They accept cards, but cash is always king. I can say that there is one time that particularly stood out to highlight these guys, so I will have to say that every time I've been here, they have always provided excellent service. I just also recently found out that they do oil changes here. I happen to bring my own oil, so I don't know if they provide oil if you need it, but they did a great job on my oil change and save me a bunch of money. I will, and will continue to be back here, I'm telling you guys, if you have any tire problems whatsoever, come check out these guys. Best value for your buck.

I called the person days after I got my car from telling him that the problem was still happening, he tried to say it was my starter and wanted to charge me 460 to replace it , I fixed it with less than 180 dollars and it still was giving problems that it wasn't starting, he than tell me it's the relay wire and with the nerve to tell me to have my husband change it, mind you this was after he was supposed to fix it. My husband fixed it. The car still has the issue that he was supposed to fix. When I called him frustrated asking him for clarity in what he fixed because the car was still doing what I thought he had fix after 810 dollars this man didn't fix anything but the AC and put a wanna be new battery. He says that he gives warranty but that s sham because all he wants to do is over charge you don't trust this shop. This is the pic with the evidence that he just charge me and never really fixed it. He left it the same way because he thought I couldn't figure it out. My uncle was out of town and he couldn't fix it but when he seen the car and checked what this mechanic has said he fixed he said he didn't fix anything he Mickey Mouse it to get more money out of you.

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE DONE HERE. I would get my oil change done here because it was more…read moreaffordable but it turned out to cost me way more. Julio (the owner) did my oil change one day and he left the cap that needs to be SECURELY CLOSED AND TIGHTENED open. When I moved my car from my parking spot the next day I noticed a large oil spill. I quickly took it back and he noticed what he had done and admitted to what he did. He said that Volkswagens need to be "tightened more than other cars". I asked him if he was going to add more oil and he said no because he had "added a little extra" so it didn't need it. A few weeks later my car started shaking when I would be at a complete stop so I took it to a mechanic. They said the oil level was low and that there was damage due to driving it with low oil. I HAD TO PAY $1,170 at the Volkswagen dealer because a regular mechanic told me to take it there because he could he could not perform this extensive repair. Even though they fixed this issue they said there is possible engine damage due to driving it with low oil. I spoke with Julio (THE OWNER of JC TIRES AND OIL CENTER) and asked if he was going to take accountability for HIS MISTAKE. He said that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to be checking the oil and that my car probably burnt the oil. The mechanics that checked my car said that Volkswagens do not burn oil and besides that it is just a 2014 it is not that old to be burning oil.

I've purchased tires from America's Tire multiple times, and it's always been pleasant--but this location, along with Juan and Arturo, was on a completely different level. Their exceptional attitude wasn't just with me; it extended to everyone who came in. It was a very busy day (the day before the holiday), yet they handled the crowd smoothly. Nobody was upset or complaining, which is rare when places get backed up.
