. While picking up the bike, he made no mention of the front wheel. Exactly two weeks later with minimal rides, the front wheel gave out while on the freeway. Turns out the bearings needed to be replaced and had Tyler looked closely at the front wheel instead of just a standard test ride (which would have been done regardless), the problem would have been resolved before it got worse. In fact, he tried to justify his expertise by stating that I had only requested a bearings replacement on the rear wheel several months before. The front wheel got severely damaged from worn out bearings and front wheels are not available except on the used market. Luckily I did not get hurt. I'm out $2700 and my bike is effectively only good for parts or the scrapyard. While Tyler had allowed my bike to stay at his shop awaiting a potential replacement wheel, he would have charged $200 to transport it back to me, in addition to the $160 I paid AAA to tow it to him, so I'd be out an additional $360, over $3000 total. I trusted Tyler's expertise and now I have no motorcycle. He's been reliable in the past but this negligence & lack of properly diagnosing the issue was not only disappointing but he has shown zero accountability and would not recommend him or Motor Werks.
