As others have reported, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Like most local bike shops their floor selection is limited, but they can order you more bikes and professionally assemble them for you. Their pricing for at least some bikes may be high and you need to price compare elsewhere. Have not used their repair services, but based on their sales customer service, seems worth a try. They are in a small strip mall with limited parking, However, it seems that you can usually get a spot when all the businesses are not busy. read more

This is a best kept secret my friend recommended to me last year and I have been taking my road bikes for maintenance. Chinchilla is a world class mechanic and he is also one of the most honest and personable people I've met. He will give you an assessment when you bring your bike in and provide a straightforward recommendation on what needs fixing or not. I had one of my road bikes tuned with a level 2 maintenance and it rode like butter smooth. The prices are reasonable compared to the big shops and the best thing is the turn around time is quick. Chinchilla is the man! First impression when walking into the shop was very welcoming. Unlike a lot of other shops I've been to, I was greeted with a smile. Perfect customer service! I came in needing my bike to be built and Chinchilla did a thorough inspection with a quote. He gave his opinion on options I can take, but I have to say that his quote was way more than reasonable, an offer I couldn't refuse. On top of that, he said the service would be able to be done in a day. Wow! I don't know many shops that can offer that service with his prices and speed of service. Just from the service you can tell his years of experience. Fast forward to the next couple days (I decided to pick up later to wait for some parts), and I came back to the shop. My bike was so clean! They got it looking perfect , and working perfect too! I took her for a ride and it was smooth. Chinchilla was even able to help out with putting on some accessories and other parts I brought. Overall, I just had a great experience at this place. Probably the best I've had at a bike shop. I can't recommend this place enough. Second review. Just have to shout this business out again. Had a flat and a broken spoke. I don't think customers should expect Chinchilla to do this every time, but he was available and fixed it in the spot. I KNOW he didn't have to, but he wiped my frame down and made it look nice while he chatted me up. I paid for the tire and the spoke, but I know he also had to adjust the derailleurs and true the wheel, too. Just grateful. read more

This used to be Bicycle Sam, but the new owners are great. My Jetson Bolt Pro got a flat and I called a bike shop in Glendora and they quoted me $60+ to fix it!!! The tube costs $10! Anyway, I had to drive out a little further but it was worth it. Kap charged me about half that and had it ready for me by the end of the day. When I couldn't pick it up right away, he said no problem just swing by anytime and I picked it up the next day. They are a small store, but have a decent selection of bikes, standard and electric. Highly recommend--they're fast, friendly and reasonably priced. read more

Support the locals and the hobby you love! the service is always good and the workers are friendly, I've been helped by Steven, Chinchilla, and Bolt their dog hehe. Bolt is a good boy so fluffy. Bike services in general i believe is a bit expensive but this place has some of the best prices around. I've had my road bike, my Bianchi serviced here multiple times. Sometime's i do have to bring it back after a service but they are always helpful and fix the problem. The place has some bikes on sale but more so for the casual user. Parking is easy as its never hard to find a place to park. Sometimes you might have to wait a few days to get your bike as they are backed up but the times they aren't they can usually get it back to you some hours later. read more

I went to the store after getting a bike second-hand. Chinchilla and Yuri were incredibly nice and helpful. They really try and help you find what can make your bike better and never upsell you. I was initially fearful that they may upcharge me due to my inexperience, however, they did the exact opposite. They taught me a lot more about my bike and shared why they were making certain changes to keep me safe. In addition they shared what improvements can be held-off until I gained more experience. Their prices are very competitive and their turnaround time is really fast! They have truly built a little community there and are really great people. I've owned the same bike for about 15 plus years. It's this red and yellow Gary Fisher that makes me feel like a beast every time I ride. I took it out of storage, scratch that, it's actually been moved around quite a bit (been left outside mostly ), and I decided to ride again. I did a search close to home and found these guys. My bike needed a total tune-up including break fluid and although I've never paid to have my bike fixed before, it seemed reasonable.
