This is my scooter after crashing. the whole body is cracked. They fixed on the day of including steering stem.

Seeing a lot of crazy ass reviews on here, but honestly my experience was great! I crashed my scooter a couple weeks ago and needed some of the body replaced. If you don't have a Vespa or a Honda, your scooter is like a one-off so hard to find Chinese imported parts. They were able to get all the parts replaced for me and fixed on the day of. I struggled so hard to find a place that i towed my scooter all the way from San Diego to LA. I was given my invoice before arriving including labor time. They actually worked on it longer than quoted and i was still charged the same price. Still got it back same day! When i got home, i rode it around and it actually feels better than before i crashed. Quieter, no stalling, and they even fixed my trunk area that continuously popped up. The ONLY downside is that i was unaware that one of the pieces i thought i ordered didn't come, so they replaced my front fender with one that is slightly off color. Doesn't bother me much but wish i would have known that. Regardless, i am happy with the price, the service, and the fact that they helped me strap it back into my uhaul tightly before i drove home to San Diego to make sure i was safe. Thank you all so much again. I am very thankful to have my scooter back quickly and feel safe on it again.

I called for a $1500 mile service. I was quoted $55. They changed the oil and charged me $75. Don't go here! They are crooks. O stars

Once again I'm here to speak on behalf of scooter imports in downtown Los Angeles I failed to be honest and telling people that other things may happen that causes delays and you getting your products done but overall scooter imports is a fantastic place to purchase your scooter for the prices that you pay you can't beat it thank you for letting me share

Scooter Importer's showroom in downtown LA

We were in the market for a 50cc scooter for my wife and came across Allan's shop in downtown LA. We had very specific requirements for finding a lightweight scooter which my wife was comfortable handling, Allan was very patient with us as we took our time pulling out over 5 bikes back and forth as my wife test-sat on them and walked them up and down the showroom. This is a solid business with good customer focus, if you're in the market for an affordable Chinese scooter, they are a good choice.

The shop itself.

Thank you Eli, Alan, Nicco, AJ, Mike, Vic, and Marco for all your hard work! Everyone at Wheels In Motion is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and simply amazing. Nicco my man per usual worked his magic and made this deal happen. I've been going back and forth for a little over a month on which bike I wanted next. Nicco, per usual, was extremely patient and kept me in the loop about which bike would be best for me and my needs. Nicco has not failed me and I don't see it happening anytime soon. If you're looking for your first bike, second, or an upgrade, Nicco is your man and Wheels In Motion is where you'll find your next bike. Once again, THANK YOU NICCO!

I noticed them growing over the years and becoming an official factory-authorized dealer, so when I was looking to get back into riding, I decided to check out a pre-owned 2019 Yamaha MT-10 they had on the floor. Well, it looks like not much has changed in all these years when it comes to their pre-owned offerings. This bike (with around 10k miles) was in terrible shape. The chain was totally rusted out, the seat was broken, and the left grip was completely loose, indicating a poorly done replacement. The left-side engine case had rash--probably from a drop, which connects to why that grip needed replacement. On top of that, the battery was dead, the front tire was completely bald, the back tire was 4 years old despite having tread, and last but not least, the bike had an active, open safety recall. Yet, their asking price was for a bike in great condition. Whenever I pointed an issue out to the salesperson, he replied that they knew about it and intended on fixing it at the time it was purchased, which I highly doubt. I am pretty sure they would happily sell that bike as-is to an unsuspecting buyer. Otherwise, why not take care of those things to begin with if you plan on doing them anyway? It doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in a major dealership to see a bike in such poor condition on the showroom floor. My guess is they try to pass off a mess to someone first, and if it doesn't sell, only then do they start lowering the price or addressing the issues. It's a shady way to do business.

So I think everything is going smoothly. I stay home all day waiting for the truck, and nothing. I call the shipping company on Monday and they start giving me the runaround. I keep at it for days hounding them. They finally admit it's lost on Wednesday. I call powersportsmax and leave several voicemails, no response. So I file a dispute and demand refund from my CC company. On The following Friday, 1 week after supposed delivery, they say they've found my package and are able to delivery on 3/19/2021. So I say sure, why not. I've waited this long, what's a few more days. Same thing happens on the second "delivery date". I call the shipping company and go to town on the poor bastard responsible for talking to customers. Now they say it will be delivered on 3/22/2021. I'm not holding my breath, if it not here at 3pm I'm refusing any shipment and will gladly file suite in small claims court. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because I know the chinese bikes get a bad rap, but they're good beginner bikes if you're mechanically inclined. They're easy to work on and last a long time if you take care of them and DON'T LET THEM SIT. They're carbureted, so the jets get plugged in weeks.

He took the time to work with me, communicated with me throughout the process, and put together a deal that I was happy with. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated the way I was treated. The entire team at Bert's made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. They gave me a competitive price on the bike and made me feel like they genuinely wanted my business. The best part came when I rode the bike home. The GSX-8T exceeded my expectations. By the time I got home, I knew I had made the right decision. I absolutely love the bike. Thank you to JR, the management team, and everyone at Bert's who helped make this happen. I couldn't be happier with both the motorcycle and the experience. Five stars from me. The sales people were not pushy and allowed us to browse the motorcycles. Unfortunately, we did not see the bike that was listed on their website and went straight to the parts shop. The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. Like it isn't stressful enough to decide which helmet to purchase??
