Lyon gave me lots of information and suggestions, he's obviously not just trying to make a sale but he wants to make sure the bike was the right fit for me. I really appreciated his time and honesty, this is the kind genuine that is hard to find these days. I am definitely going to keep an eye on his site for what I am looking for.

Keep in mind that even though there are store hours posted here on Yelp, it is by appointment only. In person, Lyon is personable and great to work with. He is genuine and honest about everything that he has done (i.e. inspection/part replacements) to the bike. His prices are not only reasonable, but cheaper than many others that are sold elsewhere. Update: Moses…read morechanged locations, but the service, pricing, and speed are still phenomenal! My rear wheel recently had an issue with the valve stem and I took it off and brought it here. Moses was a bit busy with a few things but when he got to me, after recommending an extra $5 for a metal valve stem (which is also 90 degree bent so easy gauge reading and air pumping!), got it swapped out in less than 10 minutes. I was charged I believe $25 flat total. Again, great experience overall, and I wish the best for his business. Will continue to come back here as a regular. I also recommended RoadRace to my buddy too as he has cycled through a few bikes and needed new tires for his track days and this is now his go-to spot for all his wheel needs.

After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. Javier was very communicative and made sure to tell us the tires were going to be delayed (shipping courier's fault). We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't going to be back in the area until after his shop is closed and he graciously waited for us.

Javier offered me water and is very personable. He wiped my bike down multiple times to clean off the oil and brake fluid. He did a final inspection to make sure no residue was left on any surface, rode the bike to test it out, and thanked me for my business. I couldn't replace my own oil on my Rebel 500 because of a damaged oil drain plug. Took the bike to RevXotic Motorsports and met Javier. He showed me the right socket necessary to take the plug off. I didn't know different shaped sockets existed. While changing the oil he adjusted my chain. He verified my concern that motor oil should be changed at least once a year to remove contaminants. He also added that brake fluid should be changed out once a year but did not solicit a brake fluid change/flush. I went ahead and did a brake fluid change and was glad I did because the front brake fluid was hardening. Javier treated me like a friend and my bike was all that mattered in the shop. Thank you Javier for answering my questions and concerns with patience and thoroughness. Although I have little experience visiting bike shops I am convinced my service was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely visit RevXotic for my next service.

The next day I went back to do some readjustments but we both knew I needed front fork springs in order to get the bike right for my weight. They were happy to help me get it done same day. Their pricing for at least some bikes may be high and you need to price compare elsewhere. Have not used their repair services, but based on their sales customer service, seems worth a try.
